本发明涉及一种弦乐器调弦装置。
背景技术
目前,市场上提供的弦乐器调弦装置一般包括壳体,壳体上设有突出外壳和套筒,壳体内设有互相啮合的蜗轮和蜗杆,蜗轮通过螺钉固定有穿过套筒的弦轴,这样设计螺丝易松动,蜗轮对应的壳体处还设有封盖,装配时,采用该封盖将蜗轮盖住,但是这种方法盖片极易脱落,这种结构的调弦装置,其装配也较为麻烦费劲,零部件加工工艺复杂。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种装配方便且加工工艺简单、不会掉盖、减低成本的弦乐器调弦装置。
为此,本发明采用如下技术方案来完成的:
弦乐器调弦装置,包括支架和盖体,所述支架上设有蜗杆通道且蜗杆通道内设有蜗杆,所述盖体具有容腔,所述容腔内设有蜗轮且蜗轮连接弦轴,所述蜗杆通道处于容腔内且两者相通,所述蜗轮和蜗杆在蜗杆通道和容腔的相通处啮合,所述盖体和支架上均设有凹槽,所述蜗杆上设有轴套,所述轴套下端设有与凹槽匹配的凸起,所述轴套申的凸起通过所述凹槽将所述盖体与支架扣合成一体。
所述蜗轮和弦轴为一体成型设计。
所述支架上设有套筒,所述弦轴穿过所述套筒。
本发明对比现有技术的优点是:采用支架和盖体的分体式结构,使得装配蜗轮和蜗杆时,只要将蜗轮置于盖体内,并将带蜗杆通道的支架置于盖体内与蜗轮配合,然后通过轴套将盖体与支架固定即可,其装配过程非常简便,不会掉盖、其零部件的加工工艺也变得简单。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供的弦乐器调弦装置包括支架1和盖体2,支架1上设有蜗杆通道3且蜗杆通道3内设有蜗杆4,盖体2具有容腔5,容腔5内设有蜗轮6且蜗轮6连接有弦轴7,蜗杆通道3处于容腔5内且两者相通,蜗轮6和蜗杆4在蜗杆通道3和容腔5的连通处啮合,盖体2和支架1上均设有凹槽8,蜗杆4上设有轴套9和转动把手10,轴套9和转动把手10之间设有多个垫片13,轴套9下端设有与凹槽8匹配的凸起11,轴套9上的凸起11通过凹槽8将支架和盖体扣合成一体,蜗轮6和弦轴7为一体成型设计,支架1上设有套筒12,所述弦轴7穿过所述套筒12,有套筒12将弦轴7进行定位。
本发明在装配时,先将蜗轮6放入容腔5内,再将带蜗杆通道3的支架1放入容腔5内,使得弦轴7从套筒12中穿出,然后将蜗杆4插入蜗杆通道3使其与蜗轮6啮合,将轴套9套入蜗杆4上并将轴套9上的凸起11插入盖体2和支架1上的凹槽8内,最后通过螺栓13将转动把手10固定在蜗杆4上,即可完成调弦装置的装配,上述装配过程方便,而且壳体和支架的加工工艺相对现有技术更加简单。

1.一种弦乐器调弦装置,其特征是:包括支架和盖体,所述支架上设有蜗杆通道且蜗杆通道内设有蜗杆,所述盖体具有容腔,所述容腔内设有蜗轮且蜗轮连接弦轴,所述蜗杆通道处于容腔内且两者相通,所述蜗轮和蜗杆在蜗杆通道和容腔的相通处啮合,所述盖体和支架上均设有凹槽,所述蜗杆上设有轴套,所述轴套下端设有与凹槽匹配的凸起,所述轴套上的凸起通过所述凹槽将所述盖体与支架扣合成一体,所述蜗轮和弦轴为一体成型设计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弦乐器调弦装置,其特征是:所述支架上设有套筒,所述弦轴穿过套筒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弦乐器调弦装置,其特征是:没有封闭盖片。
