本发明涉及一种LED灯支架,包括侧支架,圆形支架,圆形转盘和快锁螺丝。所述LED灯支架采用快锁螺丝固定,可快速调整所需的支架角度位置,解决了普遍LED灯安装好后难以调整的问题。所述侧支架可使LED灯在垂直方向旋转360°,而圆形支架能让LED灯在水平方向旋转360°,更方便快捷地调整所需照射角度,解决了大部分LED灯支架只能旋转45°-180°的问题,大大增加了可照射范围。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明工具的支架,进一步涉及一种LED灯支架。
背景技术
LED路灯,它是一种基于半导体PN结形成的用微弱的电能就能发光的高效固态光源,在一定的正向偏置电压和注入电流下,注入P区的空穴和注入N区的电子在扩散至有源区后经辐射复合而发出光子,将电能直接转化为光能。它是一种固态冷光源,具有环保无污染、耗电少、光效高、寿命长等特点,因此,LED路灯将成为道路照明节能改造的最佳选择,而灯的支架则是整个LED灯举足轻重的部分。
现有LED灯支架一般固定在LED灯上,一旦固定好,较难调整其位置及角度,而且支架的旋转角度只限于45°-180°之间,导致LED灯发光角度窄,且光分布不均匀。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种LED灯支架,方便调整而且能使灯光照射范围广且光分配均匀。
本发明提供一种LED灯支架,包括侧支架,圆形支架,圆形转盘和快锁螺丝,其优点在于:
(1)所述LED灯支架采用快锁螺丝固定,可快速调整所需的支架角度位置,解决了普遍LED灯难以调整的问题;
(2)所述侧支架可使LED灯在垂直方向旋转360°,而圆形支架能让LED灯在水平方向旋转360°,更方便快捷地调整所需照射角度,解决了大部分LED灯支架只能旋转45°-180°的问题,大大增加了可照射范围。

具体实施方式
LED灯支架的组装如下,包括侧支架,圆形支架,圆形转盘和快锁螺丝,圆形支架固定于侧支架顶端,圆形转盘固定于圆形支架内部,然后再用快锁螺丝固定好整个支架。
实施例一: 
如图1所示,支架的构成如下:将圆形支架3固定在侧支架4顶端,将圆形转盘1、3固定于圆形支架3内部,将若干个快锁螺丝固定好整个支架。以上实施例的特点是: LED灯支架采用快锁螺丝固定,可快速调整所需的支架角度位置,解决了普遍LED灯难以调整的问题;侧支架可使LED灯在垂直方向旋转360°,而圆形支架能让LED灯在水平方向旋转360°,更方便快捷地调整所需照射角度,解决了大部分LED灯支架只能旋转45°-180°的问题,大大增加了可照射范围。
本发明主要针对LED路灯所进行的改进,以上仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,非因此局限本发明的专利范围,故举凡用本发明说明书及图式内容所为的简易变化及等效变换,均应包含于本发明的专利范围内。

1.本发明涉及一种LED灯支架,包括侧支架,圆形支架,圆形转盘和快锁螺丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯支架,其特征在于:所述LED灯支架采用快锁螺丝固定,可快速调整所需的支架角度位置,解决了普遍LED灯安装好后难以调整的问题。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯支架,其特征在于:所述侧支架可使LED灯在垂直方向旋转360°,而圆形支架能让LED灯在水平方向旋转360°,更方便快捷地调整所需照射角度,解决了大部分LED灯支架只能旋转45°-180°的问题,大大增加了可照射范围。
