技术领域
本发明涉及照明工具,具体涉及一种适用于机修的磁吸式照明工具。
背景技术
纺织企业生产设备结构庞杂,工作强度大,高强度作业极易引发机械故障,进而影响企业生产进度和产品质量;所以企业检修人员实施快速、高效的检修是保证企业生产高效率的重要保障。实际检修中常涉及设备内部,此时检修照明问题凸显,其主要表现在:1、手持照明占用人手,不便于实施检修动作;2、增加人员配合检修不便在狭小空间操作,也占用劳动力资源;3、头顶置矿灯照明的检修方式存在照明死角。从上述问题可看出纺织企业生产设备检修照明虽事小,但攸关企业生产,是企业亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,操作方便,在狭小工区及设备内能方便使用的适用于机修的磁吸式照明工具。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种适用于机修的磁吸式照明工具,包括方形PVC壳体,所述方形PVC壳体内置有锂电池、底磁吸、侧磁吸;所述方形PVC壳体一侧边外置有自锁开关和充电插孔;所述方形PVC壳体正面设置有与之扣合的面板,所述面板设置有LED线路板,所述LED线路板上设置有若干LED贴片灯,所述面板还设置有限流电阻。本发明锂电池可重复充电使用, LED贴片灯单位能耗低,照明效果佳,使用寿命长,可节约企业生产成本支出。底磁吸、侧磁吸便于方形PVC壳体在铁质生产设备上多种方向粘附固定,利于检修人员腾出手高效检修操作,而且提升了照明效果。作业前,通过充电插孔为锂电池充电备用;作业时,将本发明粘附待检修部位旁的铁质设备上,根据需要选择底磁吸、侧磁吸固定方式。本发明固定后,按下自锁开关即实现检修照明,检修过程中可通过底磁吸、侧磁吸方便、快速的调整照明面,以便更好的实施检修。
进一步的,LED贴片灯在LED线路板上平行设置有两排,每排七支。这种光源分布更均匀,检修时,检修部位照明效果更理想,进而提高检修效率。
进一步的,所述底磁吸和侧磁吸分别通过强力胶固定于方形PVC壳体内。其节约方形PVC壳体内空间,便于置入高性能锂电池。
本发明结构简单,操作方便,其照明光线柔和、多方位、多角度,特别适用于纺织企业设备的快速检修、维护,为企业生产提供了有力保障。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明:
如图1、图2所示,本发明一种适用于机修的磁吸式照明工具,包括方形PVC壳体1,所述方形PVC壳体1内置有锂电池5、底磁吸4、侧磁吸3;所述方形PVC壳体1一侧边外置有自锁开关6和充电插孔7;所述方形PVC壳体1正面设置有与之扣合的面板2,所述面板2设置有LED线路板9,所述LED线路板9上设置有若干LED贴片灯8,所述面板2还设置有限流电阻10。
所述LED贴片灯8在LED线路板9上平行设置有两排,每排七支。
所述底磁吸4和侧磁吸3分别通过强力胶固定于方形PVC壳体1内。
使用前,通过充电插孔7为锂电池5充电备用,使用时,检修人员通过底磁吸4或侧磁吸3在待检设备铁质部位粘附本发明以达到调整照明角度的需要;按下自锁开关6即实现检修照明。
经大量生产实践表明,本发明实际应用时方形PVC壳体1设置为长70mm、宽50mm、高18mm;面板设置为长20mm、宽10mm、高2mm时使用效果更为理想,也方便检修人员携带。选择色温为3900K-4100K的LED贴片灯8时,照明效果更接近于自然光,更有利于实施高效检修。
本发明结构简单,操作方便,适用纺织企业生产设备的检修、维护。

1.一种适用于机修的磁吸式照明工具,包括方形PVC壳体(1),其特征是:所述方形PVC壳体(1)内置有锂电池(5)、底磁吸(4)、侧磁吸(3);所述方形PVC壳体(1)一侧边外置有自锁开关(6)和充电插孔(7);所述方形PVC壳体(1)正面设置有与之扣合的面板(2),所述面板(2)设置有LED线路板(9),所述LED线路板(9)上设置有若干LED贴片灯(8),所述面板(2)还设置有限流电阻(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于机修的磁吸式照明工具,其特征是:所述LED贴片灯(8)在LED线路板(9)上平行设置有两排,每排七支。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于机修的磁吸式照明工具,其特征是:所述底磁吸(4)和侧磁吸(3)分别通过强力胶固定方形PVC壳体(1)内。
