Abstract

本发明公开一种光源外置式LED灯管,包括灯管、LED光源板,该LED光源板包括长条形基板和装在长条形基板上的多个LED发光体,该灯管沿轴向开有长条形通孔,该长条形基板固连在灯管的外周面,多个LED发光体处于该长条形通孔两侧面之间;优选该灯管为圆形玻璃灯管,该长条形通孔处于该灯管的顶部;进一步,该灯管的内周面设置一层扩散膜;本发明利于形成自动化生产,降低制造成本,同时LED光线的扩散出光效果好,LED产生废热更易散发。

一种光源外置式LED灯管
技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯管,尤其是一种光源外置式LED灯管。
背景技术
荧光灯管自1938年GE公司发明至今,其构造一直没有改变,就是将有毒的水银蒸汽封在玻璃管中,通上高压电,产生电弧发光。
现今随着LED光源的应用,人们把LED灯条作为光源封装在灯管中形成LED灯管以替代传统的荧光灯管。但是这种LED灯管由于LED灯条处于灯管中,一方面,LED灯条与灯管的装配比较麻烦,难于实现自动化生产,成本难于降低;另一方面,LED发光时产生的废热不容易散发,影响LED使用寿命和光效的发挥。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种光源外置式LED灯管,其利于形成自动化生产,降低制造成本,同时LED光线的扩散出光效果好,LED产生废热更易散发。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种光源外置式LED灯管,包括灯管、LED光源板,该LED光源板包括长条形基板和装在长条形基板上的多个LED发光体,该灯管沿轴向开有长条形通孔,该长条形基板固连在灯管的外周面,多个LED发光体处于该长条形通孔两侧面之间。
优选该灯管为圆形玻璃灯管,该长条形通孔处于该灯管的顶部。由于圆形玻璃灯管具有较好透光性,更有利于LED发出的光射到外部。把该长条形通孔设置于该灯管的顶部,有利于改善产品外观,另外在该灯管内周面设置一层扩散膜,使得灯管的出光效果更好,出光更为柔和。
优选每个LED发光体均设置于靠近该灯管的外圆周面处。这样每个LED发光体就远离灯管的中心轴线,增加LED发光体发出光线到达灯管之路径,也使得灯管内周面的各处都能接收到LED发光体发出的光线,提高光混合的效果,进一步提升LED灯管出光的均匀性。
较佳地,该长条形通孔的宽度小于该长条形基板的宽度,该长条形基板的宽度小于该灯管的直径,该长条形通孔的宽度与该灯管的直径比例为1/2-1/7。
作为一种优选,该长条形通孔的宽度为4.5-5.5mm,该长条形基板的宽度为8-12mm。
优选该长条形基板与该灯管通过粘接胶相固连。这样更易于实现自动化生产。
进一步改进,该灯管在长条形通孔两侧外周面上设有连接平面,该长条形基板通过双面胶条与该连接平面形成固连。这种固连方式较为简单。
进一步改进,通过至少一根胶条粘接该长条形基板并贴在该灯管的外周面上把该长条形基板与该灯管相固连。这种固连方式也易于实现自动化生产。
进一步改进,该灯管形成该长条形通孔的两侧部向内弯折,同时在靠近长条形通孔两侧外周面上延伸有两个凸起以形成两个八字形卡槽,该长条形基板卡接在两个八字形卡槽上与该灯管形成固连。
这种卡接的固连方式可以优选该长条形基板的宽度为8-9mm。
本发明由于把LED光源板的基板固连在灯管的外周面,多个LED发光体处于该长条形通孔两侧面之间。这种结构比现有的LED灯管需要把LED光源板封装在灯管内,装配更为方便,有利于采用设备进行自动化生产,降低制造成本;又由于LED光源板处于灯管的外部,LED产生废热的散发更好,有利于延长LED使用寿命和光效的发挥;另一方面,多个LED发光体处于该长条形通孔两侧面之间,更有利于把LED发出的光线射到灯管上,增大出光角度,提高光线的扩散效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一、图1所示,一种光源外置式LED灯管,包括灯管1、LED光源板2,该LED光源板2包括长条形基板21和装在长条形基板21上的多个LED发光体22,多个LED发光体22沿长条形基板21均匀分布,该灯管1沿轴向开有长条形通孔11,长条形通孔11位于该灯管1的顶部,该长条形基板21通过粘接胶23固连在灯管1长条形通孔11两侧的外周面上,多个LED发光体22处于该长条形通孔11两侧面之间。
这种设置结构把每个LED发光体22均设置于靠近该灯管1的外圆周面处。这样每个LED发光体22就远离灯管的中心轴线,增加LED发光体22发出光线到达灯管1之路径,也使得灯管1内周面的各处都能接收到LED发光体22发出的光线,提高光混合的效果,进一步提升LED灯管出光的均匀性。
为进一步提高灯管的出光效果,优选该灯管1为圆形玻璃灯管,且在该灯管1的内周面镀有一层扩散膜12。
较佳地,该长条形通孔11的宽度小于该长条形基板21的宽度,该长条形基板21的宽度小于该灯管1的直径,可优选该长条形通孔11的宽度与该灯管1的直径比例为1/2-1/7。这样整个LED灯管的协调性好,可以提升产品外观品质。
进一步优选该长条形通孔11的宽度为5mm,该长条形基板21的宽度为12mm,该灯管1的外径为Φ24.8mm。该长条形基板21选用PBC板,以方便制作该LED光源板2,降低制造成本。
实施例二、图2所示,其与实施例一不同的是该灯管1在长条形通孔11两侧外周面上设有连接平面13,该长条形基板21通过双面胶条3与该连接平面13形成固连;优选该长条形基板21的宽度为8mm。
实施例三、图3所示,其与实施例一不同的是通过多根胶条4粘接该长条形基板21并贴在该灯管1的外周面上把该长条形基板21与该灯管1相固连。优选该长条形基板21的宽度为8mm。
实施例四、图4所示,其与实施例一不同的是该灯管1形成长条形通孔11的两侧部111向内弯折,同时在靠近长条形通孔11两侧外周面上延伸有两个凸起14形成两个八字形卡槽15,该长条形基板21卡接在两个八字形卡槽15上与该灯管1形成固连;
优选该长条形基板21的宽度为8mm;该长条形通孔11的宽度为7.54mm。
以上仅是本发明几个较佳的实施例,本领域的技术人员按权利要求作等同的改变都落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种光源外置式LED灯管,包括灯管、LED光源板,其特征在于:该LED光源板包括长条形基板和装在长条形基板上的多个LED发光体,该灯管沿轴向开有长条形通孔,该长条形基板固连在灯管的外周面,多个LED发光体处于该长条形通孔两侧面之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光源外置式LED灯管,其特征在于:该灯管为圆形玻璃灯管,该长条形通孔处于该灯管的顶部,该灯管的内周面设置一层扩散膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光源外置式LED灯管,其特征在于:每个LED发光体均设置于靠近该灯管的外圆周面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种光源外置式LED灯管,其特征在于:该长条形通孔的宽度小于该长条形基板的宽度,该长条形基板的宽度小于该灯管的直径,该长条形通孔的宽度与该灯管的直径比例为1/2-1/7。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种光源外置式LED灯管,其特征在于:该长条形通孔的宽度为4.5-5.5mm,该长条形基板的宽度为8-12mm。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种光源外置式LED灯管,其特征在于:该长条形基板与该灯管通过粘接胶相固连。
7.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种光源外置式LED灯管,其特征在于:该灯管在长条形通孔两侧外周面上设有连接平面,该长条形基板通过双面胶条与该连接平面形成固连。
8.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种光源外置式LED灯管,其特征在于:至少一根胶条粘接该长条形基板并贴在该灯管的外周面上把该长条形基板与该灯管相固连。
9.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种光源外置式LED灯管,其特征在于:该灯管形成该长条形通孔的两侧部向内弯折,同时在靠近长条形通孔两侧外周面上延伸有两个凸起以形成两个八字形卡槽,该长条形基板卡接在两个八字形卡槽上与该灯管形成固连。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种光源外置式LED灯管,其特征在于:该长条形基板的宽度为8-9mm。
