本发明公开了一种带应急灯功能固定堵头,包括一体注塑成型的绝缘材料外壳,外壳为单边开口的圆柱筒体,于封口端延伸一安装板,安装板上设置安装通孔;圆柱筒体中段留一缺口,于缺口内设有应急照明装置;于靠近单边开口的圆柱筒体一端内设置一电源线压板,电源线压板上对应设有配合灯管端盖的电源接口的2个安装小孔。这样本发明的不但保持现有LED灯管不变的情况下,并能实现在市电供电中断时,应急主板及时检测并开启后备应急电源,开启应急光源,实现将传统LED灯管添加应急灯功能,使产品更能适用人们生活需求,并为企业创造良好的经济效益。

一种带应急灯功能固定堵头
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯管固定堵头,尤其涉及一种有应急灯功能的LED灯管固定堵头。
背景技术
目前,市场上所售LED灯管,由于厂家数量众多,各厂家的LED灯管所使用的电源方案差异很大,所以在现有的LED灯管应急电源无法与多个厂家LED灯管相匹配,在实际使用过程中,需要挑选LED灯管和应急电源配套应用。造成LED灯管应急电源在消防应急送检时与实际的应用很难实现一致性,給产品检测带来较大的麻烦。此外,由于电源方案与LED灯管的不确定性,容易造成难以配套合适的应急电源。应急电源配套功率小了,造成应急照明时间减少;应急电源配套功率偏大了,造成材料浪费,成本增加。如何解决这一问题,即使在不改变现有的LED灯管结构上,方便形成具有应急功能的LED灯管呢?这是应急行业内一直致力寻求解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中带LED灯管所存在的缺陷,提供一种带应急灯功能固定堵头,其特征在于:包括一体注塑成型的绝缘材料外壳,外壳为单边开口的圆柱筒体,于封口端延伸一安装板,安装板上设置安装通孔;圆柱筒体中段留一缺口,于缺口内设有应急照明装置;于靠近单边开口的圆柱筒体一端内设置一电源线压板,电源线压板上对应设有配合灯管端盖的电源接口的2个安装小孔。
所述应急照明装置包括:设置于外壳内的应急主板,盖合圆柱筒体缺口的半圆弧状控制板面盖,应急灯的控制板固定于控制板面盖内,控制板面盖的两直边设置卡扣,卡扣与圆柱筒体缺口的内壁卡合。
如此,将2个固定堵头分别套在LED灯管两头,然后以螺钉固定于天花板,可以实现LED灯管的吊装。
也可以以螺钉固定于墙体上,可以实现LED灯管的壁挂安装。
当然2个固定堵头中,其中一个可省略应急照明装置,如此可以适应应急照明光度不高的场合,同时可以降低生产成本。
更进一步的改进是:于外壳封口端设有支架通孔,电源线穿进支架通孔接通灯管端盖的电源接口及应急灯的控制板。
再进一步改进是:于应急灯的控制板设有人体感应器、声光控制器、微波雷达感应器中的一种或多种。如此,如设有人体感应器就会在停电时,人体感应器如感应到没人在的情况下不启动应急电源;如设有声光控制器,则在足够光度的时候不启动应急电源,在光线不足时并有声响时就启动应急电源;如设有微波雷达感应器,则在感应到微波信号时就会打开应急电源。如此实现了应急启动的人性化。
这样本发明的不但保持现有LED灯管不变的情况下,并能实现在市电供电中断时,应急主板及时检测并开启后备应急电源,开启应急光源,实现将传统LED灯管添加应急灯功能,使产品更能适用人们生活需求,并为企业创造良好的经济效益。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明实施例1所描述的一种带应急灯功能固定堵头,如图1、2所示,其特征在于:包括一体注塑成型的绝缘材料外壳4,外壳为单边开口的圆柱筒体,于封口端延伸一安装板,安装板上设置安装通孔12;圆柱筒体中段留一缺口,于缺口内设有应急照明装置;于靠近单边开口的圆柱筒体一端内设置一电源线压板3,电源线压板上对应设有配合灯管端盖的电源接口的2个安装小孔。
所述应急照明装置包括:设置于外壳4内的应急主板6,盖合圆柱筒体缺口的半圆弧状控制板面盖1,应急灯7的控制板2固定于控制板面盖1内,控制板面盖1的两直边设置卡扣11,卡扣11与圆柱筒体缺口的内壁卡合。于外壳封口端设有支架通孔12,电源线穿进支架通孔接通灯管端盖的电源接口5及应急灯的控制板2。
如此,将2个固定堵头4套在LED灯管2头,然后以螺钉固定于天花板,可以实现LED灯管8的吊装,如图3示。也可以以螺钉固定于墙体上,可以实现LED灯管的壁挂安装,如图4示。
当然2个固定堵头中,其中一个可省略应急照明装置,如此可以适应应急照明光度不高的场合,同时可以降低生产成本。
于应急灯的控制板2还设有人体感应器、声光控制器、微波雷达感应器。

1.一种带应急灯功能固定堵头,其特征在于:包括一体注塑成型的绝缘材料外壳,外壳为单边开口的圆柱筒体,于封口端延伸一安装板,安装板上设置安装通孔;圆柱筒体中段留一缺口,于缺口内设有应急照明装置;于靠近单边开口的圆柱筒体一端内设置一电源线压板,电源线压板上对应设有配合灯管端盖的电源接口的2个安装小孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述带应急灯功能固定堵头,其特征在于:所述应急照明装置包括:设置于外壳内的应急主板,盖合圆柱筒体缺口的半圆弧状控制板面盖,应急灯的控制板固定于控制板面盖内,控制板面盖的两直边设置卡扣,卡扣与圆柱筒体缺口的内壁卡合。
3.根据权利要求2所述带应急灯功能固定堵头,其特征在于:将2个所述带应急灯功能固定堵头分别套在LED灯管两头,然后以螺钉固定于天花板,可以实现LED灯管的吊装。
4.根据权利要求2所述带应急灯功能固定堵头,其特征在于:将2个所述带应急灯功能固定堵头分别套在LED灯管两头,然后也以螺钉固定于墙体上,可以实现LED灯管的壁挂安装。
5.根据权利要求2所述带应急灯功能固定堵头,其特征在于:于外壳封口端设有支架通孔,电源线穿进支架通孔接通灯管端盖的电源接口及应急灯的控制板。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述带应急灯功能固定堵头,其特征在于:所述2个带应急灯功能固定堵头中,其中一个可省略应急照明装置。
7.根据权利要求3或4或5所述带应急灯功能固定堵头,其特征在于:于应急灯的控制板设有人体感应器、声光控制器、微波雷达感应器中的一种或多种。
