本发明属于胎侧胶生产技术领域,具体涉及一种载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶配方。
背景技术
胎侧外帘布层上的胶层为胎侧胶,其作用为防止胎体受机械损伤、大气作用及潮湿影响。胎侧胶经常处于周期性屈挠变形作用下,还受大气中氧、臭氧和紫外线的侵蚀,所以通常需要有很好的耐屈挠性和耐老化性。

再生胶 4.5—5.5份,
防老剂RD 2.5—3.5份,
硫磺 2—2.4份,
促进剂CZ 2—2.4份,
软化剂 8—12份,
石蜡 0.8—1.0份。
