技术领域
本发明属于胎面胶生产技术领域,具体涉及一种制备胎面胶料的天然橡胶配方。 
  
背景技术
胎面胶轮胎最外层与路面接触而表面印有花纹的一层胶料。能使轮胎具有牵引力,缓冲行驶时的冲击和摇摆,防止帘线层的割破和刺穿等。要求具有高度的耐磨性、耐疲劳性能,良好的耐老化性能,较高的拉伸强度、弹性和强韧性,以及行驶时低的生热性。可用天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺式异戊橡胶和顺丁橡胶等生胶制造。胶料中常加入大量炭黑,以提高其物理机械性能。可将胶料用螺杆压出机压出或用压延机压延经冷却而成。

天然橡胶SMR-1                        70—100份,
炭黑N220                             0—50份,
白炭黑1165MP                         0—58份,
操作油                                4—6份,
氧化锌                                3.5—4.5份,
硬脂酸                                1.5—2.5份,
防老剂6-PPD                           2—2.5份,
三甲基二氢喹啉                        2—5份,

N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺           1.5—1.7份。
本发明提供的制备胎面胶料的天然橡胶配方,其有益效果在于:生产耐磨性、耐疲劳性能高,耐老化,拉伸强度、弹性和强韧性高的胎面胶。
