现有的机床轴传动采用螺旋槽丝扣,加铜套型丝母配置,传动精度差,速度慢,易磨损。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种数控机床机轴传动结构。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
数控机床机轴传动结构,包括丝杆和丝杆上的铜套组成,其特征在于:所述的铜套内壁为光滑内壁,铜套侧壁上设有两组深孔,深孔的孔向与铜套侧壁平行,所述的深孔内插有金属条,金属条下端面设有凸棱,凸棱凸出筒壁内表面,下端的凸棱上设有齿条,齿条与丝杆配合。
所述的金属条上端设有凸棱二,凸棱二凸出铜套外表面,且凸棱二上设有橡胶垫,所述的铜套外部套有金属环,凸棱二顶在金属环内壁。
所述的深孔为螺纹孔,深孔内设有外螺纹堵头,外螺纹堵头顶在金属条端面上。
本发明有益效果在于:通过金属条下方的齿条变换来控制铜套在丝杆上的前进速度,齿条更换极为简便,使得整体传动精度较高,速度可调,便于更换来解决易磨损的情况,简单实用,效果明显。

如图2所示的铜套结构,铜套2内壁为光滑内壁,铜套侧壁上设有两组深孔3,深孔的孔向与铜套侧壁平行,其中深孔内插有金属条4,金属条下端面设有凸棱5,凸棱凸出筒壁内表面,下端的凸棱上设有齿条6,齿条与丝杆配合。
其中金属条上端设有凸棱二7,凸棱二凸出铜套外表面,且凸棱二上设有橡胶垫8,所述的铜套外部套有金属环9,凸棱二顶在金属环内壁。
其中深孔为螺纹孔,深孔内设有外螺纹堵头10,外螺纹堵头顶在金属条端面上。
