本发明公开了一种铸造异型压线夹,包括上压线板(4)和下压线板(6),所述上压线板(4)和所述下压线板(6)为铜铸造件或铜合金铸造件,导线(5)被压紧在所述上压线板(4)和所述下压线板(6)之间,所述下压线板(6)连接至接线螺栓(11)。本发明提供的铸造异型压线夹,其结构简单,能够保证导线、接线螺栓及压线夹之间的可靠接触,过载能力强、性能稳定。

一种铸造异型压线夹
技术领域
本发明涉及电机和变压器等电气设备辅件技术领域,特别涉及一种铸造异型压线夹。
背景技术
目前,用户电源与电机或变压器等的接线端子的连接,采用接线螺栓和铜接线端子,上下端螺母压紧组成。实施接线时,采用导线压接铜接线端子,挂入接线螺栓并通过压紧上下端螺母压紧。长期实践表明,这种压接线连接方式,虽然安装操作方便,但随意性太大,压接质量可靠性差,存在导线压接面积小,接触不良、电化腐蚀、压接构件容易烧损脱落等问题,导致设备无法运行及供电故障,给设备和用户带来不同程度的经济损失;目前使用的接线螺栓是铜或铜合金材料制件,表面未经镀银处理,长期使用过程中电化腐蚀、接触不良,造成设备运行故障,而且过载能力弱,导电性能差。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种铸造异型压线夹,其结构简单,能够保证导线、接线螺栓及压线夹之间的可靠接触,过载能力强、性能稳定。
基于上述问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种铸造异型压线夹,其特征在于,包括上压线板和下压线板,所述上压线板和所述下压线板为铜铸造件或铜合金铸造件,导线被压紧在所述上压线板和所述下压线板之间,所述下压线板连接至接线螺栓。
进一步的,所述上压线板为板状结构,所述下压线板包括与所述上压线板匹配的下压板、设置在所述下压板下方的异型管状结构,所述异型管状结构包括与所述下压板连接用于连接所述接线螺栓的连接管、分别设置在所述连接管径向两侧的夹紧部和支撑部,所述夹紧部、所述连接管和所述支撑部沿所述下压线板长度方向排布。
进一步的,所述夹紧部两侧分别设有夹紧螺栓和夹紧螺母以用于将所述接线螺栓夹紧在所述连接管中。
进一步的,所述支撑部包括连接所述连接管和所述下压板的两块支撑板,所述两块支撑板与所述下压板的连接面呈八字形。
进一步的,所述夹紧螺母与所述夹紧部之间设有第一弹簧垫圈和第一平垫圈。
进一步的,所述上压线板和所述下压线板宽度方向的两端分别设有压线螺栓,所述压线螺栓将所述导线压紧在所述上压线板和所述下压线板之间。
进一步的,所述压线螺栓与所述上压线板之间设有第二弹簧垫圈和第二平垫圈。
进一步的,所述上压线板和所述下压线板还相对设有用于固定所述导线的V型凹槽。
进一步的,所述上压线板和所述下压线板表面分别经过镀银处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
1.采用本发明的技术方案,该压线夹结构新颖,使导线有效地压接,具有恒定而足够大的接触压力和最大化的接触面积,能长期保持非常低的接触电阻,过载能力强;
2.采用本发明的技术方案,使用过程中即使外界环境及负荷条件发生变化,导线间的连接具有稳定的接触性能;
3.采用本发明的技术方案,该压线夹安装方便,性能稳定可靠;
4.采用本发明的技术方案,在压线夹的表面进行镀银处理,使压线夹的抗氧化性和抗腐蚀性强,能多次重复使用,减少维修费用。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对上述方案做进一步说明。应理解,这些实施例是用于说明本发明而不限于限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据具体厂家的条件做进一步调整,未注明的实施条件通常为常规实验中的条件。
参见图1-3,为本发明一种铸造异型压线夹的实施例,其包括为铜铸造件或者是铜合金铸造件的上压线板4和下压线板6,导线5被压紧在上压线板4和下压线板6之间,下压线板6连接至接线螺栓11,采用这样的结构能够保证导线5、接线螺栓11和压线板件的可靠接触,过载能力强而且性能稳定。
具体的,上压线板4为板状结构,下压线板6包括与上压线板4匹配的下压板6-1、设置在下压板6-1下方用于连接接线螺栓11的异型管状结构,该异型管状结构包括用于连接接线螺栓11的连接管6-3、分别设置在连接管6-3径向两侧的夹紧部6-2和支撑部6-4,并且夹紧部6-2、连接管6-3及支撑部6-4沿下压板6-1长度方向排布;在上压线板4和下压线板6宽度方向的两端分别设有压线螺栓1,用于将导线5压紧在上压线板4和下压线板6之间。
接线螺栓11与连接管6-3螺纹连接,在夹紧部6-2的两侧分别设有夹紧螺栓7和夹紧螺母10,当将接线螺栓11与连接管6-3连接后拧紧夹紧螺栓7和夹紧螺母10将接线螺栓11固定在连接管6-3内。
为了保持接线螺栓11、导线5及压件板件之间连接的稳定性,上述支撑部6-4设为连接至连接管6-3和下压板6-1的两块支撑板,并且两块支撑板与下压板6-1的连接面呈八字形。
为了提高接线螺栓11与连接管6-3之间连接的稳定性,在夹紧螺母10和夹紧部6-2之间还设有第一弹簧垫圈9和第一平垫圈8。
为了提高导线5在上压线板4和下压线板6之间的稳定性,在压线螺栓1和上压线板4之间设有第二弹簧垫圈2和第二平垫圈3。
为了将导线5在上压线板4和下压线板6之间定位,在上压线板4和下压线板6对应设有V型凹槽12,安装时将导线5放置在上压线板4和下压线板6的V型凹槽12内,然后通过压线螺栓1将导线5压紧固定。
为了提高压线夹的抗氧化性和抗腐蚀性,将上压线板4和下压线板6的表面分别进行镀银处理,提高压线夹的使用寿命。

1.一种铸造异型压线夹,其特征在于,包括上压线板(4)和下压线板(6),所述上压线板(4)和所述下压线板(6)为铜铸造件或铜合金铸造件,导线(5)被压紧在所述上压线板(4)和所述下压线板(6)之间,所述下压线板(6)连接至接线螺栓(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铸造异型压线夹,其特征在于:所述上压线板(4)为板状结构,所述下压线板(6)包括与所述上压线板(4)匹配的下压板(6-1)、设置在所述下压板(6-1)下方的异型管状结构,所述异型管状结构包括与所述下压板(6-1)连接用于连接所述接线螺栓(11)的连接管(6-3)、分别设置在所述连接管(6-3)径向两侧的夹紧部(6-2)和支撑部(6-4),所述夹紧部(6-2)、所述连接管(6-3)和所述支撑部(6-4)沿所述下压板(6-1)长度方向排布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铸造异型压线夹,其特征在于:所述夹紧部(6-2)两侧分别设有夹紧螺栓(7)和夹紧螺母(10)以用于将所述接线螺栓(11)夹紧在所述连接管(6-3)中。
4.根据权利要求2所述的铸造异型压线夹,其特征在于:所述支撑部(6-4)包括连接所述连接管(6-3)和所述下压板(6-1)的两块支撑板,所述两块支撑板与所述下压板(6-1)的连接面呈八字形。
5.根据权利要求3所述的铸造异型压线夹,其特征在于:所述夹紧螺母(10)与所述夹紧部(6-2)之间设有第一弹簧垫圈(9)和第一平垫圈(8)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的铸造异型压线夹,其特征在于:所述上压线板(4)和所述下压线板(6)宽度方向的两端分别设有压线螺栓(1),所述压线螺栓(1)将所述导线(5)压紧在所述上压线板(4)和所述下压线板(6)之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的铸造异型压线夹,其特征在于:所述压线螺栓(1)与所述上压线板(4)之间设有第二弹簧垫圈(2)和第二平垫圈(3)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的铸造异型压线夹,其特征在于:所述上压线板(4)和所述下压线板(6)还相对设有用于固定所述导线的V型凹槽(12)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的铸造异型压线夹,其特征在于:所述上压线板(4)和所述下压线板(6)表面分别经过镀银处理。
