Abstract

本发明涉及一种光导管接口，该光导管接口适用于矩形结构的接口，包括光源输入管、矩形框及开设在矩形框边的开孔，光源输入管的一端与光导管连接以接收光源，另一端与矩形框连通，开孔均布在矩形框的框边，包括矩形结构的开孔及三角形结构的开孔。与现有技术相比，本发明针对矩形接口添加了对应的光导管矩形结构，并在对应接口的结构上增加了多级三角形结构设计的开孔，使光源更均匀的分布，光源输入后，通过光导管，将光线均匀的分布在矩状边缘处。

一种光导管接口
技术领域
本发明涉及一种接口，尤其是涉及一种光导管接口。
背景技术
光导管是将光线从一个位置传输到另一个位置的透明塑料件。在电子设备领域，制造商通常使用光导管将光从电路板上的发光二极管(LED)传输到电子设备的可由用户看到的前面板或面板上。因此，即使在LED嵌入到前面板或面板之后时，制造商也能让用户从电路板的LED直接获得有用的视觉信息。
现有技术中，使用的光导管接口这对圆形的接口表现较好，但是针对矩形接口时，会出现在接口四周光线分布不均的情况，一般来说，光线会集中分布在两侧，并且还会出现无光段。申请号为200810173263.7的光导管安装接口包括有支撑条和至少一个从支撑条突出的光导管，光导管穿过接口的壳体，在接口的延伸部设置有悬臂卡头，与壳体相接合，使得光导管能够相对于壳体被锁定在预定位置。该专利虽然能够方便固定住光导管，但是对于光线的分布情况的问题仍然无法解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种使光源更均匀的分布，还能够节约能源的光导管接口。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种光导管接口，该光导管接口适用于矩形结构的接口，包括光源输入管、矩形框及开设在矩形框边的开孔，
所述的光源输入管的一端与光导管连接以接收光源，另一端与矩形框连通，所述的开孔均布在矩形框的框边。
所述的光源输入管为圆弧状结构，连接在所述的矩形框的一角。
所述的矩形框为空心结构，该矩形框的四角呈圆弧过渡。
设置在矩形框边四角处的开孔的内侧呈三角形结构。
设置在矩形框边处的开孔的内侧呈矩形结构。
与现有技术相比，本发明针对矩形接口添加了对应的光导管矩形结构，并在对应接口的结构上增加了多级三角形结构设计的开孔，使光源更均匀的分布，光源输入后，通过光导管，将光线均匀的分布在矩状边缘处，另外相比传统需要左右两端两个LED灯的设计，本发明只需一个LED灯作为光源，节约成本的同时，简化了PCB板的设计。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
一种光导管接口，其结构如图1-2所示，该光导管接口适用于矩形结构的接口，包括光源输入管1、矩形框2，在矩形框2的框边上均布有开孔，光源输入管1的一端与光导管连接以接收光源，另一端与矩形框2连通。
光源输入管1为圆弧状结构，经端部的光源输入口与光导管连接，光源输入管1的另一端连接在矩形框2的一角。矩形框2为空心结构，该矩形框2的四角呈圆弧过渡。设置在矩形框边四角处的开孔为三角形结构开孔3，其内侧的结构呈三角形结构，方便光线的汇集，设置在矩形框边处的开孔为矩形结构开孔4，其内侧的结构呈矩形结构这样通过在对应接口的结构上增加了多级三角形结构设计的开孔，使光源更均匀的分布，光源输入后，通过光导管，将光线均匀的分布在矩状边缘处。

Claims (3)

1.一种适用于矩形接口的光导管接口，所述光导管接口包括：
矩形框；以及
光源输入管，所述光源输入管的一端用于接收光源，另一端与所述矩形框连通，
其中，在所述矩形框边上开设有离散且均布的多个开孔，设置在所述矩形框边处的开孔的内侧呈矩形结构，设置在矩形框边四角处的开孔的内侧呈三角形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光导管接口，其特征在于，所述的光源输入管为圆弧状结构，连接在所述的矩形框的一角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光导管接口，其特征在于，所述的矩形框为空心结构，矩形框的四角呈圆弧过渡。
