Abstract

一种冷回收热泵系统,本发明是公开了一种冷回收热泵系统,该热泵系统由制热压缩机(1)、四通换向阀(2)、热水换热器(3)、单向阀(4)、储液器(5)、单向阀(6)、单向阀(7)、干燥过滤器(8)、热力膨胀阀(9)、电磁阀(10)、电磁阀(11)、冷回收换热器(12)、风机盘管组件(13)及气液分离器(14)组成。通过该系统,可以实现制热为主的空调冷量回收,特别适用于冬季不需要供暖的南方区域。

Description

一种冷回收热泵系统
技术领域  一种在空气源热泵热水机翅片盘管组件上并接一板式换热器,实现单制热或制热同时冷回收(制取冷水)功能。 
背景技术  常规的空气源热泵热水机只有单一的制热功能,制热时产生的冷量白白浪费到空气中,是一种无形的损失。 
发明内容:本发明冷回收技术应用于热泵热水系统,使热泵热水系统在制热的同时可实现冷量回收,回收的冷水可用于空调系统。 
本发明解决其技术问题所使用的技术方案是: 
本系统由制热压缩机(1)、四通换向阀(2)、热水换热器(3)、单向阀(4)、储液器(5)、单向阀(6)、单向阀(7)、干燥过滤器(8)、热力膨胀阀(9)、电磁阀(10)、电磁阀(11)、冷回收换热器(12)、风机盘管组件(13)及气液分离器(14)组成。 
在空气源热泵系统的压缩机(1)吸气口与热力膨胀阀(9)出口间并联有用于控制冷回收的电磁阀(11)和冷回收换热器(12)。 
在冬季制热时采用冷回收技术,其原理是在传统的压缩机吸气口和膨胀阀后并接一冷回收换热器,制热时,通过电磁阀切断翅片盘管组件流路并接通板式换热器流路,冷回收换热器流路内的低压低温冷媒吸收其内的空调水热量,实现冷量回收、制热量和能源效率的提高。

具体实施方式  附图中的一种冷回收热泵系统主要由制热压缩机(1)、四通换向阀(2)、板式换热器(3)、单向阀(4)、储液器(5)、单向阀(6)、单向阀(7)、干燥过滤器(8)、热力膨胀阀(9)、电磁阀(10)、电磁阀(11)、板式换热器(12)、风机盘管组件(13)及气液分离器(14)组成。 
只需热水时,冷回收热泵系统运行单制热模式,由制热压缩机(1)出来的高温高压气态冷媒流经四通换向阀(2)后进入到热水换热器(3),在热水换热器(3)内高温高压气态冷媒冷凝为高压液态冷媒并将热量传递给自来水,从而实现制取热水的目的,高压液态冷媒随后依次流经单向阀(4)、储液器(5)、 干燥过滤器(8)及热力膨胀阀(9)并在热力膨胀阀(9)内节流为低温低压的汽液两相冷媒,汽液两相冷媒随后流经电磁阀(10)及风机盘管组件(13),在翅片盘管组件(13)内汽液两相冷媒蒸发为低压气态冷媒并最后经四通阀(2)和气液分离器(14)流向制热压缩机(1)。 
既需要热水又需要冷水时,冷回收热泵系统运行制热加冷回收模式或制冷加热回收模式,由制热压缩机(1)出来的高温高压气态冷媒流经四通换向阀(2)后进入到热水换热器(3),在板式换热器(3)内高温高压气态冷媒冷凝为高压液态冷媒并将热量传递给自来水,从而实现制取热水或者热量回收的目的,高压液态冷媒随后依次流经单向阀(4)、储液器(5)、干燥过滤器(8)及热力膨胀阀(9)并在热力膨胀阀(9)内节流为低温低压的汽液两相冷媒,汽液两相冷媒随后流经电磁阀(11)及冷回收换热器(12),在冷回收换热器(12)内,汽液两相冷媒内的液态冷媒蒸发为气态冷媒,其吸收流冷回收换热器(12)自来水的热量,从而制取冷水,达到制冷或者冷量回收的目的,蒸发后的冷媒为低压气态冷媒,其最终经气液分离器(14)流向制热压缩机(1)。 
相对于单热型的热泵系统,本系统在只增加一个冷回收换热器(12)及附属关键的基础上,就可以无偿回收制热过程中产生的热量,从而显著提高了整机的综合能效比,节省了建筑的空调设备投入。

1.一种冷回收热泵系统,其特征是:该系统由制热压缩机(1)、四通换向阀(2)、热水换热器(3)、单向阀(4)、储液器(5)、单向阀(6)、单向阀(7)、干燥过滤器(8)、热力膨胀阀(9)、电磁阀(10)、电磁阀(11)、冷回收换热器(12)、风机盘管组件(13)及气液分离器(14)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述,在空气源热泵系统的压缩机(1)吸气口与热力膨胀阀(9)出口间并联有用于控制冷回收的电磁阀(11)和冷回收换热器(12)。
