Abstract

一种与空调配套的空气净化器,包括壳体、电源接口、高压静电发生器、碳刷条、静电集尘器和过滤网板,空气从上盖板进来,空气中的尘粒在碳刷条附近就被带上静电,流入静电集尘器,细微的尘粒被吸附在静电集尘器极板上,并把菌杀死,空气进入过滤网板,所有的烟气、甲醛被过滤,最后清洁空气从下壳体的出风口排出到空调室内机进风口,有益效果是;结构简单牢固,制造容易,成本低廉;不但可以集尘、除尘,排除PM2.5以上的细微颗粒物,还能瞬间完全杀灭寄附在灰尘上的细菌、病毒,防止感冒和传染病。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化器,尤其涉及一种与空调配套的空气净化器。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,工业生产和汽车普及所带来的环境污染日趋严重,尤其是污染大气,经常出现雾霾天气,使得人们的生存质量面临着巨大的挑战,影响和威胁了人们的身体健康,因此,室内空气的净化越来越重视,目前,我国市场上的空气净化器品种很多,但其过滤材料大多为非织造布或膜,其功能仅有除尘,而不具备吸附、杀菌、清除PM2.5细微颗粒等功能。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术不足,采用一种高压静电吸附空气中细微颗粒,达到净化室内空气的目的。
解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种与空调配套的空气净化器,包括壳体、电源接口、高压静电发生器、碳刷条、静电集尘器和过滤网板,其特征在于:所述的壳体由上盖板和下壳体组成,上盖板有栅栏进风口,下壳体底有大方格出风口,侧面有个电源接口,下壳体的右侧内放置高压静电发生器,左侧内放置2块并列的过滤网板,在过滤网板上放置静电集尘器,静电集尘器上放置碳刷条,碳刷条上面是上盖板,所述的电源接口,接收12V DC,12VDC连接高压静电发生器,高压静电连接到碳刷条和静电集尘器,空气从上盖板进来,空气中的尘粒在碳刷条附近就被带上静电,流入静电集尘器,细微的尘粒被吸附在静电集尘器极板上,并把细菌、病毒杀死,空气进入过滤网板,过滤烟气、甲醛,最后的清洁空气从下壳体的出风口排出到空调室内机进风口。
本发明外配有一只电源适配器,可以使空气净化器与空调器运转同步,自动启动和关闭电源的供给。
所述的静电发生器,是常规的;
所述的静电集尘器,由塑料制的多条长条组成,长条与长条紧叠在一起,叠厚度小于净化器的内侧宽度,每条长条两侧面分别连接静电的正负极,所述的长条由一排紧密连在一起的小方管组成,小方管就是空气的通道;
所述的过滤网板,其网板框和格子用塑料制成,格子宽10-12mm,网板两面粘有丝网,小方格内放置活性炭;
我们将空气净化器装在空调器的进风位置,进行性能测试实验,与空调器一起运转8小时,检测室内空气的臭氧浓度,开始时为4.0ppb,然后慢慢上升,至8小时时,测得臭氧浓度为45.6ppb,由实验数据可见,测到空气中臭氧的浓度能够达到国家标准GB/18202-2000中的规定(国家规定的标准:室内空气臭氧一小时浓度应为75ppb以下);在运行24小时后,检查空气净化器内部的静电集尘器也无异常,表面无放电痕迹,静电集尘器绝缘强度安全可靠。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、结构简单牢固,制造容易,成本低廉;
2、本空气净化器不但可以集尘、除尘,排除PM2.5以上的细微颗粒物,还能瞬间完全杀灭寄附在灰尘上的细菌、病毒,防止感冒和传染病。

以下结合附图1和一个实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
一种与空调配套的空气净化器,包括壳体1、电源接口2、高压静电发生器3、碳刷条4、静电集尘器5和过滤网板6,其特征在于:所述的壳体1由上盖板1.1和下壳体1.2组成,上盖板1.1有栅栏进风口,下壳体1.2底有大方格出风口,侧面有个电源接口2,下壳体1的右侧内放置高压静电发生器3,左侧内并列放置2块过滤网板6,在过滤网板6上放置静电集尘器5,静电集尘器5上放置碳刷条4,碳刷条4上面是上盖板1.1,所述的电源接口2,接收12V DC,12V DC连接高压静电发生器3,高压静电连接到碳刷条4和静电集尘器5,空气从上盖板1.1进来,空气中的尘粒在碳刷条4附近就被带上静电,流入静电集尘器5,细微的尘粒被吸附在静电集尘器5极板上,并把细菌、病毒杀死,空气进入过滤网板6,所有的烟气、甲醛被过滤,最后的清洁空气从下壳体1.2的出风口排出到空调室内机进风口。

1.一种与空调配套的空气净化器,包括壳体、电源接口、高压静电发生器、碳刷条、静电集尘器和过滤网板,其特征在于:所述的壳体由上盖板和下壳体组成,上盖板有栅栏进风口,下壳体底有大方格出风口,侧面有个电源接口,壳体的右侧内放置高压静电发生器,底内并列放置2块过滤网板,在过滤网板上放置静电集尘器,静电集尘器上放置碳刷条,碳刷条上面是上盖板,所述的电源接口,接收12V DC,12V DC连接高压静电发生器,高压静电连接到碳刷条和静电集尘器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种与空调配套的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的静电集尘器,由塑料制的多条长条组成,长条与长条紧叠在一起,叠厚度小于净化器的内侧宽度,每条长条两侧面分别连接静电的正负极,所述的长条由一排紧密连在一起的小方管组成。
