Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车空调管装配用具，具体是涉及一种空调管装配用塑料插销。包括轴以及分别置于轴顶部和底部的顶盖、椭球形插头，轴上设置有多层螺旋插片，每一层螺旋插片由相互垂直呈十字形的4个单片构成，每一层螺旋插片的4个单片的外端面围合成圆形。螺旋插片的材质为塑料。轴、顶盖和椭球形插头的材质为塑料，且为一体成型加工制成。本发明的空调管装配用塑料插销，结构设计简单，安装较为简便，通过塑料材质制成，对空调管的管身不会造成任何伤害，产品适用性较广。

本发明涉及一种汽车空调管装配用具，具体是涉及一种空调管装配用塑料插销。
背景技术
汽车空调管在安装时，需要用到数个插销对其支撑固定，现有的该类插销，基本为钢结构件，其缺陷主要在于结构较为复杂，对空调管管身易造成伤害等。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种空调管装配用塑料插销。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种空调管装配用塑料插销，包括轴以及分别置于轴顶部和底部的顶盖、椭球形插头，所述轴上设置有多层螺旋插片，每一层螺旋插片由相互垂直呈十字形的4个单片构成，每一层螺旋插片的4个单片的外端面围合成圆形。
进一步的，所述螺旋插片的材质为塑料。
进一步的，所述轴、顶盖和椭球形插头的材质为塑料，且为一体成型加工制成。
本发明的空调管装配用塑料插销，其有益效果表现在：
结构设计简单，安装较为简便，通过塑料材质制成，对空调管的管身不会造成任何伤害，产品适用性较广。

为进一步描述本发明，下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。图1和2所示的一种空调管装配用塑料插销，包括轴20以及分别置于轴20顶部和底部的顶盖10、椭球形插头30，轴20上设置有多层螺旋插片40，每一层螺旋插片40由相互垂直呈十字形的4个单片构成，每一层螺旋插片40的4个单片的外端面围合成圆形。
螺旋插片40的材质为塑料，轴20、顶盖10和椭球形插头30的材质为塑料，且为一体成型加工制成。

2.根据权利要求1所述的空调管装配用塑料插销，其特征在于：所述螺旋插片(40)的材质为塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空调管装配用塑料插销，其特征在于：所述轴(20)、顶盖(10)和椭球形插头(30)的材质为塑料，且为一体成型加工制成。
