Abstract

本发明涉及一种卸管机的支撑脚结构,包括固连于支撑座上的支撑腿,支撑腿的下表面安装有支撑柱,所述支撑腿带有贯穿其下表面的螺纹孔,支撑柱带有倒T字形结构,支撑柱的立柱螺旋连接于所述螺纹孔中,螺纹孔的根部安装有连接块,连接块与立柱的上端面间安装有内弹簧;支撑腿的下端与支撑柱的横梁间带有缓空间,所述缓冲空间中安装有外弹簧。本发明采用交叉式弹簧实现支撑腿与支撑柱内部间的横向与竖向张紧,提高内部螺旋连接的稳定性,减小变形;采用外弹簧实现支撑柱与支撑腿间的外部竖向张紧,进一步提高竖向支撑的稳定性;本发明的结构简单、安装方便、支撑稳定性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及地质勘探设备领域,尤其涉及一种缷管机。
背景技术
缷管机是在地质钻探起下钻具时,用于拧卸钻杆的一种机械。它可代替人力拧卸钻杆,减轻工人劳动强度,提高升降工作效率。钻杆由多节组成,卸管时必须保证相邻两节之间的轴向对正,否则卸管的阻力较大,对钻杆造成影响。卸管机通过两卸爪夹持钻杆,卸爪旋转时将钻杆拧卸。因此,保证卸管机工作时的稳定性至关重要,而稳定性取决于机体的振动状况,即由机体的支撑座决定。
现有技术中的支撑座固定于卸管机的底部,支撑座包括上下连接的两部分,长时间后两部分容易变形,相对位置产生变化,导致卸管机不平衡,从而对卸管操作造成影响。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有技术存在的上述缺点,提供一种结构合理的卸管机的支撑脚结构,安装于卸管机的底座上,保证卸管机平衡、提高卸管机的工作稳定性。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种卸管机的支撑脚结构,包括固连于支撑座上的支撑腿,支撑腿的下表面安装有支撑柱,所述支撑腿带有贯穿其下表面的螺纹孔,支撑柱带有倒T字形结构,支撑柱的立柱螺旋连接于所述螺纹孔中,螺纹孔的根部安装有连接块,连接块与立柱的上端面间安装有内弹簧;支撑腿的下端与支撑柱的横梁间带有缓空间,所述缓冲空间中安装有外弹簧。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述内弹簧交叉连接于连接块与立柱之间。
所述连接块的下表面带有下凹槽,立柱的上端带有上凹槽,所述内弹簧的两端分别连接于所述下凹槽与上凹槽中。
所述支撑腿的下端面带有上安装环,横梁的上表面带有下安装环,所述外弹簧的上下两端分别套置于上安装环与立柱之间、下安装环与立柱间的环隙中。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明采用交叉式弹簧实现支撑腿与支撑柱内部间的横向与竖向张紧,提高内部螺旋连接的稳定性,减小变形;采用外弹簧实现支撑柱与支撑腿间的外部竖向张紧,进一步提高竖向支撑的稳定性;本发明的结构简单、安装方便、支撑稳定性高。

下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本实施例的卸管机的支撑脚结构,包括固连于支撑座上的支撑腿1,支撑腿1的下表面安装有支撑柱2,支撑腿1带有贯穿其下表面的螺纹孔3,支撑柱2带有倒T字形结构,支撑柱2的立柱21螺旋连接于螺纹孔3中,螺纹孔3的根部安装有连接块5,连接块5可直接放置于螺纹孔3中,亦可螺旋连接于螺纹孔3中;连接块5与立柱21的上端面间安装有内弹簧4,内弹簧4交叉连接于连接块5与立柱21之间:连接块5的下表面带有下凹槽,立柱21的上端带有上凹槽,内弹簧4的两端分别连接于下凹槽与上凹槽中。交叉连接的内弹簧4实现立柱21与支撑腿1间横向和竖向张紧。
支撑腿1的下端与支撑柱2的横梁22间带有缓空间,缓冲空间中安装有外弹簧6:支撑腿1的下端面带有上安装环11,横梁22的上表面带有下安装环23,外弹簧6的上下两端分别套置于上安装环11与立柱21之间、下安装环23与立柱21间的环隙中。外弹簧6用于支撑腿1与支撑柱2之间的竖向张紧。
本发明采用交叉式弹簧实现支撑腿与支撑柱内部间的横向与竖向张紧,提高内部螺旋连接的稳定性,减小变形;采用外弹簧实现支撑柱与支撑腿间的外部竖向张紧,进一步提高竖向支撑的稳定性;本发明的结构简单、安装方便、支撑稳定性高。

1.一种卸管机的支撑脚结构,包括固连于支撑座上的支撑腿(1),支撑腿(1)的下表面安装有支撑柱(2),其特征在于:所述支撑腿(1)带有贯穿其下表面的螺纹孔(3),支撑柱(2)带有倒T字形结构,支撑柱(2)的立柱(21)螺旋连接于所述螺纹孔(3)中,螺纹孔(3)的根部安装有连接块(5),连接块(5)与立柱(21)的上端面间安装有内弹簧(4);支撑腿(1)的下端与支撑柱(2)的横梁(22)间带有缓空间,所述缓冲空间中安装有外弹簧(6)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的卸管机的支撑脚结构,其特征在于:所述内弹簧(4)交叉连接于连接块(5)与立柱(21)之间。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的卸管机的支撑脚结构,其特征在于:所述连接块(5)的下表面带有下凹槽,立柱(21)的上端带有上凹槽,所述内弹簧(4)的两端分别连接于所述下凹槽与上凹槽中。
4.按照权利要求1所述的卸管机的支撑脚结构,其特征在于:所述支撑腿(1)的下端面带有上安装环(11),横梁(22)的上表面带有下安装环(23),所述外弹簧(6)的上下两端分别套置于上安装环(11)与立柱(21)之间、下安装环(23)与立柱(21)间的环隙中。
