本发明涉及屏蔽技术领域,特别涉及一种屏蔽帐篷。
背景技术
在户外用品中,帐篷是最常见的用品之一,目前已经广泛应用于军队、科研检测、地质勘探之中。传统的户外用帐篷主要包括支撑框架、帐篷布及绳索,在组装和拆卸过程中,需要对支撑框架进行组装操作,然后再将帐篷布盖设于所述支撑框架上,所述帐篷步所用的面料为普通防水面料,其无法有效屏蔽帐篷外的电磁波干扰,而在电子技术日新月异迅速发展的今天,我们生活的环境中的电磁环境日益复杂,电磁波干扰、电磁波泄漏、电磁波污染等问题已日益严重,已经极大地制约和限制了电子信息技术的发展,而传统的帐篷因帐篷布面料的原因,无法实现对电磁干扰良好的屏蔽效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种屏蔽帐篷,对电磁波具有较佳的屏蔽效果,且防雨隔音、安装简单、携带方便。
实现本发明的技术方案如下:一种屏蔽帐篷,包括篷垫、篷体和支架,所述篷体由屏蔽内层、隔音中层和防水外层制成,篷体的防水外层设有与支架大小匹配的于篷顶相交的管套,支架穿过管套固定住篷体,篷垫置于篷体内;所述篷体的一侧开有出入门,出入门与篷体之间通过双向拉链连接;所述双向拉链的防水外层处设有防水衬带,双向拉链的屏蔽内层处设有屏蔽衬带。
所述屏蔽内层材料为纳米离子屏蔽面料构成。
所述衬带为篷体的延伸。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明有效抑制电磁泄漏发射和电源线传导泄漏发射,本发明的轻型电磁屏蔽帐篷具有屏蔽效能高、安装简单、防水隔音、重量轻、携带方便。

下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步说明;
参见图1、图2所示,一种屏蔽帐篷,包括篷垫3、篷体1和支架2,所述篷体由屏蔽内层11、隔音中层12和防水外层13制成,篷体1的防水外层13设有与支架2大小匹配的于篷顶相交的管套,支架2穿过管套固定住篷体1,篷垫3置于篷体1内;所述篷体1的一侧开有出入门4,出入门4与篷体1之间通过双向拉链5连接;所述双向拉链5的防水外层13处设有防水衬带,防止雨水从拉链缝隙中渗入,双向拉链5的屏蔽内层11处设有屏蔽衬带,防止信号从拉链缝隙中泄露。
根据帐篷制作工艺制成本发明的屏蔽帐篷,本发明的屏蔽帐篷采用纳米离子屏蔽面料构成,能有效抑制电磁泄漏发射和电源线传导泄漏发射。

1.一种屏蔽帐篷,包括篷垫、篷体和支架,其特征在于:所述篷体由屏蔽内层、隔音中层和防水外层制成,篷体的防水外层设有与支架大小匹配的与篷顶相交的管套,支架穿过管套固定住篷体,篷垫置于篷体内;所述篷体的一侧开有出入门,出入门与篷体之间通过双向拉链连接;所述双向拉链的防水外层处设有防水衬带,双向拉链的屏蔽内层处设有屏蔽衬带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屏蔽帐篷,其特征在于:所述屏蔽内层材料为纳米离子屏蔽面料构成。
