Abstract

本发明涉及一种取土杆结构,包括杆体,杆体的上端带有操纵杆,其下端带有取土套,所述取土套的下端连接有锥形弹簧套,弹簧套带有上端大、下端小的锥形收缩结构,其上端为疏部,下端为密部。本发明与传统的取土杆相比,于取土套的下端连接锥形弹簧套,一方面提高取样的掘进力,另一方面提高土样的附着力,从而提高取样可靠性及效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及地质勘探设备领域,尤其涉及一种取土器。
背景技术
在地质勘探领域中,采集土样品时常常用到取土器。现有的取土器结构包括圆环形底座,底座的中心固连有导向座,导向座的中心滑动装置取土杆,取土杆为上端带有丝杆下端带有取土套的结构,丝杆螺旋连接于丝杆座内,丝杆座与圆环形底座固定连接。上述取土器的取土杆存在的缺点是:取土杆的下端为筒形状结构,取土后脱离地面时,土样品容易从筒内脱落,导致需要多次取土,效率低;并且筒形结构的下端取样时的掘进力不足,一次取样耗费的时间较长。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有现有技术中的缺点,进行研究及改进,提供一种结构合理、方便使用、效率高的取土杆结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种取土杆结构,包括杆体,杆体的上端带有操纵杆,其下端带有取土套,所述取土套的下端连接有锥形弹簧套,弹簧套带有上端大、下端小的锥形收缩结构,其上端为疏部,下端为密部。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述密部至疏部的弹簧丝的间距递增。
所述弹簧套的弹簧丝的截面为矩形。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明与传统的取土杆相比,于取土套的下端连接锥形弹簧套,一方面提高取样的掘进力,另一方面提高土样的附着力,从而提高取样可靠性及效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的取土杆结构,包括杆体1,杆体1的上端带有操纵杆4,其下端带有取土套2,取土套2的下端连接有锥形弹簧套3,弹簧套3带有上端大、下端小的锥形收缩结构,其上端为疏部32,下端为密部31。
如图2所示,密部31至疏部32的弹簧丝的间距递增,弹簧套3的弹簧丝的截面为矩形,矩形弹簧丝相比圆形弹簧丝,更利于土样的附着。
这种结构的优点在于:密部31位于下端,其强度及刚度较高,易于取样时掘进地下,疏部32位于上端,取样后土样可陷入至相邻的弹簧丝中,提高土样的附着力。
本发明与传统的取土杆相比,于取土套的下端连接锥形弹簧套,一方面提高取样的掘进力,另一方面提高土样的附着力,从而提高取样可靠性及效率。

1.一种取土杆结构,包括杆体(1),杆体(1)的上端带有操纵杆(4),其下端带有取土套(2),其特征在于:所述取土套(2)的下端连接有锥形弹簧套(3),弹簧套(3)带有上端大、下端小的锥形收缩结构,其上端为疏部(32),下端为密部(31)。
2.根据权利要求1所述取土杆结构,其特征在于:所述密部(31)至疏部(32)的弹簧丝的间距递增。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述取土杆结构,其特征在于:所述弹簧套(3)的弹簧丝的截面为矩形。
