Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚氨酯丙烯酸聚合物水分散涂料及其制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:顺丁烯二酸酐-30、三羟甲基丙烷-40、聚四亚甲基乙二醇(分子量1000)-95、2,2-二(4-羟环己基)丙烷-30、N-甲基呲咯烷酮-152、苯甲酰氯-0.2、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯-208、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺-28、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-370、苯乙烯和表面活性剂水溶液-30、水-1038、8%的叔丁酸水溶液-45、4%的次硫酸钠溶液-45。本发明具有良好的耐水、耐碱、耐溶剂性能,且附着机械性能优异,而且在长时间内是稳定的,具有非常低的VOC(挥发性有机物含量)。

Description

一种聚氨酯丙烯酸聚合物水分散涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
    本发明属于高分子材料制作领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯丙烯酸聚合物水分散涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚合物的乳液聚合有利于环保,产品成本较溶液型聚合物低,可得到较高的分子量、固含量,同时粘度可以较低,操作方便。丙烯酸(PA)乳液和聚氨酯(PU)乳液各有优缺点,如丙烯酸酯聚合物的耐光性较好,但缺点是夏季变软、发粘,不耐污染;而聚氨酯乳液有柔韧性好等优点,聚氨酯是一种发展迅速的多功能高分子合成材料,性能优异,广泛用作软硬泡沫塑料、弹性体、涂料、胶黏剂、密封剂、弹性纤维、合成革、铺装及防水材料等。聚氨酯大分子主链由玻璃化温度低于室温的柔性链段(亦称软段)和玻璃化温度高于室温的刚性链段(亦称硬段)嵌段而成。
水性涂料即用水作溶剂或者作为分散介质的涂料。水作为溶剂有别于绝大多数有机溶剂,其无毒、无臭、不燃。用水作分散介质,不仅环保、健康,且生产和使用安全,同时可以降低涂料的生产成本。因此水性涂料成为现代涂料工业发展的主流方向。但许多水分散涂料都具有挥发性气体产生,而且受温度影响较大。
发明内容
    本发明的目的在于提供一种性能优异,节能环保,耐水性和热储存稳定性优良的一种聚氨酯丙烯酸聚合物水分散涂料及其制备方法,该水性涂料由下列重量份的原料制成:该水性涂料由下列重量份的原料制成:顺丁烯二酸酐-30、三羟甲基丙烷-40、聚四亚甲基乙二醇(分子量1000)-95、2,2-二(4-羟环己基)丙烷-30、N-甲基呲咯烷酮-152、苯甲酰氯-0.2、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯-208、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺-28、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-370、苯乙烯和表面活性剂水溶液-30、水-1038、8%的叔丁酸水溶液-45、4%的次硫酸钠溶液-45。
    所述改性后的丙酸酯树脂水性涂料由以下方法制得:将组分顺丁烯二酸酐-30、三羟甲基丙烷-40在85℃的条件下加热到酸值恒定的状态下,在40℃条件下加入聚四亚甲基乙二醇(分子量1000)-95、2,2-二(4-羟环己基)丙烷-30、N-甲基呲咯烷酮-152、苯甲酰氯-0.2、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯-208,于85℃加热到NCO含量5%,在此条件下加入组分N,N-二甲基乙醇胺-28和组分水-1038,于50℃条件下加热到NCO含量为0,加组分甲基丙烯酸甲酯-370、苯乙烯和表面活性剂水溶液-30并且加热到60℃,加组分8%的叔丁酸水溶液-45、4%的次硫酸钠溶液-45并且在60℃加热制得43%固体组分的稳定乳液。
    所述聚氨酯丙烯酸聚合物是采用传统的乳化聚合法制得的,即将各种单体、水、表面活性剂及聚合催化剂的混合物乳化,将所得的乳液投入常规的聚合反应器中并加热之,在此,分子量的测定采用凝胶渗透色谱法,典型可用的催化剂有过硫酸铵,过氧化氢,偏二亚硫酸钠,过氧化氢磺酸钠等。
本发明具有的积极效果是:
本发明具有良好的耐水、耐碱、耐溶剂性能,且附着机械性能优异,而且在长时间内是稳定的,具有非常低的VOC(挥发性有机物含量)。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定发明。
    一种聚氨酯丙烯酸聚合物水分散涂料及其制备方法。该水性涂料由下列重量份的原料制成:该水性涂料由下列重量份的原料制成:顺丁烯二酸酐-30、三羟甲基丙烷-40、聚四亚甲基乙二醇(分子量1000)-95、2,2-二(4-羟环己基)丙烷-30、N-甲基呲咯烷酮-152、苯甲酰氯-0.2、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯-208、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺-28、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-370、苯乙烯和表面活性剂水溶液-30、水-1038、8%的叔丁酸水溶液-45、4%的次硫酸钠溶液-45。
    改性后的丙酸酯树脂水性涂料由以下方法制得:将组分顺丁烯二酸酐-30、三羟甲基丙烷-40在85℃的条件下加热到酸值恒定的状态下,在40℃条件下加入聚四亚甲基乙二醇(分子量1000)-95、2,2-二(4-羟环己基)丙烷-30、N-甲基呲咯烷酮-152、苯甲酰氯-0.2、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯-208,于85℃加热到NCO含量5%,在此条件下加入组分N,N-二甲基乙醇胺-28和组分水-1038,于50℃条件下加热到NCO含量为0,加组分甲基丙烯酸甲酯-370、苯乙烯和表面活性剂水溶液-30并且加热到60℃,加组分8%的叔丁酸水溶液-45、4%的次硫酸钠溶液-45并且在60℃加热制得43%固体组分的稳定乳液。

1.一种聚氨酯丙烯酸聚合物水分散涂料及其制备方法 ,其特征在于:该水性涂料由下列重量份的原料制成:顺丁烯二酸酐-30、三羟甲基丙烷-40、聚四亚甲基乙二醇(分子量1000)-95、2,2-二(4-羟环己基)丙烷-30、N-甲基呲咯烷酮-152、苯甲酰氯-0.2、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯-208、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺-28、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-370、苯乙烯和表面活性剂水溶液-30、水-1038、8%的叔丁酸水溶液-45、4%的次硫酸钠溶液-45。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种聚氨酯丙烯酸聚合物水分散涂料及其制备方法 ,其特征在于,所述改性后的丙酸酯树脂水性涂料由以下方法制得:将组分顺丁烯二酸酐-30、三羟甲基丙烷-40在85℃的条件下加热到酸值恒定的状态下,在40℃条件下加入聚四亚甲基乙二醇(分子量1000)-95、2,2-二(4-羟环己基)丙烷-30、N-甲基呲咯烷酮-152、苯甲酰氯-0.2、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯-208,于85℃加热到NCO含量5%,在此条件下加入组分N,N-二甲基乙醇胺-28和组分水-1038,于50℃条件下加热到NCO含量为0,加组分甲基丙烯酸甲酯-370、苯乙烯和表面活性剂水溶液-30并且加热到60℃,加组分8%的叔丁酸水溶液-45、4%的次硫酸钠溶液-45并且在60℃加热制得43%固体组分的稳定乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种聚氨酯丙烯酸聚合物水分散涂料及其制备方法 ,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯丙烯酸聚合物是采用传统的乳化聚合法制得的,即将各种单体、水、表面活性剂及聚合催化剂的混合物乳化,将所得的乳液投入常规的聚合反应器中并加热之,在此,分子量的测定采用凝胶渗透色谱法,典型可用的催化剂有过硫酸铵,过氧化氢,偏二亚硫酸钠,过氧化氢磺酸钠等。
