技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温砂浆,具体涉及一种玻化微珠保温砂浆,属于建筑领域。
背景技术
目前,国家正在大力发展提倡环保、节能建筑结构。 实施建筑节能必须大幅度提高维护结构,尤其是外墙的热工性能。 一般来说,建筑维护结构采用节能方法主要有两种 :一是直接选用保温墙体结构;二是选用在墙体外层涂刷一层保温砂浆。 比较而言,采用墙体外层涂刷保温砂浆,施工简单,尤其是对于已有的建筑结构,其优势更加明显。因此,建筑物外墙采用粉刷保温砂浆以保证建筑物节能性能的方法得到越来越多地应用。
保温砂浆是以各种轻质材料为骨料,以水泥为胶凝料,掺和一些改性添加剂,经生产企业搅拌混合而制成的一种预拌干粉砂浆,主要用于构筑建筑表面保温层的一种建筑材料,具有节能利废、保温隔热、耐老化的优异性能以及价格低廉、施工方便等特点,有着广泛的市场需求。目前市场上的保温砂浆种类繁多,性能参差不齐,大多数保温砂浆还是存在着抗裂性差的不足,容易出现开裂现象,不易在冬季施工、凝结硬化较慢、且与基材的粘结能力有限,在实际工程应用中受到一定的限制。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种抗开裂性能优异的保温砂浆,可克服保温砂浆开裂、起壳等通病,且粘结强度高,附着力强,具有良好的保温隔热性、耐候性、防火防水性、抗冻性等性能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种保温砂浆,按照常规保温砂浆制备方法制备,包括以下重量份的组份:硅酸盐水泥30-40份、玻化微珠20-30份、保温骨料10-15份、抗裂材料5-10份、功能性材料5-10份。
优选的,所述的保温骨料为碳气凝胶,堆积密度为100—120 kg/cm3
优选的,所述的抗裂材料为轻烧氧化镁、硅藻土,重量比为4-9:1-3。
优选的,所述的功能性材料为聚丙烯纤维、丙烯酸弹性乳液、聚丙烯醇、纤维素醚、羟乙基纤维素醚混合的混合物。
优选的,所述的聚丙烯纤维、丙烯酸弹性乳液、聚丙烯醇、纤维素醚、羟乙基纤维素醚的重量比为1:1:1:1:1。
本发明保温砂浆抗裂性能优异,可克服保温砂浆开裂、起壳等通病,且粘结强度高,附着力强,具有良好的保温隔热性、耐候性、防火防水性、抗冻性等性能;并且保温砂浆的体积稳定性好,凝结硬化时产生体积微膨胀,不开裂、不空鼓,耐水性强,抗老化,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种保温砂浆,按照常规保温砂浆制备方法制备,包括以下重量份的组份:硅酸盐水泥40份、玻化微珠30份、碳气凝胶15份、轻烧氧化镁4份、硅藻土1份、聚丙烯纤维1份、丙烯酸弹性乳液1份、聚丙烯醇1份、纤维素醚1份、羟乙基纤维素醚1份。
实施例2:
一种保温砂浆,按照常规保温砂浆制备方法制备,包括以下重量份的组份:硅酸盐水泥30份、玻化微珠20份、碳气凝胶10份、轻烧氧化镁7份、硅藻土3份、聚丙烯纤维2份、丙烯酸弹性乳液2份、聚丙烯醇2份、纤维素醚2份、羟乙基纤维素醚2份。
实施例3:
一种保温砂浆,按照常规保温砂浆制备方法制备,包括以下重量份的组份:硅酸盐水泥33份、玻化微珠23份、碳气凝胶12份、轻烧氧化镁5份、硅藻土2份、聚丙烯纤维1份、丙烯酸弹性乳液1份、聚丙烯醇1份、纤维素醚1份、羟乙基纤维素醚1份。
实施例4:
一种保温砂浆,按照常规保温砂浆制备方法制备,包括以下重量份的组份:硅酸盐水泥35份、玻化微珠25份、碳气凝胶13份、轻烧氧化镁8份、硅藻土2份、聚丙烯纤维1.5份、丙烯酸弹性乳液1.5份、聚丙烯醇1.5份、纤维素醚1.5份、羟乙基纤维素醚1.5份。
实施例5:
一种保温砂浆,按照常规保温砂浆制备方法制备,包括以下重量份的组份:硅酸盐水泥37份、玻化微珠27份、碳气凝胶13份、轻烧氧化镁6份、硅藻土2份、聚丙烯纤维2份、丙烯酸弹性乳液2份、聚丙烯醇2份、纤维素醚2份、羟乙基纤维素醚2份。
验证试验:对本发明实施例1-5所得的保温砂浆进行性能验证,结果如表1所示:

1.一种保温砂浆,按照常规保温砂浆制备方法制备,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组份:硅酸盐水泥30-40 份、玻化微珠20-30 份、保温骨料10-15 份、抗裂材料5-10 份、功能性材料5-10 份;
所述的保温骨料为碳气凝胶,堆积密度为100— 120 kg/cm3
所述的抗裂材料为轻烧氧化镁、硅藻土,重量比为4-9:1-3;
所述的功能性材料为聚丙烯纤维、丙烯酸弹性乳液、聚丙烯醇、纤维素醚、羟乙基纤维素醚混合的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温砂浆,其特征在于,所述的聚丙烯纤维、丙烯酸弹性乳液、聚丙烯醇、纤维素醚、羟乙基纤维素醚的重量比为1:1:1:1:1。
