本发明涉及一种破乳剂,属于化工涂料技术领域。
背景技术
炼油厂生产水处理中所产生的浮渣里仍含有一定剂量的乳化油,排放、贮存困难很大,造成排污困难。目前所采用的破乳剂大部分是以环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、 及其聚合物,脂肪醇等活性剂配置而成,但都不能达到很好的效果,还没有好的解决方案。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种能减少污染、降低生产成本、有利于环境保护的高效破乳剂。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种高效破乳剂,其特征在于:包括质量份配比的如下原料:氢氧化钠20-25份,磷酸钠30-35份,石脑油20-25份,三乙醇胺2-3份,水玻璃5-10份,甲醇20-25份,油酸5-10份,聚氧乙烯醚20-30份,蒸馏水5-10份。
作为优选,所述的高效破乳剂包括质量份配比的如下原料:氢氧化钠20份,磷酸钠30份,石脑油20份,三乙醇胺2份,水玻璃5份,甲醇20份,油酸5份,聚氧乙烯醚20份,蒸馏水5份。

一种高效破乳剂,包括质量份配比的如下原料:氢氧化钠23份,磷酸钠33份,石脑油23份,三乙醇胺2份,水玻璃8份,甲醇22份,油酸7份,聚氧乙烯醚23份,蒸馏水7份。
