Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水保暖面料及其生产工艺，防水保暖面料包括E-PTFE层，在E-PTFE层两侧分别设置有面料层及内衬层，在E-PTFE层与面料层、内衬层之间设有保暖层，使得本发明的面料具备传统E-PTFE织物的防水、透湿、防风功能之余，还具有良好的保暖性能，且本发明中采用缝制工艺生产，所述面料层、保暖层、E-PTFE层、内衬层通过缝制固定，生产非常的方便，不需使用胶水，避免异味或毒性的产生，且使用寿命更长。

一种防水保暖面料及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水保暖面料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
E-PTFE即为膨体聚四氟乙烯，E-PTFE织物具有绝佳的防水、透湿、防风功能，真正达到人体的干爽舒适，被称为“可呼吸的多功能面料”，如图1中所示，传统工艺中，E-PTFE通常是与表面面料、内衬组合形成防水、透湿的织物面料，但是传统的E-PTFE织物中，表面面料、内衬与E-PTFE之间是通过胶水粘接的，这就使得此产品具有胶水的异味甚至具有一定的毒性，并且其使用寿命也随胶水的老化而变短。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种防水保暖面料及其生产工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种防水保暖面料，包括E-PTFE层，在E-PTFE层两侧分别设置有面料层及内衬层，在E-PTFE层与面料层、内衬层之间设有保暖层，所述面料层、保暖层、E-PTFE层、内衬层通过缝制固定。
所述保暖层包括在E-PTFE层与面料层之间的上保暖层和在E-PTFE层与内衬层之间的下保暖层，所述面料层、上保暖层、E-PTFE层、下保暖层、内衬层通过缝制固定。
所述上保暖层由棉花填充。
所述上保暖层由羽绒填充。
所述上保暖层由化纤填充。
所述下保暖层由棉花填充。
所述下保暖层由羽绒填充。
所述下保暖层由化纤填充。
一种防水保暖面料的生产工艺，通过缝制的方式将面料层、保暖层、E-PTFE层、内衬层固定。
本发明的有益效果是：一种防水保暖面料，包括E-PTFE层，在E-PTFE层两侧分别设置有面料层及内衬层，在E-PTFE层与面料层、内衬层之间设有保暖层，使得本发明的面料具备传统E-PTFE织物的防水、透湿、防风功能之余，还具有良好的保暖性能，且本发明中采用缝制工艺生产，所述面料层、保暖层、E-PTFE层、内衬层通过缝制固定，生产非常的方便，不需使用胶水，避免异味或毒性的产生，且使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
参照图2，图2是本发明一个具体实施例的截面示意图，如图所示，一种防水保暖面料，包括E-PTFE层1，在E-PTFE层1两侧分别设置有面料层2及内衬层3，在E-PTFE层1与面料层2、内衬层3之间设有保暖层，所述面料层2、保暖层、E-PTFE层1、内衬层3通过缝制固定。
作为优选的，所述保暖层包括在E-PTFE层1与面料层2之间的上保暖层41和在E-PTFE层1与内衬层3之间的下保暖层42，所述面料层2、上保暖层41、E-PTFE层1、下保暖层42、内衬层3通过缝制固定。
在本发明中，所述上保暖层41可由棉花、羽绒或化纤填充，所述下保暖层42可由棉花、羽绒或化纤填充，其中上保暖层41与下保暖层42可以采用不同的填充物，如上保暖层41采用羽绒填充、下保暖层42采用化纤填充，以制出不用保暖性能和档次的织物面料。
本发明通过设置保暖层，使得本发明的面料具备传统E-PTFE织物的防水、透湿、防风功能之余，还具有良好的保暖性能，且本发明中采用缝制工艺生产、所述面料层2、上保暖层41、E-PTFE层1、下保暖层42、内衬层3通过缝制固定，生产非常的方便，不需使用胶水，避免异味或毒性的产生，且使用寿命更长，更为舒适。
以上对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明，当然，本发明还可以采用与上述实施方式不同的形式，熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下所作的等同的变换或相应的改动，都应该属于本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种防水保暖面料，其特征在于：包括E-PTFE层(1)，在E-PTFE层(1)两侧分别设置有面料层(2)及内衬层(3)，在E-PTFE层(1)与面料层(2)、内衬层(3)之间设有保暖层，所述面料层(2)、保暖层、E-PTFE层(1)、内衬层(3)通过缝制固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水保暖面料，其特征在于：所述保暖层包括在E-PTFE层(1)与面料层(2)之间的上保暖层(41)和在E-PTFE层(1)与内衬层(3)之间的下保暖层(42)，所述面料层(2)、上保暖层(41)、E-PTFE层(1)、下保暖层(42)、内衬层(3)通过缝制固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水保暖面料，其特征在于：所述上保暖层(41)由棉花填充。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水保暖面料，其特征在于：所述上保暖层(41)由羽绒填充。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水保暖面料，其特征在于：所述上保暖层(41)由化纤填充。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水保暖面料，其特征在于：所述下保暖层(42)由棉花填充。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水保暖面料，其特征在于：所述下保暖层(42)由羽绒填充。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水保暖面料，其特征在于：所述下保暖层(42)由化纤填充。
9.一种防水保暖面料的生产工艺，其特征在于：通过缝制的方式将面料层(2)、保暖层、E-PTFE层(1)、内衬层(3)固定。
