Abstract
本发明公开了一种碳纤维多谱伪装复合板,其包括设置在表层用于吸收雷达波的第一碳纤维板,以及紧贴所述第一纤维板的下表面设置的防红外探测层,所述防红外探测层与所述第一碳纤维板固定连接。本发明的碳纤维多谱伪装复合板具有重量轻、强度高、组装易、分解快、适用范围广和伪装效果好等优点,可根据需要将我军重要的军事装备的外形伪装成普通的箱式货车、集装箱货车和民用工程装备等,能有效对付敌方的光学、红外和雷达等多谱侦察手段。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及伪装材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种碳纤维多谱伪装复合板。
背景技术
伪装就是改变目标本身的原特征信息,降低或消除目标的可探测特征,实现目标的“隐真”;或模拟目标的可探测特征,仿制假目标以“示假”,从而达到保全自我的目的。现代空间和地面侦察技术手段日新月异,对地球表面可视物体的分辨能力,已达到足以识别分辨地面上主要活动目标的能力,地面上的有军事价值的目标,都可能遭受敌方全天候、全时空、多谱段的侦察与监视。
传统的迷彩伪装网和伪装涂料虽然在静止的状态下有一定的伪装效果,但是对于在道路上机动的军事装备,由于路面环境变化较大,而传统的迷彩伪装网和伪装涂料具有特定的外形和颜色,目标与路面背景反差较大,特别是多台同类军事装备同时行动时,暴露征候更加明显,很容易被敌方侦查设备或人员判别,且难以对付敌方的光学、红外、雷达等多谱合成高分辨率的侦察手段。如采用与民用车辆和装备同质的金属材料伪装,则因重量大,装备承载负荷多、组装分解难且耗时长等一般不被采用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有伪装设备对机动装备的伪装效果差、质量重,且不能应付多谱合成高分辨率的侦察手段。为此,本发明提供一种伪装效果好、质量轻、便于加工,且能够应付多谱合成高分辨率的侦察手段的新型伪装板材。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种碳纤维多谱伪装复合板,其包括设置在表层用于吸收雷达波的第一碳纤维板,以及紧贴所述第一纤维板的下表面设置的防红外探测层,所述防红外探测层与所述第一碳纤维板固定连接。
进一步的,所述防红外探测层的下表面设置有第二碳纤维板,所述第二碳纤维板与所述防红外探测层之间固定连接。
优选的,所述防红外探测层为金属板。
进一步的,所述金属板为曲面形状,其具有若干顶点和底点,所述第一碳纤维板与所述顶点固定连接,所述第二碳纤维板与底点固定连接。
优选的,所述金属板弯折成波纹状。
优选的,所述防红外探测层与所述第一碳纤维板、第二碳纤维板之间粘接成一体机构。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的新型伪装板材,也即碳纤维多谱伪装复合板,其包括设置在表层用于吸收雷达波的第一碳纤维板以及设置在下层的第二碳纤维板,第一碳纤维板与第二碳纤维板之间设置有防红外探测层,且本发明的板材之间粘结成整体结构,其可设计成模块化、规格化和折叠式,具有重量轻、强度高、组装易、分解快、适用范围广和伪装效果好等优点。可根据需要将我军重要的军事装备特别是在公路上机动的导弹、火炮、牵引平板上的坦克、装甲等目标外形伪装成普通的箱式货车、集装箱货车和民用工程装备等,能有效对付敌方的光学、红外和雷达等多谱侦察手段。
2.本发明的防红外探测层优选金属板,并将金属板弯折成波纹状,不仅能够增强防红外探测效果,同时还便于加工制造,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
参见图1,一种碳纤维多谱伪装复合板,其包括设置在表层用于吸收雷达波的第一碳纤维板1,以及设置在下层的第二碳纤维板2,所述第一碳纤维板1与所述第二碳纤维板2之间设置有防红外探测层3,所述防红外探测层3为金属板,所述防红外探测层3与所述第一碳纤维板1、所述第二碳纤维板2粘接连接,所述防红外探测层3弯折成波纹状,所述第一碳纤维板1与所述金属板的波峰固定连接,所述第二碳纤维板2与金属板的波谷固定连接,并形成一体机构。所述金属板可以根据需要选择模拟的民用车辆或工程装备同类型外壳的金属材料,所述第一碳纤维板1、第二碳纤维板2、防红外探测层3的厚度,以及整体碳纤维多谱伪装复合板材的厚度均可根据实际需要任意设计调整。本发明的碳纤维多谱伪装复合板可设计成模块化、规格化和折叠式,具有重量轻、强度高、组装易、分解快、适用范围广和伪装效果好等优点。采用本发明的碳纤维多普伪装复合板将重要的军事装备,特别是在公路上机动的导弹、火炮,牵引平板上的坦克、装甲等目标,伪装成普通的箱式货车、集装箱货车或民用工程装备等,隐真示假,能有效对付敌方的光学、红外和雷达等多谱侦察手段。
在其它实施例中,所述碳纤维多谱伪装复合板材可以根据实际需要采用一层碳纤维板与一层金属板的结构形式,也即在所述金属板3的上表面设置第一碳纤维板1,或者是在所述金属板3的下表面设置第二碳纤维板2,这种两侧板的设计可以节省碳纤维材料,进而降低制作成本。
在其它实施例中,所述金属板与所述第一碳纤维板1、第二碳纤维板2之间还可以采用其它固定连接形式,如铆接、焊接等。
在其它实施例中,所述金属板还可以弯折成其它曲面形状,如山地地形图(梯形)、城墙直角形状和圆管状等。本发明的金属板的曲面形状采用冲压或滚压成型,其具体形状可根据生成条件等而定。
上述具体实施方式只是对本发明的技术方案进行详细解释,本发明并不只仅仅局限于上述实施例,本领域技术人员应该明白,凡是依据上述原理及精神在本发明基础上的改进、替代,都应在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种碳纤维多谱伪装复合板,其特征在于:包括设置在表层用于吸收雷达波的第一碳纤维板(1),以及紧贴所述第一纤维板(1)的下表面设置的防红外探测层(3),所述防红外探测层(3)与所述第一碳纤维板(1)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维多谱伪装复合板,其特征在于:所述防红外探测层(3)的下表面设置有第二碳纤维板(2),所述第二碳纤维板(2)与所述防红外探测层(3)之间固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种碳纤维多谱伪装复合板,其特征在于:所述防红外探测层(3)为金属板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种碳纤维多谱伪装复合板,其特征在于:所述金属板为曲面形状,其具有若干顶点和底点,所述第一碳纤维板(1)与所述顶点固定连接,所述第二碳纤维板(2)与底点固定连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种碳纤维多谱伪装复合板,其特征在于:所述金属板弯折成波纹状。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种碳纤维多谱伪装复合板,其特征在于:所述防红外探测层(3)与所述第一碳纤维板(1)、第二碳纤维板(2)之间粘接成一体结构。
