Detailed Description
The following detailed description will be provided for the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, so that the practitioner of the present invention can fully understand how to apply the technical means to solve the technical problems, achieve the technical effects, and implement the present invention according to the implementation procedures. It should be noted that, as long as there is no conflict, the embodiments and the features of the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other, and the technical solutions formed are within the scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a head illumination massage instrument, which mainly aims to simply and quickly realize laser irradiation on a specific position of a user's head by using helium neon laser. As shown in fig. 1, the apparatus of the present embodiment includes an illuminator 100 for irradiating helium neon laser light to a specific position on the head of a user. The specific skin of the user's head is irradiated by first ensuring that the he-ne laser light outputted from the illuminator 100 is irradiated on the target skin. That is, precise positioning of the irradiation region of the helium-neon laser is required.
Generally, the irradiation region of the helium neon laser is positioned by first fixing the head of the user, and then fixing the illuminator 100 at a specific position near the head of the user and adjusting the laser emission angle of the illuminator 100 so that the helium neon laser emitted from the illuminator 100 is irradiated to the specific position on the head of the user. The whole process is quite cumbersome and has great operation difficulty. Especially, when the head of the user and the illuminator are fixed, great discomfort is brought to the user.
One of the main inventive points of the present invention is to simplify the irradiation positioning step. To achieve the above object, in the apparatus of the present invention, a positioning frame 101 is configured, the positioning frame 101 is configured to be worn on the head of a user, and the positioning frame 101 includes a fixing member for fixing the relative position between the head of the user and the positioning frame 101 when the user wears the positioning frame 101. Fig. 2 is an external view of a positioning frame according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the positioning frame is configured as a claw structure including four fixing members 210, 220, 230, and 240 for fixing. When the head of the user is worn, the head of the user is surrounded by four fixing members 210, 220, 230 and 240, the fixing member 210 is positioned at the position from the back brain to the occiput of the head of the user, the fixing member 240 is positioned at the position from the forehead to the eyebrow center of the head of the user, and the fixing member 220 and the fixing member 230 are respectively positioned at two sides of the head of the user.
The illuminator 100 is installed on the positioning frame 101, and the laser emitting port of the illuminator 100 is fixed at a specific position on the positioning frame 101. The positioning frame 101, which is fixedly worn with respect to the head of the user, cannot move, and therefore the position of the laser emitting port of the illuminator 100 is determined to be constant with respect to the head of the user. The mounting position of the laser emitter on the positioning frame 101 is determined in advance based on the user's needs, so that only the positioning frame 101 needs to be worn each time the instrument is used, and the position of the laser emitter does not need to be adjusted again. Therefore, the irradiation position can be conveniently and rapidly positioned in the helium-neon laser irradiation process, the operation flow is greatly simplified, the operation difficulty is reduced, and the positioning accuracy and precision are also improved.
In order to further ensure that the positioning frame 101 can be fixedly worn on the head of the user (without changing the relative position thereof), and to improve the wearing comfort, the fixing member of the embodiment further includes a head circumference elastic adjusting belt (fastening roll) for assisting in fixing, so that not only the fixing degree of the positioning frame 101 is improved, but also the comfort of the user is greatly improved, and the user experience is improved.
Of course, it is considered that the relative positions of the positioning frame 101 and the head are not precisely ensured to be identical when different users wear the positioning frame 101. In this embodiment, the positioning frame 101 includes an adjustable connector, and the laser emission port in the illuminator 100 is mounted on the positioning frame 101 through the adjustable connector. The adjustable connecting piece is used for adjusting the position of the laser emission port and the emission angle of the laser emission port for emitting the helium neon laser, thereby ensuring that the helium neon laser can be accurately irradiated on the target skin.
In addition, the essence of the present invention is to irradiate the user's brain with a helium-neon laser, and the irradiation target of the helium-neon laser is determined based on a specific location of the user's head skin for convenience of description and positioning. To ensure that the helium neon laser can penetrate the skin as intended to be applied precisely at a specific location in the brain. In this embodiment, all of the laser emission ports are configured to emit helium neon laser light perpendicular to the skin surface being irradiated when mounted to the positioning frame 101.
In practical use, more than one area of the head of the user needs to be irradiated with the laser, and in the present embodiment, corresponding irradiation modules are configured in the illuminator 100 for different areas of the head of the user, and each irradiation module includes one or more laser emission ports. One of the purposes of the apparatus of the present invention is to provide helium-neon laser irradiation to the motor function area of the cerebral cortex of a user. Thus, as shown in FIG. 1, in the present embodiment, the illuminator 100 comprises a sports function area illuminator 110. When the positioning frame 101 is normally and fixedly worn on the head of the user, the exercise function area irradiator 110 corresponds to the cerebral cortex exercise function area of the user in the irradiation area of the skin of the head of the user.
For convenience of description, the fixing position of the kinetic functional area irradiator 110 on the positioning frame 101 is described next based on a description of the irradiation area of the kinetic functional area irradiator 110 on the skin of the user's head when the positioning frame 101 is normally fixedly worn on the user's head.
The corresponding areas of the cerebral cortex motor functional area on the skin of a user are two strip-shaped areas. The two strip-shaped areas are symmetrically positioned at two sides of the head. The marked area 310 in fig. 3 is an elongated area on one side of the user's head. The corresponding area 310 corresponds to the corresponding area of the functional area of cerebral cortex motor on the skin of one side of the user's head. The lower end of region 310 is located at the intersection of the brow occipital line on either side of the user's head and the front edge of the temple (point 305). The upper end of region 310 is located at point 304, point 304 being located 0.5 cm behind the midpoint (point 303) of the line connecting the brow center (point 301) and the occipital tuberosity (point 302) on the midline of the user's head.
There is some uncertainty in the location of points 304 and 305 (e.g., typically the intersection of the brow occipital line and the anterior temple edge on either side of the user's head is a range rather than an exact point) in view of the process of determining points 304 and 305 and the differences in the particulars of the head shape of different users. Therefore, fine-tuning of region 310 is required in order to more accurately map region 310 to the motor function of the cerebral cortex. In the perspective view, the connecting point 304 and the point 305 are an arc, and there is another arc corresponding to the connecting point on the other side of the head, and the connecting point of the two arcs is the point 304. The two arcs are symmetrically adjusted so that the two arcs lie in the same plane.
In the stereoscopic view, the coronal line of the two ears of the head is a line connecting the two crowns (point 306) of the two ears directly above the head along the scalp. The coronal line of the two ears of the head may define a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal front-to-back head. This is shown in fig. 3, which is a plane through the line AB perpendicular to the plane of the paper (line AB is perpendicular to the horizontal). The upper two arcs (the arc defined by point 305 and point 304 and the corresponding arc on the other side of the head) are further fine-tuned such that the plane defined by the two arcs makes an angle of 30 degrees with the plane defined by the coronal line of the ears of the head.
Meanwhile, the widths of the corresponding strip-shaped areas of the cerebral cortex motor functional area on the head are different for different people. In this embodiment, the width of the strip-shaped region is set to be 0.2-0.5 mm (the specific value is determined based on the user's specific situation). Finally, the two fine-tuned arcs are used as the central line, and a value (specific value determined based on the specific situation of the user) of 0.2-0.5 mm is used as the width configuration region 310 and the corresponding region on the other side of the head.
In the present embodiment, when the positioning frame is normally fixedly worn on the head of the user, the exercise function area irradiator 110 is kept in correspondence with the area 310 at the irradiated area of the skin of the head of the user and the corresponding area at the other side of the head.
Since the motor functional area of cerebral cortex is divided into several parts based on its specific actions, in order to specifically realize different therapeutic purposes, it is necessary to perform laser irradiation on a specific one or a specific range of any one of the two elongated regions according to the user's needs. To achieve the above object, the sports function area irradiator 110 includes a plurality of laser emitters, each of which includes a laser emitting port, different laser emitters have different emitting areas, and each of the laser emitters includes an independent control switch. The sports functional area illuminator 110 of the present embodiment is configured to independently control the different laser emitters according to the needs of the user, thereby applying laser radiation to one or more areas of the skin of the user's head.
Since the corresponding area of the cerebral cortex motor function area on the skin of the user is a strip-shaped area, in order to make the irradiation area of the motor function area irradiator 110 on the head skin of the user more perfectly consistent with the corresponding area of the cerebral cortex motor function area on the skin of the user, the laser transmitter in the motor function area irradiator 110 is a rectangular head laser transmitter. When the instrument works normally, the irradiation area of the rectangular head laser emitter on the skin of the head of a user is rectangular.
In the present embodiment, the cerebral cortex motor function region is divided into two parts based on the control of the left and right halves of the limb, while each part is further divided into two regions, that is, 4 regions as a whole, based on the limb and trunk motor control and the face motor control. For the elongated regions on either side of the head:
the face motion control corresponds to the area where the lower portion of the strip area occupies the total length 1/3 of the strip area;
the torso movement control corresponds to the upper portion of the elongated region occupying the total length 2/3 of the elongated region.
Correspondingly, the sports function area illuminator 110 includes four laser transmitters 111, 112, 113 and 114, wherein:
the irradiation areas of the laser emitters 111 and 112 on the skin of the head of the user correspond to the lower parts of the two strip-shaped areas occupying the area of each strip-shaped total length 1/3 respectively;
the irradiation area of the laser emitters 113 and 114 on the skin of the user's head corresponds to the area where the upper of the two elongated areas occupy each of the elongated total lengths 2/3, respectively.
In order to expand the functions and improve the therapeutic effect, as shown in fig. 1, the apparatus of the present embodiment further configures an acupuncture point irradiator 120 for acupuncture points on the head, the irradiation region of the acupuncture point irradiator corresponding to specific acupuncture points on the head of the user when the positioning frame 101 is normally and fixedly worn on the head of the user. In the present embodiment, a plurality of laser emitters are configured in the acupoint irradiator 120, each laser emitter includes a laser emitting port and each laser emitter corresponds to a specific acupoint. The specific acupoints include Shangxing acupoint, Baihui acupoint, Sishencong acupoint and Fengchi acupoint. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, other acupoints may be selected according to actual needs.
Like the laser transmitters in the sports function area irradiator 110, each laser transmitter in the acupuncture point irradiator 120 includes an independent control switch. The acupuncture point irradiator 120 of the present embodiment is configured to independently control different laser emitters according to the user's needs, thereby performing laser irradiation on one or more acupuncture points on the skin of the head of the user.
Since the corresponding region of the acupuncture points on the skin can be regarded as a circular point, in the present embodiment, the laser transmitters in the acupuncture point irradiator 120 are round-head laser transmitters. When the instrument works normally, the irradiation area of the round head laser emitter on the skin of the head of a user is a round light spot. In the present embodiment, laser emitters 121, 122, 123 and 124 are configured for the shangxing point, the baihui point, the sishenclent point and the bilateral Fengchi point, wherein:
the laser emitter 121 is installed at the position 251 shown in fig. 2 corresponding to the upper star hole;
the laser emitters 123 and 124 are respectively installed at positions 253 and 254 shown in fig. 2 corresponding to the double-sided air pool holes;
the laser emitters 122 are positioned to correspond to the Baihui and Sishencong points, as shown at 252 in FIG. 2.
Baihui point and Sishencong point correspond to the same irradiation region, the diameter of the irradiation region is 3 cm, and the diameter of the irradiation region corresponding to Shangxing point or Fengchi point at both sides is 1 cm.
In order to further improve the therapeutic effect, expand the function, and assist the irradiation of he-ne laser, the apparatus of this embodiment further comprises a vibration massage device 140 mounted on the positioning frame 101. In order to avoid affecting the relative positional relationship between the positioning frame 101 and the head of the user, the vibrating massage device 140 is configured to vertically massage the skin of the head of the user. The amplitude of the vibrating massage device 140 is less than 2 mm in view of the massage effect and the user experience.
In order to perform targeted supplementary massage, the vibration massage device 140 in the present embodiment is configured to massage the peripheral skin of the irradiation region of the exercise function irradiator 110. Fig. 4 shows a vibration massage plate of the vibration massage device 140 of the present embodiment. A long strip-shaped through hole 402 is formed in the center of the vibration massage plate, and the shape and size of the long strip-shaped through hole 402 are consistent with the irradiation area in the moving function area irradiator 110. In normal operation, the vibration massage plate is pressed and attached to the designated position of the user's head skin by the positioning frame 101, and the elongated through hole 402 exactly corresponds to the irradiation area of the moving function area irradiator 110.
A plurality of button-type vertical vibrators (e.g., 401) are constructed on the vibration massage plate. When the helium neon laser emitted from the exercise function region irradiator 110 is irradiated to the skin of the head of the user through the elongated through-hole 402, the button-type vertical vibrator (e.g., 401) on the massage plate is vibrated to vertically massage the skin around the irradiated region.
To further improve the pertinence, the vibration massage device 140 includes a plurality of vibration massage units having independent control switches, each vibration massage unit corresponding to one laser emitter (i.e., the laser emitter 111, 112, 113 or 114 in the embodiment) in the exercise function region irradiator 100. With particular reference to fig. 4, each vibratory massage unit includes a portion of a button-type vertical vibrator. When he-ne laser emitted from a laser emitter in the exercise function region irradiator 110 irradiates the skin of the head of a user through the elongated through hole 402, the button-type vertical vibrator (e.g., 401) of the corresponding vibration massage unit vertically massages the skin around the irradiation region.
Meanwhile, in order to further improve the therapeutic effect and expand the functions, the apparatus of this embodiment further comprises a music storage and playing device 150. The music storage and playing device 150 is used to play music to the user while performing the light massage, thereby relieving the user's mind to achieve a better light massage effect.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the laser transmitters 111, 112, 113 and 114 are mounted on the fixing members 230 and 220; the vibrating massage devices 140 are installed on the fixing members 230 and 220; the laser emitter 121 is mounted on the fixing member 240; the laser transmitters 123 and 124 are mounted on the fixing member 210. It will be understood that the fixing members 210, 220, 230 and 240 serve not only to fix the positioning frame 101 when the positioning frame 101 is worn by the user, but also to position the laser transmitter. The design greatly simplifies the structure of the positioning frame 101 and reduces the hardware cost. Of course, in other embodiments of the invention, other configurations of the positioning frame 101 may be used, such as, for example, separate fastening members.
It will be appreciated that a corresponding light source is required for helium-neon laser illumination. Therefore, as shown in fig. 1, the apparatus of the present embodiment further includes a laser generator 130 connected to the illuminator 100 for generating helium neon laser light to provide the illuminator 100 with a light source for laser irradiation.
A plurality of laser emitters for outputting laser light are built in the illuminator 100 of the present embodiment. It will be appreciated that each laser transmitter requires a laser input, which requires a light source associated with each laser transmitter. In order to simplify the hardware structure and reduce the hardware cost, the laser generator 130 includes a light source output pipeline 132 and a light source 131. The light source 131 is connected to all the laser emitters through a light source output line 132. Therefore, only one light source is needed to provide light sources for all the laser emitters, and hardware requirements and hardware cost are greatly reduced.
In this embodiment, he-ne laser is mainly used to irradiate the specific skin of the head of the user so as to perform phototherapy on the brain of the user. For optimal lighting effect, the light source 131 is configured to adjust the wavelength, laser output power, and laser output density of the output he-ne laser according to the user's usage requirements. In the present embodiment, the light source 131 is generally set to output a helium-neon laser having a wavelength of 632.8nm at an output power of 2-5 mw.
The laser transmitters in the instrument of the embodiment all comprise independent control switches, and users can independently control the independent laser transmitters according to use requirements. In order to further match the user's usage requirements, the apparatus of this embodiment further comprises a controller 130, and the controller 130 is connected to the vibration massage device 140, the laser generator 130 and the music storage and playing device 150. The controller 130 includes a timer for controlling the on/off of the vibration massage device 140, the laser generator 130 and the music storage and playing device 150 at any time or at regular time according to the user's use requirement.
To sum up, the instrument of the embodiment can flexibly realize various light massage modes based on the specific needs of the user, thereby improving the light massage effect on the basis of simplifying the operation flow and reducing the operation difficulty.
