Abstract
本发明公开了一种输液所使用的滴液分量凸压式输液滴量控制器的制备方法与装置,属于医疗器械技术领域。发明包括制备方法与装置,适用于各种医疗单位和部门。发明的制备方法与装置将使输液滴量控制变得更快、更轻松、更容易操控。其装置包括;1、组合架,2、调节手柄,3、输液管,4、凸压体,5,调解手柄安装孔,6、调节手柄旋转轴。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种输液使用的滴液滴量控制器的制备方法与装置。
背景技术
现有的输液管上的滴量控制器是由一个圆形的小轮子平压在整个输液管表面上,其滴量的快慢完全是根据滴液管被压迫的程度来控制的,其工作原理可以称其为:全量平压式滴液控制器。这种控制器的缺点是,只有在把整个输液管完全压扁后才会减慢输液的滴量。在开始输液时的滴量快慢很难控制,一般有经验的护士也要反复调节几次才能达到理想的滴量,在小圆轮子向前推时输液管会被压迫成一条小缝隙,这条缝隙的宽窄就决定着输液滴量的快慢,如何控制这条缝隙的大小就会变得有点困难,这件事从表面上看起来是个小问题,其实是关系到人命关天的大问题,因为在抢救危重患者时,时间就是生命。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种快速便与调节的输液滴量控制器。
本发明的技术核心是:采用一种凸压、分量式压迫输液管来达到控制滴量的目的,以此来解决和弥补上述技术不足的问题,以下简称:分量凸压式滴量调节器。
本发明的有益效果是:能快速、准确的调节确定输液的滴量。
本发明适用于是所有需要输液的人、畜医疗的单位和部门。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。图1是实现本发明的装置的示意图之一,包括1、组合架,2、调节手柄,3、输液管,4、凸压体,5、调解手柄安装孔,6、调节手柄旋转轴。所述组合架1是滴液调节器的各部件安装组合的主体,所述调节手柄2是滴液调节器的滴量调节操控部件,所述输液管3是该器械中被调节滴量的管子,所述凸压体4是在调节手柄上突起的部分,通过改变其压迫到输液管上面的面积和深度使输液管上面的部分向下凹陷的程度来达到完成调节滴量的目的,所述调节手柄安装孔5是开设在安装架上的小圆孔用来安装调节手柄旋转轴6的,所述调节手柄轴6是开设在调节手柄两侧的同一根轴并插进调节手柄安装孔5里面的旋转轴。
图2是为实现本发明的装置的示意图之二,本图为调节手柄的斜上侧视图,该装置包括:2、调节手柄,4、凸压体,6、调节手柄旋转轴。
图3是实现本发明的装置的示意图之三,本图是从调节手柄的下边向上看的底视图,包括:2、调节手柄,4、凸压体。
制备方法包括如下步骤:
1),从附图中可以看出,当组合好的滴量调解控制器的调节手柄向前推动时凸压体的前端部分开始压迫输液管,使输液管内部的空间开始变狭窄,液体流量随之变小;
2)、当调节手柄继续向前推动时,凸压体压迫输液管的被压迫面积增大,输液管内部的空间会变得更狭小,输液体的流量会变得更小,如果继续向前推动调节手柄,输液管会完全闭合直至停止输液。反之则相反,会不断增加输液的流量至最大。

1.一种输液使用的滴量控制器的制备方法与装置,其特征是:所述装置包括1、组合架,2、调书手柄,3、输液管,4、凸压体,5、调解手柄安装孔,6、调节手柄旋转轴。所述组合架1是滴液调节器的各部件安装组合的主体,所述调节手柄2是滴液调节器的滴量调节操控部件,所述输液管3是该器械中被调节滴量的管子,所述凸压体4是在调节手柄上突起的部分通过改变其压迫到输液管上面的面积和深度使输液管上面的部分向下凹陷的程度来达到完成调节滴量的目的,所述调节手柄安装孔5是开设在安装架上的小圆孔用来安装调节手柄旋转轴6的,所述调节手柄轴6是开设在调节手柄两侧的同一根轴并插进调节手柄安装孔5里面的旋转轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输液所使用的输液滴量控制器的制备方法,其特征是:所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
1),从附图中可以看出,当组合好的滴量调解控制器的调节手柄向前推动时凸压体的前端部分开始压迫输液管,使输液管内部的空间开始变狭窄,液体流量随之变小;
