按重量比分别取薄荷10，甘草5，当归5，干姜5，紫苏5，桂枝10、金银花10。置入水中烧开，再按重量比放入红糖10～20即可。

按重量比分别取薄荷20，甘草15，当归15，干姜10，紫苏15，桂枝20、金银花20。置入水中烧开，再按重量比放入红糖20即可。
