本发明属于一种治疗皮肤瘙痒症的中药组合物，由下述重量份的原料制成：当归10~20份、生地10~20份、熟地10~20份、何首乌10~20份、金银花10~20份、紫草根8~10份、炒槐花10~20份、皂刺10~15份、刺蒺藜10~20份、苦参8~12份、荆芥5~8份、防风5~8份、蛇床子8~12份、地夫子8~12份、蝉蜕5~8份、白鲜皮25~35份、全蝎5~8份、炒酸枣仁10~20份、炙甘草5~8份。本发明用药简便快捷、患者易于接受，用药安全，并且复发率小，尤其对风热血虚、痰瘀毒聚型皮肤痛痒症治疗效果较佳。

技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗皮肤瘙痒症的中药组合物。
背景技术
皮肤瘙痒是一种很常见的皮肤病，主要是指皮肤受到各种刺激出现红肿、发痒、脱
皮等异常现象。抓痒因压痛有止痒作用，但又促进释放更多的组织胺，加重痒感，形成痒--抓的恶性循环，导致更为严重的皮肤损伤和炎症。中医认为，风邪、湿邪、热邪、血虚、虫淫等为致病的主要原因，治疗以疏风祛湿、清热解毒、养血润燥、活血化瘀为原则，以达到驱邪扶正止痒之功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种疗效好、用药安全的治疗皮肤瘙痒症的中药组合物。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是，一种治疗皮肤瘙痒症的中药组合物，由下述重量份的原料制成：当归10~20份、生地10~20份、熟地10~20份、何首乌10~20份、金银花10~20份、紫草根8~10份、炒槐花10~20份、皂刺10~15份、刺蒺藜10~20份、苦参8~12份、荆芥5~8份、防风5~8份、蛇床子8~12份、地夫子8~12份、蝉蜕5~8份、白鲜皮25~35份、全蝎5~8份、炒酸枣仁10~20份、炙甘草5~8份。
本发明的组方方义：方中当归、何首乌养血和血；生地、熟地清热凉血、养阴生津；金银花、紫草根、炒槐花清热解毒，疏散风热；皂刺活血消肿排脓，搜风，杀虫；刺蒺藜平肝疏肝，祛风明目；苦参、白鲜皮清热燥湿，祛风解毒；荆芥防风，祛风解表，透疹消疮；蛇床子、地夫子杀虫止痒，清热利湿；蝉蜕散风热，透疹止痒，解痉熄风；全蝎搜风攻毒散结；炒酸枣仁养心益肝，安神敛汗；炙甘草解毒和中，调和诸药。
本发明产生的有益效果是，用药简便快捷、患者易于接受，用药安全，并且复发率小，尤其对风热血虚、痰瘀毒聚型皮肤痛痒症治疗效果较佳。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明，但本发明的保护范围不限于此。
 实施例1
一种治疗皮肤瘙痒症的中药组合物，由下述重量的原料制成：当归10克、生地20克、熟地10克、何首乌10克、金银花20克、紫草根8克、炒槐花10克、皂刺10克、刺蒺藜10克、苦参8克、荆芥5克、防风8克、蛇床子8克、地夫子12克、蝉蜕5克、白鲜皮25克、全蝎5克、炒酸枣仁10克、炙甘草5克。
本发明中药组合物可以按本领域常规方法制成汤剂，如：按比例称取上述各原料药，将原料药混合后转入砂锅中，并添加原料药总重量5－8倍的水煎煮20－30min，去渣留汁，每日一剂，分两次早晚服用，30天为一疗程。为获取较好的药效，煎煮前宜将原料药在水中先浸泡半小时左右，以利于有效成分的煎出。本发明药物也可以按照常规方法制成丸剂、片剂或胶囊剂等。
实施例2
一种治疗皮肤瘙痒症的中药组合物，由下述重量的原料制成：当归15克、生地15克、熟地10克、何首乌10克、金银花15克、紫草根9克、炒槐花15克、皂刺12克、刺蒺藜15克、苦参10克、荆芥6克、防风6克、蛇床子10克、地夫子10克、蝉蜕6克、白鲜皮30克、全蝎6克、炒酸枣仁15克、炙甘草6克。
实施例3
一种治疗皮肤瘙痒症的中药组合物，由下述重量的原料制成：当归20克、生地10克、熟地20克、何首乌20克、金银花10克、紫草根10克、炒槐花20克、皂刺15克、刺蒺藜20克、苦参12克、荆芥8克、防风5克、蛇床子12克、地夫子8克、蝉蜕8克、白鲜皮35克、全蝎8克、炒酸枣仁20克、炙甘草8克。
疗效判断标准
①临床痊愈：症状全部消失；主要理化检测指标均为正常；
②显效：全部症状消除或主要症状消除；理化检测指标基本正常；
③有效：主要症状基本消失；主要理化检测指标有所改善；
④无效：主要理化检测指标与治疗前无变化或者病情更加严重。
 采用本发明实施例1中的产品对752例皮肤瘙痒患者进行治疗，其中男性428例，女性324例，年龄为16－55岁。其临床治疗效果为，痊愈（停药观察三年以上未复发者）313例，痊愈率为41.6%；显效（停药观察一年以上未知复发者）289例，显效率38.4%；有效（症状明显减轻）79例，有效率10.5%；无效（使用10个疗程未减轻或加重者）71例，无效率9.5%。总有效率（痊愈率+显效率+有效率）为90.5%，未见有任何毒副作用。
 典型病例介绍
刘某，男，52岁，2010年10月6日初诊；主诉：全身皮肤瘙痒2年余，全身皮肤出现瘙痒，搔后皮肤发红，没有风团斑块，多为阵发性，影响睡眠和生活，痒甚搔抓也不解痒，用过镇静药及抗组胺药口服和激素类软膏外涂，久治不愈。检查患者全身皮肤粗糙，个别区域苔癣样变，无渗出液，有明显抓痕血痂，下肢部分皮损剧痒，失眠，大便干，舌质红，苔薄黄，脉细数。服用实施例1中的中药组合物15天后，瘙痒减轻，全身皮损逐渐光滑，皮肤润泽。又服用15天后，睡眠良好，二便通畅，皮损消失，痊愈。随访3年，未见复发。

1.一种治疗皮肤瘙痒症的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下述重量份的原料制成：当归10~20份、生地10~20份、熟地10~20份、何首乌10~20份、金银花10~20份、紫草根8~10份、炒槐花10~20份、皂刺10~15份、刺蒺藜10~20份、苦参8~12份、荆芥5~8份、防风5~8份、蛇床子8~12份、地夫子8~12份、蝉蜕5~8份、白鲜皮25~35份、全蝎5~8份、炒酸枣仁10~20份、炙甘草5~8份。
