Abstract

本发明属于医学解剖,特别是尸体标本经防腐固定处理后的保存液,尸体防腐保存液(按质量份数表示)由以下成份组成:苯氧乙醇0.6~6份;山梨酸钾0.3~1.5份;维生素C?0.3~1份;麝香草酸0.1~0.6份;氯化钠0.6~1.5份;氯化铁0.6~1.5份;水78~97份。它的保存效果好,对尸体标本防腐防霉性能可靠,标本不霉变、不收缩、颜色自然、组织柔韧、湿润。该保存液无毒、无不良刺激性气味,无沉淀,使用过程中无需更换,对工作人员身体健康无任何影响。它是目前教学和科研中较理想的尸体标本防腐保存液,是福尔马林用于组织长期保存的优良替代品。

技术领域
本发明属于医学、教学领域,特别是尸体标本防腐保存液。
背景技术
甲醛具有优异的组织蛋白变性固定作用和防腐防霉作用,因此在组织标本制作和保存中有着广泛应用。制作用于解剖教学和科研的组织标本时,通常先用10%的甲醛水溶液,经大血管灌注到组织中对蛋白质变性固定,固定好的组织标本再用5%的甲醛水溶液浸泡保存。此外,还有如0.1~0.3%的酚类、新洁尔灭溶液等等。中国专利CN1081814A报道过一种由硼酸、氯化钠及苯酚溶解于甲醛及醇溶剂而制成的一种用于浸泡动植物标本的防腐剂。
但是,甲醛是世界卫生组织确认的致畸、致癌物质,是一种破坏生物细胞蛋白质的原生质毒物,对眼睛、皮肤、呼吸道及内脏都有损害,甚至引起中枢神经麻痹、肺水肿、肝昏迷、肾衰竭等。并且,甲醛易挥发,使用甲醛溶液保存组织标本的实验室甚至整个楼层的空气中,甲醛含量远远超过国家安全标准,严重威胁着广大解剖教师和学生们的健康。由于甲醛的上述缺点,数百年来,人们一直在探索和寻找不含甲醛和有毒有害成分,又能使组织标本长期保存不腐臭、不霉变,并能保存合适硬度和韧性的组织标本保存液。
由于组织标本保存有诸多特殊要求,因此,一种理想的组织标本保存液应具备以下特点:1、标本保存液必须具备很好的防腐、防霉变的功能。2、标本保存液不能有强烈的脱水作用。3、标本保存液应该无毒、无刺激性、无腐蚀性和无环境污染。4、标本保存液的原料应该价格低廉且易于获得。现有的保存方法都不能很好的满足上述诸多要求,例如:1、向甲醛溶液中加入适量氨水,这种方法虽然减小了甲醛的刺鼻气味,但甲醛的挥发和毒性仍然存在。2、使用70%酒精代替5%福尔马林,但是,酒精易挥发,有效浓度维持时间短,需要反复补充,浸泡的标本由于脱水变硬和韧性减小,使用时易损坏。3、高浓度甘油替代福尔马林,但是,甘油成本高,且粘附在标本表明而结构暴露不清楚,不适合大标本保存。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明所涉及的一种尸体标本防腐保存液,用于对尸体标本的保存。
本发明所涉及的一种尸体标本防腐保存液的原料组成,按质量份数表示为:苯氧乙醇0.6~6份;山梨酸钾0.3~1.5份;维生素C0.3~1份;麝香草酸0.1~0.6份;氯化钠0.6~1.5份;氯化铁0.6~1.5份;水78~97份。该尸体保存液使用效果好,使用过程中不需更换,无毒,对工作环境没有影响。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式旨在进一步说明本发明,而非限制本发明。
按照本发明确定的原料组成,先将苯氧乙醇溶于蒸馏水,再分别加入山梨酸钾、维生素C、麝香草酸、氯化钠和氯化铁。
发明人分别用福尔马林(10%甲醛)溶液(A1液)与本发明的防腐灌注液(B1液)固定心肌组织、骨骼肌组织,1年半后,在光镜下观察其组织形态学的结构变化,进行对比研究,结果见附图1和表1。
