本发明涉及农业技术领域，提供了一种种子干燥机。
背景技术
谷物干燥机械是实现农业机械化不可缺少的机具，在一定程度上关系到丰产能否丰收的问题。多年来，我国广大农村习惯于采用场院晾晒的方法来干燥粮食。采用这种干燥方法的主要缺点是受气候影响大，一旦遇到阴雨天，收回的谷物往往得不到及时的晒干至安全水分而造成谷物发芽和霉变，致使广大农民辛勤劳动即将到手的粮食又白白地损失掉。而且收获季节阴雨较多，因此，随着农业生产规模的扩大要求用机械方法进行谷物人工干燥的呼声越来越高。在我国农业机械化的各个环节中，耕、耙、播、收等作业机具发展较快，在理论和实际使用上都有了丰富的经验。但是，谷物干燥技术发展的历史较短。关于干燥的理论，所涉及的知识面较广，有流体力学、热工学及谷物的物理机械特性等方面的知识。
干燥是指去掉谷物中的水分。按方式分，干燥有烘干和晒干两种。所谓烘干，就是用燃料烘烤方法蒸发谷物中的水分。所谓晒干，就是利用自然风来去掉谷物中的水分。按方法分，干燥又分为自然干燥和人工干燥两种。自然干燥，就是利用太阳能和自然风来去掉谷物中的水分；人工干燥就是利用干燥机去掉谷物中的水分，人工干燥必须有热量和风。干燥的主要目的是防止谷物在贮藏中，由于水分过多而霉烂的问题。此外，干燥还可以减少重量便于运输；改善谷物性状，以利于下一步作业（除掉表面水分以增加流动性）等。
我国自然干燥已有千年的历史。因自然是利用太阳能的热量和自然风来干燥的，它受气候影响很大。收获季节阴雨天气较多，谷物常常得不到及时的干燥而产生霉烂、发芽、变质。所以，无论在国外，还是在国内，都在大力发展干燥机械。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够有效地对种子进行干燥的种子干燥机。
本发明为了实现上述目的采用以下技术方案：
一种种子干燥机，其包括箱体，箱体顶部和底部设置有通风口，箱体内部设置有至少2层筛网固定架，筛网固定架上设置有筛网，筛网与箱体的内壁不接触，在两两筛网间设置有曝气管，曝气管上下均设置有曝气孔，曝气管与箱体外部的喇叭口管道连接，喇叭口管道的大口方向与风机连接。
上述技术方案，所述通风口处设置有滤尘网。
上述技术方案，所述筛网上设置有滚轮和把手。
上述技术方案，筛网固定架上设置有轨道，筛网滑动设置在筛网固定架上的轨道上。
因为本发明采用上述技术方案，因此具备以下有益效果：
本发明采用在筛网间设置有曝气管，曝气管加大了空气流动速度，使得筛网上的种子，上下面都能够收到吹风，从而加快干燥速度，筛网两端留出空气通道，使得箱体内空气流动更加顺畅，从而加快了干燥速度。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种种子干燥机，其包括箱体2，箱体2顶部和底部设置有通风口1，6，箱体2内部设置有至少2层筛网固定架3，筛网固定架3上设置有筛网4，筛网4与箱体2的内壁不接触，在两两筛网4间设置有曝气管7，曝气管7上下均设置有曝气孔5，曝气管7与箱体2外部的喇叭口管道8连接，喇叭口管道8的大口方向与风机9连接。所述通风口1，6处设置有滤尘网。所述筛网上设置有滚轮和把手。筛网固定架3上设置有轨道，筛网滑动设置在筛网固定架上的轨道上。工作时风机9将风送入喇叭口管道8，喇叭口管道开口端接风机，将风机的风能送入曝气管，曝气管上的上下通孔想筛网上表面和下表面进行鼓风，加大种子表面的空气流动速度。

1.一种种子干燥机，其特征在于，包括箱体（2），箱体（2）顶部和底部设置有通风口（1，6），箱体（2）内部设置有至少2层筛网固定架（3），筛网固定架（3）上设置有筛网（4），筛网（4）与箱体（2）的内壁不接触，在两两筛网（4）间设置有曝气管（7），曝气管（7）上下均设置有曝气孔（5），曝气管（7）与箱体（2）外部的喇叭口管道（8）连接，喇叭口管道（8）的大口方向与风机（9）连接，所述通风口（1，6）处设置有滤尘网，所述筛网上设置有滚轮和把手。
