本发明公开了一种高亮度LED射灯,包括有球形灯体和底座,底座上设有左支架和右支架,球形灯体转动安装在左支架和右支架之间,球形灯体顶部设有开口且开口上安装有灯罩,灯罩后方设有基板,基板上安装有LED光源,基板与灯罩之间设有反光杯,反光杯内表面涂覆有真空镀铝涂层,球形灯体底部为半球形散热板,半球形散热板上设有呈放射形状的数个散热鳍片。本发明结构简单合理,生产成本低,安装使用方便,具有较好的照明亮度和散热效果,灯体与左、右支架之间的连接稳定,转动灵活,有效保证了LED射灯的稳定运行,延长了LED射灯的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明灯具,具体为一种高亮度LED 射灯。
背景技术
LED 具有发光效率高、省电和寿命长的优点,其应用越来越广泛。现有的照明装置大都采用LED 作为发光元件,不仅照明效果好,且节约能源,使用寿命长。照明装置分为顶灯、吸顶灯、台灯、落地灯、壁灯、射灯等多种种类,其中射灯是典型的无主灯、无定规模的现代流派照明,能营造室内照明气氛,可以起到装饰的作用。现有LED 射灯的照明亮度低,散热效果差,LED 光源容易因为过热而损害,导致使用寿命短,且结构不稳定,长时间使用后其活动部件容易损坏,进而影响LED 射灯的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高亮度LED 射灯,以解决现有技术中传统的LED 射灯照明亮度低,散热效果差,LED 光源容易因为过热而损害,导致使用寿命短,且结构不稳定,长时间使用后其活动部件容易损坏,进而影响LED 射灯使用效果的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为。
一种高亮度LED 射灯,其特征在于:包括有球形灯体和底座,所述底座上设有左支架和右支架,所述球形灯体转动安装在左支架和右支架之间,所述球形灯体顶部设有开口且开口上安装有灯罩,所述灯罩后方设有基板,所述基板上安装有LED 光源,所述基板与灯罩之间设有反光杯,所述反光杯内表面涂覆有真空镀铝涂层,所述球形灯体底部为半球形散热板,所述半球形散热板上设有呈放射形状的数个散热鳍片,所述底座内设有通过导线连接的LED 驱动器和接线端子,所述LED 光源通过导线与LED 驱动器连接,所述导线从左支架或右支架内穿过。
所述的一种高亮度LED 射灯,其特征在于:所述球形灯体、底座以及左、右支架均采用铝合金材料制成。
所述的一种高亮度LED 射灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩采用透光性优良的亚克力板材料制成。
本发明结构简单合理,生产成本低,安装使用方便,采用在反光杯上涂覆真空镀铝涂层的设计,有效提升了照明亮度,采用带有散热鳍片的半球形散热板的设计,散热效果好,灯体与左、右支架之间的连接稳定,转动灵活,有效保证了LED 射灯的稳定运行,延长了LED 射灯的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1 所示,一种高亮度LED 射灯,包括有球形灯体1 和底座2,底座2 上设有左支架3 和右支架4,球形灯体1 转动安装在左支架3 和右支架4 之间,球形灯体1 顶部设有开口且开口上安装有灯罩5,灯罩5 后方设有基板6,基板6 上安装有LED 光源7,基板6 与灯罩5 之间设有反光杯8,反光杯8 内表面涂覆有真空镀铝涂层,球形灯体1 底部为半球形散热板9,半球形散热板9 上设有呈放射形状的数个散热鳍片,底座2 内设有通过导线连接的LED 驱动器10 和接线端子11,LED 光源7 通过导线与LED 驱动器10 连接,导线从左支架3或右支架4 内穿过。
球形灯体1、底座2 以及左支架3、右支架4 均采用铝合金材料制成。灯罩5 采用透光性优良的亚克力板材料制成。

1.一种高亮度LED 射灯,其特征在于:包括有球形灯体和底座,所述底座上设有左支架和右支架,所述球形灯体转动安装在左支架和右支架之间,所述球形灯体顶部设有开口且开口上安装有灯罩,所述灯罩后方设有基板,所述基板上安装有LED 光源,所述基板与灯罩之间设有反光杯,所述反光杯内表面涂覆有真空镀铝涂层,所述球形灯体底部为半球形散热板,所述半球形散热板上设有呈放射形状的数个散热鳍片,所述底座内设有通过导线连接的LED 驱动器和接线端子,所述LED 光源通过导线与LED 驱动器连接,所述导线从左支架或右支架内穿过。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种高亮度LED 射灯,其特征在于:所述球形灯体、底座以及左、右支架均采用铝合金材料制成。
