本发明公开了一种PPR带表温控过滤阀,其特征在于:包括阀体,所述阀体的进水端处设有阀门,在所述出水端设有温度压力表,在所述温度压力表和所述阀门之间设有倾斜设置的排污管,所述排污管倾斜30-60度,在所述排污管的内部设有滤网,在端口设有带堵帽的排污活接头,在所述排污管上设有独立设置的小阀门,所述排污管、所述阀体为一体成型;本发明排污方便,降低整体的泄漏点,延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PPR带表温控过滤阀。
背景技术
随着社会经济的不断发展,新生的产品不断涌现,创新的科技产品始终领跑着行业的发展。现今社会,人们对生活的舒适性要求越来越高,针对地暖管行业来讲,从2000年风行的韩式地暖管分水器到目前时尚的欧式地暖分水器,人们不再满足于其功能性,更追求其舒适、美观、安全。
目前,市场上对于采暖产品像暖气片和分水器,在进水口需要分别安装温控阀和过滤器,其两个产品的成本费用及施工安装费用要高,另外,在安装和维护上也极不方便,效率低,整体不利于市场长期发展,有待改良。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种PPR带表温控过滤阀,安装维护方便,成本和施工费用大大降低。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
PPR带表温控过滤阀,其特征在于:包括阀体,在所述阀体的进水端设有PPR接头,在出水端设有活接头,在所述进水端处设有电热执行器,在所述电热执行器的内部带有恒温组件,在所述出水端的处设有过滤管,所述恒温组件靠近所述过滤管内部设置的过滤网处;所述过滤网为双层过滤网,在所述过滤管与所述活接头之间设有压力温度表。
对本发明做进一步优选,所述过滤管为倾斜设置,倾斜角度为15-30度。
对本发明做进一步优选,所述进水端的端口内壁形成环形的锥形槽,在所述锥形槽上方形成方形槽,在所述端口的外壁设有活动螺母,所述方形槽上方内壁固定一密封件,所述PPR接头包括接头体,在所述接头体一端外壁形成卡环,所述卡环的端面形成短接头,所述短接头与所述方形槽、所述锥形槽相抵接触,所述短接头与所述卡环之间的连接面与所述密封件相抵密封连接,所述卡环与所述活动螺母相扣连接。本发明这样的设置,可以提高密封和方便的连接性,通过活动螺母可以迅速连接PPR接头和进水端,另外,所述短接头与所述方形槽、所述锥形槽相抵接触,可以很好的兼容PPR接头,方便使用性能。
对本发明做进一步优选,所述出水端的端口内壁形成方形槽,在所述端口的外壁设有活动螺母,所述方形槽上方内壁固定一密封件,所述活接头包括活接体,在所述接头体一端外壁形成卡环体,另一端带有活结螺母,所述卡环体的端面形成长接头,所述长接头与所述方形槽相抵接触,所述长接头与所述卡环体之间的连接面与所述密封件相抵密封连接,所述卡环体与所述活动螺母相扣连接。本发明这样的设置,可以提高密封和方便的连接性,通过活动螺母可以迅速连接活接头和出水端。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果:
本发明合理的将PPR温控阀和过滤阀结合为一体,降低了产品成本、社会成本,同时也降低了施工安装数量;其进口端和出口端连接件均采用活接连接方式,密封件为70°A三元乙丙材料,安装快捷有效、使用方便安全;二是在原型产品的基础上更改加工工艺,原型产品加工工艺相对复杂,对设备要求苛刻,加工成本高,经过改进后,常规设备就可以加工。
本发明中阀体进水端为PPR连接件,经过电热执行器控制的恒温组件,内腔为截止阀结构,还带有过滤管,过滤器后端为装温度表和压力表接头,活接头为一寸外牙。PPR端连接外部热源,电热执行器或温包阀头通过感应环境温度控制进水流量,经过滤后,通入供热管道。
另外,本发明为了实现安装维护都方便,其包括阀体,在所述阀体的进水端设有PPR接头,在出水端设有活接头,这两者都实现方便密封连接,同时在所述进水端处设有电热执行器,在所述电热执行器的内部带有恒温组件,通过温度的控制检测实现供给热水,为了提高使用性能,在所述出水端的处设有过滤管,所述恒温组件靠近所述过滤管内部设置的过滤网处;所述过滤网为双层过滤网,在所述过滤管与所述活接头之间设有压力温度表,方便检测和查看,提高了使用性能。
由上可知,本发明安装维护方便,成本和施工费用大大降低。

参考附图1,本实施例公开了一种PPR带表温控过滤阀,其特征在于:包括阀体1,在所述阀体1的进水端2设有PPR接头3,在出水端4设有活接头5,在所述进水端2处设有电热执行器6,在所述电热执行器6的内部带有恒温组件7,在所述出水端4的处设有过滤管8,所述恒温组件7靠近所述过滤管8内部设置的过滤网9处;所述过滤网9为双层过滤网,在所述过滤管8与所述活接头5之间设有压力温度表,所述过滤管8为倾斜设置,倾斜角度为15-30度。
本发明中所述进水端2的端口内壁形成环形的锥形槽10,在所述锥形槽10上方形成方形槽11,在所述端口的外壁设有活动螺母12,所述方形槽11上方内壁固定一密封件13,所述PPR接头包括接头体,在所述接头体一端外壁形成卡环14,所述卡环14的端面形成短接头15,所述短接头15与所述方形槽11、所述锥形槽10相抵接触,所述短接头15与所述卡环14之间的连接面与所述密封件13相抵密封连接,所述卡环14与所述活动螺母12相扣连接。
本发明中所述出水端4的端口内壁形成方形槽11,在所述端口的外壁设有活动螺母12,所述方形槽11上方内壁固定一密封件13,所述活接头包括活接体,在所述接头体一端外壁形成卡环体16,另一端带有活结螺母17,所述卡环体16的端面形成长接头18,所述长接头18与所述方形槽11相抵接触,所述长接头18与所述卡环体16之间的连接面与所述密封件13相抵密封连接,所述卡环体16与所述活动螺母12相扣连接。
本发明中阀体1进水端2为PPR接头3,经过电热执行器6控制的恒温组件7,内腔为截止阀结构,还带有过滤管8,过滤管8后端为装温度表和压力表接头,活接头5为一寸外牙,其中PPR接头3连接外部热源,电热执行器6或温包阀头通过感应环境温度控制进水流量,经过滤后,通入供热管道,本发明整体很好的结合了电热执行器6、压力温度表、过滤管8,方便了整体安装和维护,降低成本。

1.PPR带表温控过滤阀,其特征在于:包括阀体,在所述阀体的进水端设有PPR接头,在出水端设有活接头,在所述进水端处设有电热执行器,在所述电热执行器的内部带有恒温组件,在所述出水端的处设有过滤管,所述恒温组件靠近所述过滤管内部设置的过滤网处;所述过滤网为双层过滤网,在所述过滤管与所述活接头之间设有压力温度表。
2.根据权利要求1所述PPR带表温控过滤阀,其特征在于:所述过滤管为倾斜设置,倾斜角度为15-30度。

4.根据权利要求1所述PPR带表温控过滤阀,其特征在于:所述出水端的端口内壁形成方形槽,在所述端口的外壁设有活动螺母,所述方形槽上方内壁固定一密封件,所述活接头包括活接体,在所述接头体一端外壁形成卡环体,另一端带有活结螺母,所述卡环体的端面形成长接头,所述长接头与所述方形槽相抵接触,所述长接头与所述卡环体之间的连接面与所述密封件相抵密封连接,所述卡环体与所述活动螺母相扣连接。。
