本发明公开了涂料领域的一种环保型保温涂料,包括以下重量组分:氟丙乳液25-40份、钛白粉3-15份、彩色空心陶瓷微珠5-15份、消泡剂0.3-1.0份、增稠剂0.6-1.5份、丙二醇0.08-0.25份、分散剂0.5-2.0份、去离子水25-45份。本发明的有益效果为:所述环保型保温涂料与基材粘接力好,无空鼓,不脱落,韧性好,延伸率高防水性好,使用寿命长;而且采用的彩色空心陶瓷微珠本身具有各种色泽,不需要添加任何颜料来调节颜色,这就降低了涂料自身的毒性和有机物挥发性。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种环保型保温涂料。
背景技术
太阳能是人类生存和生活的必备条件,但强烈的辐射也给人类的生产生活带来不便。辐射到地球表面上的太阳光能量,大约是每秒750w/m2,我国年日照射时间在2200小时以上的地区占我国国土面积的三分之二以上。在太阳光的照射下聚在被辐照的物体表面上,物体外表面热量不断积聚,温度持续地升高。比如夏季阳光照射在金属板上,其表面温度可达70~80℃。实际生产生活中如果需要降低太阳辐射导致的升温,需要消耗大量的宝贵资源、能源的同时又污染了环境。
现今社会科学技术与社会生产的快速发展,能源和环境成为人们日益瞩目的两大问题所以对节能和环保提出更高的要求。据此保温隔热涂料应运而生,它能在不消耗任何外在能源的情况下,有效地降低物体表面温度及内部温度,从源头上阻止了物体暴露在太阳辐射下所造成的机械、化学性能的降低及材料腐蚀破坏等不利因素。达到了节省能源,降低消耗,提高安全性的目的。根据美国佛罗里达州的~项调查,在夏季,居民屋顶涂有保温隔热涂料的要比没有涂料的空调节约用电20%-45%。
常规保温材料以提高孔隙率、提高热阻、降低传导传热为主。纤维类保温材料在使用温度下对流传热及辐射传热急剧升高,保温层较厚;硬质无机类保温材料又多属型材,因接缝多,施工不太方便;有的吸水率高,不抗振动,使用寿命短,还需设防水层及外护层。
保温技术向高效、薄层、隔热防水外护一体化方向发展,如何充分利用传热机理研制新型节能材料是重要发展方向。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种环保型保温涂料及其制备方法。
一种环保型保温涂料,包括以下重量组分:氟丙乳液25-40份、钛白粉3-15份、彩色空心陶瓷微珠5-15份、消泡剂0.3-1.0份、增稠剂0.6-1.5份、丙二醇0.08-0.25份、分散剂0.5-2.0份、去离子水25-45份。
进一步地,所述环保型保温涂料,包括以下重量组分:氟丙乳液25-30份、钛白粉10-15份、彩色空心陶瓷微珠5-10份、消泡剂0.3-0.6份、增稠剂0.6-1.0份、丙二醇0.08-0.10份、分散剂0.5-1.5份、去离子水25-35份。
一种权利要求1所述的新型薄层保温涂料的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)首先,将去离子水、分散剂、丙二醇按照所述配比加入分散机中进行低速预混合;
(2)再按照所述配比加入填料钛白粉和玻化微珠,低速分散20-40min,分散过程中加入消泡剂总量的1/2,以抑制气泡的产生并消除产生的气泡;
(3)然后按照所述配比加入增稠剂及氟丙乳液并混合均匀;
(4)最后加入剩下的1/2的消泡剂混合均匀,过滤出成品。
本发明达到的有益效果为:本发明所述环保型保温涂料不仅自身热阻大、导热系数低,而且热反射率很高,涂料与基材粘接力好,无空鼓,不脱落,韧性好,延伸率高防水性好,使用寿命长;采用的彩色空心陶瓷微珠本身具有各种色泽,不需要添加任何颜料来调节颜色,这就降低了涂料自身的毒性和有机物挥发性;所以对薄层保温涂料的研制具有重大的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保型保温涂料,包括以下重量组分:氟丙乳液25份、钛白粉3份、彩色空心陶瓷微珠5份、消泡剂0.3份、增稠剂0.6份、丙二醇0.08份、分散剂0.5份、去离子水25份。
一种权利要求1所述的新型薄层保温涂料的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)首先,将去离子水、分散剂、丙二醇按照所述配比加入分散机中进行低速预混合;
(2)再按照所述配比加入填料钛白粉和玻化微珠,低速分散20min,分散过程中加入消泡剂总量的1/2,以抑制气泡的产生并消除产生的气泡;
(3)然后按照所述配比加入增稠剂及氟丙乳液并混合均匀;
(4)最后加入剩下的1/2的消泡剂混合均匀,过滤出成品。

一种环保型保温涂料,包括以下重量组分:氟丙乳液40份、钛白粉15份、彩色空心陶瓷微珠15份、消泡剂1.0份、增稠剂1.5份、丙二醇0.25份、分散剂2.0份、去离子水45份。

(1)首先,将去离子水、分散剂、丙二醇按照所述配比加入分散机中进行低速预混合;
(2)再按照所述配比加入填料钛白粉和玻化微珠,低速分散40min,分散过程中加入消泡剂总量的1/2,以抑制气泡的产生并消除产生的气泡;
(3)然后按照所述配比加入增稠剂及氟丙乳液并混合均匀;
(4)最后加入剩下的1/2的消泡剂混合均匀,过滤出成品。
实施例3
一种环保型保温涂料,包括以下重量组分:氟丙乳液30份、钛白粉15份、彩色空心陶瓷微珠10份、消泡剂0.6份、增稠剂1.0份、丙二醇0.10份、分散剂1.5份、去离子水35份。
一种权利要求1所述的新型薄层保温涂料的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)首先,将去离子水、分散剂、丙二醇按照所述配比加入分散机中进行低速预混合;
(2)再按照所述配比加入填料钛白粉和玻化微珠,低速分散30min,分散过程中加入消泡剂总量的1/2,以抑制气泡的产生并消除产生的气泡;
(3)然后按照所述配比加入增稠剂及氟丙乳液并混合均匀;
(4)最后加入剩下的1/2的消泡剂混合均匀,过滤出成品。

1.一种环保型保温涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量组分:氟丙乳液25-40份、钛白粉3-15份、彩色空心陶瓷微珠5-15份、消泡剂0.3-1.0份、增稠剂0.6-1.5份、丙二醇0.08-0.25份、分散剂0.5-2.0份、去离子水25-45份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型保温涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量组分:氟丙乳液25-30份、钛白粉10-15份、彩色空心陶瓷微珠5-10份、消泡剂0.3-0.6份、增稠剂0.6-1.0份、丙二醇0.08-0.10份、分散剂0.5-1.5份、去离子水25-35份。
