Background
The voice coil motor assembly generally comprises a housing, a magnet bearing frame accommodated in the housing, a movable installation cylinder accommodated in the magnet bearing frame, and two metal elastic sheets mounted at two ends of the magnet bearing frame; the movable loading cylinder is used for being assembled with the lens barrel, a conducting wire is wound outside the movable loading cylinder, and the movable loading cylinder is hung on the two metal elastic sheets and can move along the axial direction of the movable loading cylinder. The magnet bearing frame is provided with a magnet for generating magnetic force with a lead outside the movable cylinder.
As shown in fig. 1, four positioning holes 20 are generally formed at four corners of each metal dome 10, and correspondingly, as shown in fig. 2, positioning columns 40 are formed at four corners of an end surface of the magnet bearing frame 30, which is connected to the metal dome 1, and the positioning columns 40 are adapted to the positioning holes 20. The four positioning posts 40 of the magnet bearing frame 30 are disposed corresponding to the four positioning holes 20 of the metal elastic sheet 10, and the positioning posts 40 are inserted into the positioning holes 20 for dispensing to fix the metal elastic sheet on the magnet bearing frame.
In the prior art, the gap between the positioning column and the positioning hole is small, and the combination is unstable when the dispensing is small. When the amount of glue is too much, the overflowing glue flows to the inside of the bearing frame along the axial direction of the bearing frame, and the product quality is influenced.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 3, a structure of the elastic sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention is schematically illustrated. As shown in fig. 3, in the first embodiment, the elastic sheet 1 is provided with at least one positioning hole 2, and the elastic sheet 1 is provided with at least one dispensing slot 5 communicating with the positioning hole 2 along the edge of the positioning hole 2. As shown in fig. 3, the elastic sheet 1 is provided with four positioning holes 2. Specifically, one or more glue dispensing grooves may be formed in the edge of only one of the four positioning holes, or one or more glue dispensing grooves may be formed in the edges of two, three or four positioning holes. Further, as shown in fig. 3, the cross section of the positioning hole is circular, and the dispensing slot 5 in the above embodiment may be an elongated slot extending outward from the positioning hole on the spring piece along the radial direction of the circular cross section of the positioning hole. Of course, the shape of the dispensing slot in this embodiment is not limited to this, and may be a long strip slot with a circular slot end as shown in fig. 4, or a drop slot as shown in fig. 5, etc., which are not exemplified here.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the glue dispensing groove is formed in the edge of the positioning hole of the elastic sheet, so that the glue dispensing space is increased, and the first glue containing groove is formed in the edge of the bottom of the positioning column of the bearing frame, so that even if the glue dispensing amount is large, the overflow glue can be prevented from flowing into the bearing frame along the axial direction of the bearing frame to influence the product quality, and the elastic sheet and the bearing frame can be bonded more firmly.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the cross section of the positioning column 4 is circular, and in the above embodiment, the first glue receiving groove 6 may be an elongated groove extending outward of the positioning column on the bearing frame along the radial direction of the circular cross section of the positioning column 4. At least one second glue containing groove 7 is formed in the edge of the first glue containing groove 6 on the bearing frame 3, and as shown in fig. 9, the second glue containing groove 7 is communicated with the first glue containing groove 6. The cross section of the positioning column is circular, and the second glue containing groove 7 is a long groove extending outwards from the first glue containing groove 6 along the radial direction of the circular cross section of the positioning column on the bearing frame.

at least one first glue containing groove is formed in the bearing frame along the edge of the bottom of the positioning column, and the first glue containing groove corresponds to the glue dispensing groove in arrangement position;
