本发明提供一种插拔式LED灯,包括铝外壳、基板、驱动电源和两个堵头;所述灯罩和铝外壳卡接,所述铝外壳与基板卡接,铝外壳和灯罩组成灯管,灯管的两端和堵头卡接;至少一个堵头内侧设有驱动卡槽和插针孔,驱动电源插接在驱动卡槽内,驱动电源的插针穿过所述插针孔,基板上设有接线插,驱动电源上设有接线插孔,基板上的接线插插入驱动电源的接线插孔。本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:直接省去现有LED灯管生产过程中驱动电源的绝缘处理,驱动电源线焊接,灯板焊接,堵头螺丝固定步骤,真正意义实现高效生产;一旦灯有问题,直接卸下堵头,取下驱动电源,查找原因,并能快速换上新的配件,直接组装即可,整个维修过程简单高效。

技术领域
本发明属于LED灯技术领域,尤其是涉及一种插拔式LED灯。
背景技术
在现有的技术中,LED灯一般由铝外壳、驱动电源、堵头和灯罩组成,驱动电源插针通过螺栓固定,接线采用焊接的方式固定。这种连接方式存在的问题是:
LED灯管一旦出现故障,无论是驱动的问题还是LED灯珠有坏死都要拆开整灯进行检测包括:螺丝的拆卸,由于堵头所配螺丝都为细长自攻螺丝,所以80-90%都有滑丝问题出现,直接导致堵头安装不紧,拆卸不掉等问题的发生;驱动的拆卸,检测驱动是否正常;灯板的拆卸,检测灯板是否正常;都检测完并修理好之后,还要组装,导致整个维修过程盲目,繁琐,复杂。
还有现有LED灯管生产过程包括,驱动电源的绝缘处理,例如青稞纸或者绝缘套管或者绝缘电源套,驱动电源线的焊接,基板的焊接,堵头螺丝的固定,生产工艺时间较长,影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种插拔式LED灯,无需焊接和螺栓固定。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种插拔式LED灯,包括铝外壳、灯罩、基板、驱动电源和两个堵头;所述灯罩和铝外壳卡接,所述铝外壳与基板卡接,铝外壳和灯罩组成灯管,灯管的两端和堵头卡接;至少一个堵头内侧设有驱动卡槽和插针孔,驱动电源插接在驱动卡槽内,驱动电源的插针穿过所述插针孔,基板上设有接线插,驱动电源上设有接线插孔,基板上的接线插插入驱动电源的接线插孔。
优选的,所述堵头的外侧设有卡口,铝外壳上设有相对应的卡子。
优选的,所述灯罩上设有外壳卡槽,所述铝外壳上设有与所述外壳卡槽相对应的卡扣。
优选的,所述铝外壳上设有基板卡槽。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
直接省去现有LED灯管生产过程中驱动电源的绝缘处理,驱动电源线焊接,灯板焊接,堵头螺丝固定步骤,真正意义实现高效生产;
一旦灯有问题,直接卸下堵头,取下驱动电源,查找原因,找到问题之所在,并能快速换上新的配件,直接组装即可,整个维修过程简单,高效。

如图1至4所示,本发明的一种插拔式LED灯,包括铝外壳1、灯罩2、基板3、驱动电源4和两个堵头5;所述灯罩2和铝外壳1卡接,灯罩2上设有外壳卡槽,所述铝外壳1上设有与所述外壳卡槽相对应的卡扣;所述铝外壳1上设有基板卡槽,铝外壳1与基板3卡接;铝外壳1和灯罩2组成灯管,堵头5的外侧设有卡口,铝外壳1上设有相对应的卡子,灯管的两端和堵头5卡接;至少一个堵头5内侧设有驱动卡槽和插针孔,驱动电源4插接在驱动卡槽内,驱动电源4的插针穿过所述插针孔,基板3上设有接线插,驱动电源4上设有接线插孔,基板3上的接线插插入驱动电源4的接线插孔。
本实例的工作过程:首先将铝外壳1与基板3卡接,再将灯罩2和铝外壳1卡接;将驱动电源4的插针穿过所述一个堵头5的插针孔,驱动电源插接在堵头5的驱动卡槽内,基板3上的接线插插入驱动电源4的接线插孔,将这个堵头5与铝外壳1和灯罩2组成的灯管卡接,最后卡接另一个堵头5。

1.一种插拔式LED灯,包括铝外壳、灯罩、基板、驱动电源和两个堵头;其特征在于:所述灯罩和铝外壳卡接,所述铝外壳与基板卡接,铝外壳和灯罩组成灯管,灯管的两端和堵头卡接;至少一个堵头内侧设有驱动卡槽和插针孔,驱动电源插接在驱动卡槽内,驱动电源的插针穿过所述插针孔,基板上设有接线插,驱动电源上设有接线插孔,基板上的接线插插入驱动电源的接线插孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插拔式LED灯,其特征在于:所述堵头的外侧设有卡口,铝外壳上设有相对应的卡子。
3.根据权利要求1所述的插拔式LED灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩上设有外壳卡槽,所述铝外壳上设有与所述外壳卡槽相对应的卡扣。
4.根据权利要求1所述的插拔式LED灯,其特征在于:所述铝外壳上设有基板卡槽。
