Description

Blowing and sucking machine and dust collecting accessory thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a dust collecting accessory and also relates to a blowing and sucking machine provided with the dust collecting accessory.
Background
The existing blowing and suction machine mainly comprises a main machine shell, a fan and a motor, wherein the main machine shell is provided with an air inlet and a dust outlet, the fan is arranged in the main machine shell, the motor is used for driving the fan to rotate, and the fan is driven by the motor to rotate at a high speed, so that the air pressure in the main machine shell is suddenly reduced, and directional air flow entering from the air inlet and flowing out from the dust outlet is formed. The suction blower typically connects the suction pipe to the air inlet and the dust bag to the dust outlet to draw in and collect the fallen leaves with this directed air flow. The dust collecting bag is usually made of fiber braided fabric and can be recycled. The beauty deficiency is that the volume of the dust collecting bag is limited, if the fallen leaves are more, the user needs to frequently empty the dust collecting bag, and the dust can be diffused when the dust collecting bag is emptied, so that the user can get back and forth for several times and is tired and dirty, and the user can be very tired and tired of mind and body.
US patent application publication No. US20130031740a1 discloses a new dust collecting accessory that replaces the dust collecting bag with a large volume of plastic or paper bag, and each time the bag is full of fallen leaves, the bag is removed, and the bag is simply tied up and then directly stacked in a dump, eliminating the trouble of frequently emptying the dust collecting bag. The dust collecting accessory comprises a cover which can conduct a dust outlet and a garbage bag, and the garbage bag is tied on the cover by a flexible rope along the peripheral surface of the cover after being sleeved on the cover. Although not complicated in structure, such dust collecting accessories are also cumbersome to use, and after the garbage bag is fitted, the user needs to pass the flexible cord through the bottom of the cover, then lift both ends of the cord around the outer circumferential surface of the cover to tighten the cord, and finally tie the cord. In addition, the flexibility of the cord may not secure the garbage bag to the lid, and when a certain amount of air is trapped in the garbage bag, the garbage bag may break the flexible cord and disengage from the lid.
In order to overcome the problems of the prior art, it is necessary to develop a new dust collecting accessory for a vacuum blower, so that the vacuum blower can work in a dust suction mode simply and efficiently.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a blowing-sucking machine 100 and a dust collecting accessory 200 matched with the blowing-sucking machine 100.
Referring to fig. 1, the vacuum blower 100 includes a main housing 1 having an air inlet 12 and an air outlet 13, an operating handle 11 is provided on the main housing 1, a switch 111 is provided on the operating handle 11, and a fan (not shown) and a motor (not shown) for driving the fan to rotate are provided in the main housing 1, in this embodiment, the fan is provided between the air inlet 12 and the air outlet 13, that is, an impeller surface of the fan is aligned with the air inlet 12, and a side edge of the fan is aligned with the air outlet 13, in other words, the air inlet 12 and the air outlet 13 are disposed in an almost perpendicular orientation. Thus, the motor is started after the switch 111 is triggered to drive the fan to rotate, and when the centrifugal fan rotates, the air pressure at the axis is reduced to zero, so that the air continuously enters from the air inlet 12, is thrown out of the side edge of the fan, and then flows out of the air inlet 12. During the operation of the suction blower 100, air always enters from the air inlet 12 and flows out of the air inlet 12, so as to form a directional air flow. With this directional air flow, the vacuum blower 100 can operate in both blowing and suction modes. Generally, the centrifugal fan is made of a metal material or provided with a leaf-crushing structure thereon so as to crush fallen leaves; of course, the fan is not limited to this. In this embodiment, the motor is connected to an external ac power source via a power cord 14 and a plug 15, but in other embodiments, the motor may be an oil-fired motor or may be powered by a dc battery.
Generally, in the blowing mode, a user covers the air inlet 12 of the blower 100 with a grill cover, and connects a blower pipe at the air outlet 13 to perform a blowing operation using a clean air flow; in the dust suction mode, the user removes the shield and connects the suction pipe to the air inlet 12 to provide a transportation pipe for the fallen leaves, and connects a dust bag to the air outlet 13 to receive the sucked fallen leaves. In the present embodiment, the air outlet 13 of the hair dryer branches into two outlets, one is a blowing opening 131 bent to be almost perpendicular to the air outlet 13, and the other is a dust outlet 132 disposed in the same direction as the air outlet 13, that is, the blowing opening 131 is aligned with the air inlet 12, and the dust outlet 132 is perpendicular to the air inlet 12. In this embodiment, the air inlet 12 and the air outlet 131 are connected to the air suction pipe 16 and the air blowing pipe 17, and the air outlet 13 is provided with a switching mechanism selectively communicating with the air outlet 131 or the dust outlet 132, so as to selectively discharge air or receive fallen leaves according to the working condition. The arrangement of the air outlet 13 or the switching between the blowing and sucking modes is not the main point of the present invention, and various alternative and reference implementations have been disclosed in the prior art, and therefore, they are not described herein again.
On the problem of accomodating fallen leaves, the scheme that prior art generally adopted is: a dust bag made of an air permeable material is connected to the dust outlet 132 and is moved by a user either by shoulder or by a vehicle during a dust suction mode of operation to collect fallen leaves during travel. When the dust bag is full, the dust bag is taken down, and the dust bag is reconnected to the dust outlet 132 of the blowing and sucking machine 100 after the fallen leaves in the dust bag are dumped, so as to be recycled.
The bottom of the dust bag gradually accumulates dust in the process of repeated use, and the dust is scattered along with falling leaves when being dumped, so that an operator is polluted; or the dust combines with water drops on fallen leaves and becomes a heavy dirt which becomes difficult to remove over time. Trees in yards become a trouble for users every autumn and winter or in the time of blowing wind and raining, and a large amount of fallen leaves and decayed grass can be cleaned up for several times because the volume of the dust collecting bag is limited. To address the problem of dust bags, a new dust collecting accessory 200 is disclosed, and the dust collecting accessory 200 will be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the dust collecting accessory 200 comprises a garbage bag 7 and a garbage bag holding device for connecting the opened garbage bag 7 to the dust outlet 132, wherein the garbage bag 7 is a common plastic or paper disposable garbage bag, which can be purchased in a common supermarket or store. After the fallen leaves are collected, the garbage bags 7 can be directly stacked at one place to wait for the garbage truck to intensively move away. The garbage bag holding device comprises a supporting cover 2 and a clamping piece, wherein one end of the supporting cover 2 is connected to the dust outlet 132 of the blowing and sucking machine 100, and the other end of the supporting cover is matched with the clamping piece to communicate with the opened garbage bag 7. The support cover 2 is a rigid member or at least has a rigid outer peripheral surface to facilitate the sheathing of the garbage bag 7 and the clamping by the clamping member. Since a large amount of air enters the garbage bag 7 during the blowing process, and the garbage bag 7 itself has no air permeability, the supporting cover 2 should be air permeable to prevent the garbage bag 7 from cracking or breaking due to the excessive air pressure in the bag. In the present embodiment, the support cover 2 comprises a rigid support frame 21 and a cloth cover 22 detachably fixed to the support frame 21, wherein the cloth cover 22 is made of a breathable material, such as a flexible textile material with fine holes. The cloth cover 22 is provided with two openings, the small opening end is communicated with the dust outlet 132, and the large opening end is communicated with the outer peripheral surface of the supporting frame 21, so that size transition and communication from the dust outlet 132 to the opening of the garbage bag 7 are formed. In the dust suction mode of the blower/suction machine 100, when the crushed fallen leaves flow into the dust bag 7 through the support cover 2 with the air flow, the cloth cover 22 is substantially in the form of a vertically disposed pan cover in a state of being inflated with air. At this time, the gas molecules escape from the gap of the cloth cover 22 without interruption to release the pressure in the garbage bag 7.
In this embodiment, the large opening end of the cloth cover 22 is provided with a tightening rope (not shown in the figure) with adjustable circumference along the outer circumferential surface thereof, that is, the tightening rope is sewn to the outer circumferential surface of the large opening end, and both ends of the tightening rope are left, and the circumference of the tightening rope is adjusted by a spring buckle or other structures so as to be sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the support frame 21. The outer peripheral surface of the support frame 21 is provided with a boss 211, when the cloth cover 22 is installed, the large opening end of the cloth cover 22 is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the support frame 21 to be fixed along the outer peripheral surface of the boss 211, and then the tightening rope is tightened to enable the cloth cover 22 to be firmly sleeved on the support frame 21. Of course, the tightening rope may be an elastic rope, and both ends of the elastic rope are sewn into the outer circumferential surface of the large opening end in a closed manner, so that the circumference of the elastic rope is smaller than that of the large opening end, and thus, the cloth cover 22 can be adjustably sleeved on the support frame 21. Of course, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that there are many configurations that can be substituted for the cooperating configuration of the cinch cord and boss 211 described above and will not be described herein.
Of course, in order to make the supporting cover 2 capable of communicating the dust outlet 132 and the dust bag 7 and having air permeability, it is possible to have an integrated design in addition to the above-described split design of the cloth cover 22 and the supporting frame 21. For example, the supporting cover 2 may be a cover made of rigid plastic, a central hole is formed on the cover as a small opening end to communicate with the dust outlet 132, and the periphery of the cover as a large opening end is connected with the garbage bag 7; meanwhile, a plurality of air holes are formed in the cover surface to ventilate, and in this case, the outlet of the air holes needs to be sealed by a mesh-shaped braided fabric to prevent the fallen leaves from leaking out together with the gas. Of course, the solution of making the supporting cover 2 communicate with the dust outlet 132 and the dust bag 7 in a ventilating manner is not limited to the two listed above, and many other embodiments will occur to those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in order to increase the flexibility of the trash bag holding device and reduce the operation burden of the user, the dust collecting accessory 200 of the present embodiment further includes a hose 4, and the hose 4 is detachably connected between the support cover 2 and the dust outlet 132. In this embodiment, one end of the hose 4 is provided with a locking structure matched with the small end of the cloth cover 22, and the other end of the hose is provided with a locking structure matched with the dust outlet 132, and regarding the locking structures at the two positions, a rotation matching manner of the convex points and the sliding grooves may be adopted, a manner of the elastic rope covering the pipe orifice may also be adopted, or other manners that can be easily thought by those skilled in the art may be adopted, and will not be described herein again. The hose 4 has a certain length and weight, and in order to better support the hose 4, the support frame 21 of the present embodiment is further provided with a hose support member including a bracket 214 provided at the center of the support frame 21 and a rib 215 connecting the bracket 214 and the support frame 21. The size of the bracket 214 is equivalent to the outer diameter of the hose 4, and the hose 4 can be supported by passing through the bracket 214.
The support lid 2 of the waste bag holding device is described in detail above, and the clamps for clamping the waste bag 7 to the support lid 2 will be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 3, unlike a typical flexible rope, the clamping member of the present invention is a rigid member, and the inner surface of the clamping member matches with the outer peripheral surface of the supporting cover 2, in this embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the supporting cover 2 is circular, but may be square, oval, or other shapes. The clamping piece is a movable piece and comprises two or more components which can be mutually matched so that the clamping piece can be changed between a loosening position and a clamping position. In this embodiment, the clamp comprises two rigid strips 3, the two strips 3 being separated from each other in the relaxed position so that the inner surface of the clamp is offset from the support cap 2; and when in the clamping position, the two strip-shaped members 3 are combined with each other, so that the inner surface of the clamping member is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the supporting cover 2, thereby clamping the garbage bag 7.
Referring to fig. 3, a support 23 is connected to the support frame 21, the support 23 has a certain extension length in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the support frame 21, and the bottom surface of the support 23 is a plane so as to support the support frame 21. The support 23 and the support frame 21 may be integrally formed of a plastic material or may be formed separately and then connected by a locking structure. The bottom surface of the support 23 is spaced from the circumferential surface of the support frame 21.
The inner surface of the holding member matches the outer peripheral surface of the support frame 21, so the inner surface of the holding member is also circular, i.e. the inner surfaces formed by the two band-shaped members 3 when they are combined with each other are circular, and when they are separated from each other, they are two semi-circles separated from each other, in other words, the band-shaped members 3 are substantially semi-circular, and the inner diameter of the semi-circles corresponds to the outer diameter of the support frame 21.
Referring to fig. 3, the belt members 3 each have two end points, and in this specification, the end point near the support 23 is referred to as a fixed end, and the end point far from the support 23 is referred to as a coupling end. The belt-like member 3 on the left side of the drawing is referred to as a first belt-like member 31, and the fixed end and the coupling end thereof are referred to as a first fixed end 311 and a first coupling end 312, while the belt-like member 3 on the right side of the drawing is a second belt-like member 32, and accordingly, the fixed end and the coupling end of the second belt-like member 32 are referred to as a second fixed end 321 and a second coupling end 322, respectively. Referring to fig. 4, when the first fixing end 311 and the second fixing end 321 are combined and the first combining end 312 and the second combining end 322 are combined, the inner surface of the clamping member is spliced into a circular shape, so that the garbage bag 7 can be bound on the outer circumferential surface of the supporting frame 21.
The two belt members 3 are separated or coupled by a relative movement, and in the present embodiment, the two belt members 3 are coupled or separated by a relative pivot. In use, the user can easily grip or release the clamping member by holding the first coupling end 312 and the second coupling end 322 with the left hand and the right hand, respectively, and moving the two coupling ends relatively closer to or away from each other. Of course, in other embodiments, the two strips 3 can also be separated or joined by relative translation or other movement.
In order to facilitate the user to take the strip-shaped member 3 in time to clamp the garbage bag 7 after the garbage bag 7 is put on the supporting frame 21, the strip-shaped member 3 can be fixed at a position where the user can reach by hand, so as to avoid the situation that the flexible clamping rope is inconvenient to take and easy to lose, which is similar to the prior art. In the embodiment, the first fixing end 311 and the second fixing end 321 are both pivotally fixed on the support 23, on one hand, the support 23 is integrally arranged with the support frame 21, so as to facilitate taking and using the belt-shaped member 3; on the other hand, the circumferential surface of the support frame 21 and the bottom surface of the support 23 have a certain gap, which is convenient for sleeving the garbage bag 7. Of course, the two fixed ends can also be directly fixed at the bottom of the supporting frame 21.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the support 23 is provided with two different pivot shafts 231 and 232, and the first belt member 31 and the second belt member 32 are fixed to the two pivot shafts 231 and 232 so as to cross each other. The first fixing end 311 is provided with a hollow rectangular hole on the plane, the second fixing end 321 is not larger than the rectangular hole, the second fixing end 321 passes through the rectangular hole of the first fixing end 311, and the length of the rectangular hole allows the second belt-shaped member 32 to rotate by a certain angle. Of course, the first fixing end 311 and the second fixing end 321 may be fixed to each other in a crossing manner, such as the first fixing end 311 passing through a rectangular hole of the second fixing end 321, or other manners that can be considered by those skilled in the art. In a word, the two belt-shaped members 3 are respectively fixed on different pivot shafts, so that the first belt-shaped member 31 and the second belt-shaped member 32 are far away from the outer peripheral surface of the support frame 21 when the clamping member is in a relaxed state, so that a user can conveniently sleeve the garbage bag 7 into the support frame 21, when the clamping member needs to be clamped, the two hands respectively lift the first combining end 312 and the second combining end 322 and pull the two combining ends closer to each other, and when the first combining end 312 and the second combining end 322 are combined, the two belt-shaped members 3 are tightly combined around the outer peripheral surface of the support frame 21, and the garbage bag 7 cannot fall off.
Of course, in other embodiments, the two belt members 3 may also be fixed on the same pivot shaft, and when the two fixed ends are separated and form an included angle, the two belt members 3 are separated from each other and deviate from the outer circumferential surface of the support frame 21, so that the user can conveniently sleeve the garbage bag 7 on the support frame 21; and when the two fixed ends are in a parallel or coincident position, the two joined ends of the strip-like member 3 are engaged to effect clamping.
The first and second coupling ends 312 and 322 of the strip member 3 are provided with a mutually cooperating and detachable coupling structure 34 therebetween to ensure that the strip member 3 is firmly coupled and is not loosened by the increased air pressure of the garbage bag 7. The engagement structure 34 can be implemented by two magnets attracting each other or two hooks locking each other, however, a series of implementations can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein.
Referring to fig. 1, after the user puts the garbage bag 7 on the supporting frame 21 and clamps the clamping members, the blower-sucker 100 is started, the blower-sucker 100 sucks the fallen leaves through the suction pipe 16 by using the sucked air flow, and the fallen leaves are broken by the leaf breaking structure of the fan, then are discharged out of the dust outlet 132 along with the air flow, enter the channel formed by the hose 4 and the supporting cover 2, and finally enter the garbage bag 7. During the dust collection process, a large amount of gas molecules escape from the gaps of the cloth cover 22, so that the gas pressure in the garbage bag 7 is reduced, and the garbage bag 7 is prevented from cracking or separating due to over expansion. In order to further ensure the clamping relationship between the garbage bag 7 and the garbage bag 7 holding member and prevent the garbage bag 7 from slipping, an anti-slip structure is further arranged between the outer circumferential surface of the supporting cover 2 and the inner surface of the holding member.
Referring to fig. 5, in the first embodiment of the anti-slip structure, the supporting frame 21 is provided with a plurality of discrete protrusions 212 along the outer circumferential surface thereof, the belt-shaped member 3 is provided with openings 33 corresponding in number and position to the protrusions 212, and when the belt-shaped member 3 is clamped, the protrusions 212 push the outer circumferential surface of the garbage bag 7 into the openings 33 of the belt-shaped member 3, thereby increasing friction and strengthening the locking of the garbage bag 7. Of course, the same effect can be achieved by reversing the positions of the bumps 212 and the openings 33. Of course, the bump 212 may also be continuous, i.e. the bump 212 forms a circle of ribs, and the corresponding opening 33 is also continuous.
Referring to fig. 6, in the second embodiment of the anti-slip structure, the outer circumferential surface of the supporting frame 21 is provided with a circle of grooves 213, the width of the grooves 213 is slightly larger than the width of the belt-shaped member 3, when the belt-shaped member 3 is clamped on the supporting frame 21, the belt-shaped member 3 can drive the garbage bag 7 to be clamped into the grooves 213, so as to prevent the garbage bag 7 from slipping.
In conclusion, the garbage bag holding device with the supporting cover 2 and the clamping member cooperating with each other realizes the communication between the garbage bag 7 and the dust outlet 132 of the blowing and sucking machine 100, so that the disposable garbage bag 7 can be conveniently and efficiently applied to the dust suction mode of the blowing and sucking machine 100, the times of dumping the dust bag by a user are reduced, the dust is not stuck to the body in the dust collection process, and the operation experience of the user on the blowing and sucking machine 100 is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, in order to further reduce the operation burden of the user, the dust collecting accessory 200 further includes a sliding assembly, i.e., the user can lay down the garbage bag 7 on the ground and drag the garbage bag 7 during walking. The sliding assembly comprises a sliding plate 5 fixed to the support cap 2, in this embodiment the sliding plate 5 is fixed to the support 23 with its free end oriented in correspondence with the hose 4, the free end of the sliding plate 5 having an upward curvature capable of guiding the refuse bag 7 up a slope or over an obstacle. Further, the slide 5 can be received, i.e., the slide 5 can be rotated about its connection point with the stand 23 to a position substantially perpendicular to the stand 23 when the dust collecting accessory 200 is not in use, as shown in fig. 7, thereby reducing the space occupied by the dust collecting accessory 200. Of course, the sliding assembly is not limited to the sliding plate 5, and may be a pulley or other structure for facilitating the dragging of the garbage bag 7.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, to prevent the trash bag 7 from being punctured or worn during towing, the dust collection attachment 200 further includes an anti-wear pad 6, the anti-wear pad 6 being attached to the support 23 in a direction opposite to the direction of the slide plate 5. The anti-abrasion pad 6 is made of light and smooth materials such as rubber or plastics, and has small friction force in the process of contacting with the ground, so that the mop is convenient to drag; and the length is longer than that of the general garbage bag 7, so that the garbage bag 7 is protected conveniently.
The above definitions of the various elements are not limited to the various specific configurations or shapes mentioned in the embodiments, and may be easily and commonly replaced by those skilled in the art.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the invention can be implemented in other ways, provided that the technical spirit of the invention is the same as or similar to the invention, or that any changes and substitutions based on the invention are within the protection scope of the invention.
