本发明公开了一种适合于格法工艺生产的紫色太阳镜玻璃,包括基础部分和着色部分,所述基础部分各组分占紫色太阳镜玻璃总重量的百分比为:SiO2:66~75%,Na2O:10~20%,CaO:5~15%,Al2O3:1~4%;所述着色部分各组分占紫色太阳镜玻璃总重量的百分比为:Fe2O3:0.05~0.3%,Ce2(CO3)3:0.1~3%,Nd2(CO3)3:0.4~1.2%,MnO2:0.5~3%。可见光透射率T为8%~40%;紫外光谱区UVB透射比≤5%,并且≤0.5T,紫外光谱区UVA透射比≤T,能满足太阳镜玻璃的技术要求。

太阳光透过大气层后,黄光的色散较少,所以,不论白天黑夜,黄光的炫目光成为阻挡人们视野的障碍,因此研究一种有效的防止炫目的太阳镜玻璃成为玻璃领域的一大研究方向。

本发明的目的在于,提供一种适合于格法工艺生产的紫色太阳镜玻璃,可见光透射率T为8%~40%;紫外光谱区UVB透射比≤5%,并且≤0.5T,紫外光谱区 UVA透射比≤T,能满足太阳镜玻璃的技术要求。 
本发明提供的适合于格法工艺生产的紫色太阳镜玻璃,包括基础部分和着色部分,所述基础部分各组分占紫色太阳镜玻璃总重量的百分比为:SiO2:66~75%, Na2O:10~20%,CaO:5~15%,Al2O3:1~4%;所述着色部分各组分占紫色太阳镜玻璃总重量的百分比为:Fe2O3:0.05~0.3%,Ce2(CO3)3:0.1~3%,Nd2(CO3)3:0.4~1.2%,MnO2:0.5~3%。 
本发明提供的适合于格法工艺生产的紫色太阳镜玻璃,其有益效果在于:本发明的玻璃颜色为紫色,可见光透射率T为8%~40%;紫外光谱区UVB透射比≤5%,并且≤0.5T,紫外光谱区 UVA透射比≤T,能满足太阳镜玻璃的技术要求。
