背景技术
建筑工地有很多临时建筑，比如临时搭建的板式房屋大部分是由PVC层压板做成，具有优良的防腐蚀性、绝缘性、耐候性和耐冲击性、强度高，二次加工方便，但是其透气性差，夏天非常的闷热，屋内温度很高，隔音效果差，下雨天雨滴落到建材上非常的响，不防火。
发明内容
针对以上问题，本发明提供一种降温消音PVC层压板，具有价格低廉，可以蓄水降温可以消音的特点，适合作为临时房屋的基本建材使用。
技术方案
本发明提供一种降温消音PVC层压板，从上到下依次为，塑料膜，海绵层，防火涂层，第一pvc层压板，第二PVC层压板。
所述的海绵层为薄层海绵，厚度为3-5厘米，波浪状分布。
所述的塑料膜与第一PVC层压板活动连接。
所述的第一PVC层压板与第二PVC层压板活动连接。
所述的第一PVC层压板表面有改性树脂层。
有益效果
本发明提供一种降温消音PVC层压板，具有价格低廉，可以蓄水降温可以消音，可以重复使用，适合对已经生产出来的PVC层压板进行加工，用该材料建造临时房屋适合人们居住生活。塑料膜可以控制海绵层水分的吸收量。塑料膜与第一PVC层压板活动连接，在雨水较多的时候或者寒冷的季节可以起到阻隔水份的作用，海绵层可以蓄水，当天气炎热时，淋湿海绵，其中水分缓慢蒸发能够起到降温的作用，或者晚上覆盖塑料膜，冷凝产生的水分被封闭在海绵中，起到保温的效果，而且节能环保效果好。海绵层因为其柔软的质地可以起到消音的效果，尤其是波浪状分布消音效果更好，节约能源。防火涂层可以防火，其位于海绵层下面，一旦海绵发生燃烧，防火层能保证建筑物的安全。第一pvc层压板主要作用是承载以上附件，当以上附件出现损坏时可以整个更换，第二PVC层压板起到承重和框架的作用。第一PVC层压板与第二PVC层压板活动连接，方便更换，也方便安装步骤，对现在已经成型的层压板而言不需再加工，只需要和第一层压板连接就可以获得蓄水消音防火的性能。所述的第一PVC层压板表面有改性树脂层，增加其防火性能，同时可以延长其使用年限。
