半圆头钉书针的钉书机,由半圆头钉书针、导向板、压针板、压半圆头板、拉簧、弹片、压板、销钉、主轴、推针块、滑动销、模垫、底板、滑导座组成,带半圆头钉书针是一种新型的钉书针,在钉书针中间形成一个半圆头,可以钩挂在墙面钉子上,半圆头钉书针的钉书机可以实现这一功能。使用时,先将压板拉起,让弹簧将推针块向后拉,露出了钉书针滑槽,然后将成排的半圆头钉书针装入滑导座槽内,必须让钉书针的半圆头朝前,再将压板合下,使推针块向前将钉书针顶住,再将需装订的纸张放入模垫下,按压压板,即可完成装订工作。

背景技术
现有的钉书机只能把纸张钉在一起,钉书针没有钩挂功能,对于一些需要先钉好后又要挂在墙上的文本,目前的钉书机就做不到了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是发明一种可将纸张钉起后又可挂在墙上的钉书机。
 半圆头钉书针的钉书机,由半圆头钉书针、导向板、压针板、压半圆头板、拉簧、弹片、压板、销钉、主轴、推针块、滑动销、模垫、底板、滑导座组成,半圆头钉书针是一种新型的钉书针,在钉书针中间形成一个半圆头状,可以钩挂在墙面钉子上,滑导座前端有凸起的导向板,压针板位于压板头内,压针板前端为一槽口状,以便压下时两边可压在半圆头肩两端,中间让开了钉书针的半圆头,压针板主要用于钉书针两针肩头的压入装订工作,而压半圆头板则位于压针板前端,压半圆头板前端形成90度折板,压半圆头板主要用于压平钉书针半圆头,压半圆头板与压针板之间有一弹片,其作用是当压针板到达下止点时,压半圆头板还可以继续下压,压针板可绕销钉转动,压半圆头板则固定在压板上,压板及滑导座可绕主轴转动,滑导座中有一推针块,推针块两端有滑动销,滑动销可在滑导座两端的导轨中滑动。拉簧一端拉住压针板顶端,另一端拉在推针板后端,使推针板形成一向前的推力,始终保持着将钉书针推向滑导座前端的出针位置,当压板向下压动,与导向板相啮合时,导向板位于压针板和压半圆头板中间,由于压针板稍长,在压板压下时,压针板将先压到半圆头钉书针的两针肩头,将钉书针钉入纸张内,在完成这一钉针工作,压针板达到下止点,而压半圆头板还在下移,弹片受压增大,压半圆头板将倾斜的钉书针半圆头继续压下,直到压半圆头板也到达下止点,即可保证半圆头钉书针的半圆头与被钉书面保持在同一平面。使用时,先将压板拉起,让弹簧将推针块向后拉,露出了钉书针滑槽,然后将成排的半圆头钉书针装入滑导座槽内,必须让钉书针的半圆头朝前,再将压板合下,使推针块向前将钉书针顶住,再将需装订的纸张放入模垫下,按压压板,即可完成装订工作。

1.半圆头钉书针的钉书机,由半圆头钉书针、导向板、压针板、压半圆头板、拉簧、弹片、压板、销钉、主轴、推针块、滑动销、模垫、底板、滑导座组成,其特征在于半圆头钉书针是一种新型的钉书针,在钉书针中间形成一个半圆头,可以钩挂在墙面钉子上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半圆头钉书针的钉书机,其特征在于滑导座前端有凸起的导向板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的半圆头钉书针的钉书机,其特征在于压针板位于压板头内,压针板前端为一槽口状,压针板主要用于钉书针两肩头的压入装订工作。
4.根据权利要求1所述的半圆头钉书针的钉书机,其特征在于压半圆头板则位于压针板前端,压半圆头板前端形成90度折板,压半圆头板主要用于压平钉书针半圆头。
5.根据权利要求1所述的半圆头钉书针的钉书机,其特征在于压半圆头板与压针板之间有一弹片,其作用是当压针板到达下止点时,压半圆头板还可以继续下压。
6.根据权利要求1所述的半圆头钉书针的钉书机,其特征在于滑导座中有一推针块,推针块两端有滑动销,滑动销可在滑导座两端的导轨中滑动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的半圆头钉书针的钉书机,其特征在于拉簧一端拉住压针板顶端,另一端拉在推针板后端,使推针板形成一向前的推力,始终保持着将钉书针推向滑导座前端的出针位置。
