Abstract

本发明涉及一种电缆,尤其是一种隔离型铝合金耐火电缆。本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔离型且耐火性能好的隔离型铝合金耐火电缆,包括四根绝缘隔离内芯和依次包覆住四根绝缘隔离内芯的陶瓷防火涂料层、低烟无卤聚烯氢护套,所述绝缘隔离内芯包括导体和依次包覆住导体的绝缘层、挤出铝管保护套,所述四根绝缘隔离内芯与陶瓷防火涂料层之间设置有无机耐火隔离层,所述陶瓷防火涂料层与低烟无卤聚烯氢护套之间设置有无机矿物耐火隔离层。发明的有益效果是:电缆具有良好的耐火性能与隔离性,且电缆有保护套,保证电缆的内芯不会裸露,避免了许多安全事故;电缆也具有防水性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,尤其是一种隔离型铝合金耐火电缆。
背景技术
现在的电缆使用用途越来越广,这样电缆就会应用到各个复杂的环境中,就要求电缆要具有各种抗性性能,现有技术中不具有很好的耐火性能,并且在发生火灾时,电缆外层被烧掉从而暴露出内芯,引发电子事故或者发生电子故障。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔离型且耐火性能好的隔离型铝合金耐火电缆。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种隔离型铝合金耐火电缆,包括四根绝缘隔离内芯和依次包覆住四根绝缘隔离内芯的陶瓷防火涂料层、低烟无卤聚烯氢护套,所述绝缘隔离内芯包括导体和依次包覆住导体的陶瓷合成耐火绝缘带、挤出铝管保护套,所述四根绝缘隔离内芯与陶瓷防火涂料层之间设置有无机耐火隔离层,所述陶瓷防火涂料层与低烟无卤聚烯氢护套之间设置有无机矿物耐火隔离层。
进一步的是,所述导体为高铁稀土铝合金。
进一步的是,所述挤出铝管保护套外还包裹有分色防潮层。
进一步的是,所述陶瓷防火涂料层与无机矿物耐火隔离层之间还设置有高强度钢丝保护网。
    发明的有益效果是:电缆具有良好的耐火性能与隔离性,且电缆有保护套,保证电缆的内芯不会裸露,避免了许多安全事故;电缆也具有防水性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明一种隔离型铝合金耐火电缆,包括四根绝缘隔离内芯和依次包覆住四根绝缘隔离内芯的陶瓷防火涂料层6、低烟无卤聚烯氢护套9,所述绝缘隔离内芯包括导体1和依次包覆住导体1的陶瓷合成耐火绝缘带2、挤出铝管保护套3,所述四根绝缘隔离内芯与陶瓷防火涂料层6之间设置有无机耐火隔离层5,所述陶瓷防火涂料层6与低烟无卤聚烯氢护套9之间设置有无机矿物耐火隔离层8。
其中无机耐火隔离层5是一种无机材料制成,且主要成分为水化硅酸钙、硫酸钙、云母粉、氢氧化铝、滑石粉、可再分散乳胶粉、玻璃粉、聚羧酸减水剂、羥丙级甲基纤维素醚,制成的无机耐火隔离层5属于环保材料,对环境影响小,不燃烧且没有有毒气体产生;热传导率较小即耐热,在使用过程中如果发生火灾,可保证电缆还能够在一定的时间内正常工作,还具有十分良好的隔离效果。其中无机矿物耐火隔离层8是由一种无机矿物材料制成,该材料的主要成分为高铝水泥、石英粉,碳酸钙、硬脂酸钙、双氧水、锂基强化粉、聚丙烯纤维;这样制成的无机矿物耐火隔离层8在高温下不会产生有毒有害物质,耐热阻燃、隔离效果均十分的良好且还具有高强度。这样电缆采用无机耐火隔离层5、无机矿物耐火隔离层8来达到双重隔离耐火效果。导体1由挤出铝管保护套3保护隔离,陶瓷合成耐火绝缘带为导体1提供绝缘性能的同时,也带来较强的耐火性能。
导体1的材质可选用铜、铝合金等等,其中铜的价格便宜,生产成本低;铝合金则不仅可以节约铜资源、合理利用铝资源;也可以减轻电缆的重量、降低安装成本、减少设备和电缆的磨损,使安装工作更轻松。优选的实施方式为,所述导体1为高铁稀土铝合金。
为了提高电缆的防水性能,作为优选的实施方式,所述挤出铝管保护套3外面还包裹有分色防潮层4。
为了提高电缆的保护能力,优选的实施方式,所述陶瓷防火涂料层6与无机矿物耐火隔离层8之间还设置有高强度钢丝保护网7。让电缆在遇到火灾时,内芯不会暴露出来。

1.一种隔离型铝合金耐火电缆,包括四根绝缘隔离内芯和依次包覆住四根绝缘隔离内芯的陶瓷防火涂料层(6)、低烟无卤聚烯氢护套(9),其特征在于:所述绝缘隔离内芯包括导体(1)和依次包覆住导体(1)的陶瓷合成耐火绝缘带(2)、挤出铝管保护套(3),所述四根绝缘隔离内芯与陶瓷防火涂料层(6)之间设置有无机耐火隔离层(5),所述陶瓷防火涂料层(6)与低烟无卤聚烯氢护套(9)之间设置有无机矿物耐火隔离层(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种隔离型铝合金耐火电缆,其特征在于:所述导体(1)为高铁稀土铝合金。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种隔离型铝合金耐火电缆,其特征在于:所述挤出铝管保护套(3)外还包裹有分色防潮层(4)。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种隔离型铝合金耐火电缆,其特征在于:所述陶瓷防火涂料层(6)与无机矿物耐火隔离层(8)之间还设置有高强度钢丝保护网(7)。
