Abstract

本发明提供了一种新型的包皮环切外科手术专用器械,它由切靠环棘齿环、固定针及内环套组成,其优点是能使包皮环切手术安全,操作规范简便,特别是其创缘整齐,流血少,不再需扎结、缝针、拆线。术后无需特殊包扎。

Description

本发明涉及一种包皮环切外科手术专用器械。
治疗男性生殖器包茎或包皮过长主要途径是进行手术性包皮环切术,目前国内医院进行这种手术,多数是局麻后直接进行剪除或切除,这种手术方式都要流血、止血、缝线等,且术后切痕都不规则整齐,术后包扎不好会影响小便,且易于感染。经检索,国内外也有一些采用器械进行的,主要是进行扎结,使其血运阻断,形成干性坏死脱落,如:《供包茎包皮环切结扎的手术套筒》〔Su-1115742-A摘自WPI G

ette(入藏号85-086193)〕以及国内34660部队医院有采用包皮环扎结的办法(文章名称:“包皮环扎器”摘自1988年第4期《人民军医》)。这一种扎结法是采用表面具有槽的内环套及里面有槽的固定环,用一根环状穿入固定环内槽中的钢丝,将预切包皮在内环套槽沟处勒紧,使血运阻断,形成干性坏死脱落,这种器械的优点是不需止血、缝合,不足之处是,扎结钢丝的力度不易掌握,创缘持续性疼痛时间长,创缘易发生坏死现象,有时干痂不易脱落,继而并发感染。
本发明的目的是要提供一种使包皮环切切痕规则整齐,手术无需止血、缝合及拆线,手术简便,术后无需特殊包扎的专用包皮套切器。
本发明是这样完成的:它由一个组合式的外环套及一个单件的内环套构成,手术时,将外环套先套在阴茎上,然后将具有一定锥度的内环套(大头向外)嵌在阴茎的冠状沟内,然后翻下包皮,向外拉移外环套,使包皮环状置于内环套与外环套之间,并夹紧(以不出血或极少出血为准),此时将环状置于外环套中的一组固定针插下,环状刺穿包皮,并使其钉在内环套上,在设计时,内环套在夹紧状态时,在向外方向比外环套宽出一个环状边,此时,将手术刀靠在外环套外侧,刀锋落在内环套宽出环状边上的包皮上,即可实施包皮环切手术。靠切一圈即可整齐切下一个环状预切包皮,术后将内、外环套继续固定在阴茎上3天,让创口自行结痂愈合,即可达到不必止血、缝合、折线的效果。其具体结构方案是:外环套由一个具有内环孔突出圆台阶的切靠环及一个棘齿环组成,在棘齿环下有一组环状穿透过切靠环圆台阶壁的固定针,每一个棘齿对应一个固定针,在装配状态,每一个棘齿角顶点,与固定针(针孔上部份)弯折部份中部最低点相对应。当棘齿顶角后(前)移时,能下压固定针翘起的尾部,使固定针沿针孔上升,直至完全缩回针孔中;当棘齿角前(后)移时,能下压固定针翘起的前弯折部,使固定针沿针孔下插,其下插深度,可使针头钉在与外环套内孔壁具有0.1~0.2mm间隙的内环套3(外壁)上,内环套是一个具有一定锥度的单独的孔环。根据不同年龄及阴茎直径大小,内环套内径可设计为如:φ21.8,φ23.8,φ25.8,φ27.8,φ29.6,φ31.6mm尺寸。外环套尺寸及固定针数量也相应变化,即包皮套切器可制成系列产品。在制造时,内、外环套可用较轻的金属或无毒硬塑料制成,固定针可用钢针,特别是不锈钢针制成。

参照图1、图2、图3、图4,用铝材制成由切靠环9及棘齿环7组成的外环套8及内环套3,用不锈钢针制成的固定针1组成的包皮套切器。棘齿环7套在切靠环9背面内环孔突出的圆台阶4上,并由卡在圆台阶4上环形槽2中的卡环5卡住,在圆台阶4上共有12根穿透环形壁的固定针1,每根固定针对应一个棘齿,每一个棘齿角顶点12位于固定针1弯折的未插入中段最低弯点11处。两环手柄10错动时,棘齿角顶点12可下压固定针上翘的前端部或尾部,使固定针1产生下插或上升动作。
本实施例主要技术参数:
内环套内孔直径    25.8mm。
内、外环套间间隙    0.15mm。
棘齿数    12。
固定针数    12。

Claims (3)

1、一种包皮套切器,它由外环套8及内环套3组成,其特征是:所说的外环套8是由一个棘齿环7和一个切靠环9组成,棘齿环7套在切靠环9背面内环孔突出的圆台阶4上,并被圆台阶上环形槽2中的卡环5卡住,在圆台阶4上有一组穿透圆台阶4环形壁的环状分布的固定针1,每一个固定针1在针孔上方弯折部份,前、后部上翘,在装配状态,每一个棘齿角顶点12与固定针弯折部份中部最低点11相对应,当棘齿角顶点12后(前)移时,能下压固定针1翘起的尾部,使固定针沿针孔上升,直至完全缩回针孔内,当棘齿角前(后)移时,能下压固定针1翘起的前弯折部,使固定针1沿针孔下插,其下插深度,能钉在一个与外环套8内孔壁具有一定间隙的内环套3(外壁)上。
2、如权利要求1所述的包皮套切器,其特征是:内环套3是一个具有适当锥度的环套,其外环面与外环套8内孔壁间隙为0.1~0.2mm,切靠环9与棘齿环7外缘分别具有可以旋动的手柄10。
3、如权利要求1、2所述的包皮环切器,其特征是:外环套8及内环套3的材料可由轻金属、无毒塑料、有机玻璃等制成,固定针1由钢针,特别是不锈钢针制成。
