(6) cutting
The core dried is cut by dimensional requirement, is then combined with each other formation core material of vacuum heat insulation plate separately as core material of vacuum heat insulation plate or with other layers;
(7) core that step (6) is formed is put into put into high-gas resistance compound membrane bag, then by the way of vacuumizing, obtain vacuum heat-insulating plate.

Compared with prior art, the vacuum thermal insulation core of the present invention has the advantage that
1) using centrifugal cotton as the core of vacuum heat-insulating plate, performance is high, and adiabatic coefficent has had large increase, makes the thickness of vacuum heat-insulating plate be substantially reduced.This cost of material is low, and vacuum heat-insulating plate overall cost reduces.Centrifugal cotton has fire-retardant, sound absorption function, can meet the requirement of asepsis environment-protecting.
2) core is divided into multilayer, i.e. adds the intensity of core, the replaceability of core can be increased again, i.e. when a certain layer of core is damaged, remainder layer can repeat again with.
3) provide the preparation method of a kind of centrifugal cotton core, with it, the core being especially suitable for vacuum heat-insulating plate can be produced, thus reduce the cost of vacuum heat-insulating plate.

In step (6), if core is one layer, then directly the core of drying is put in the high-gas resistance compound membrane bag of step (7), if core is multilayer, then according to the number of plies of core, core heap is folded, or bond by the way of binding agent bonds, form core material of vacuum heat insulation plate, then core material of vacuum heat insulation plate is put in the high-gas resistance compound membrane bag of step (7).
Preferably, the dehydration in step (3), take slurry is sent into flow box, then use forming net to its dehydration forming, form blank core.
Preferably, the speed of forming net is 5-8m/min.
Preferably, the pH value that in described step (1), the acid solution of configuration is is 2~5.
Preferably, the pH value that in described step (1), the acid solution of configuration is is 2.5-3.5, and the impurity contained by basic removing, the space making centrifugal cotton is unimpeded.

In this soak time and temperature range, it is ensured that thoroughly remove the impurity in fiber, and fully strengthen the chemical stability of centrifugal cotton.
Preferably, in described step (2), the concentration of dilution of acid is 0.3~1.2%, and this quantity is concentration in the slurry after residual acid dilute with water forms slurry in fiber.Preferably, for 0.5-0.8%.Under this concentration, it is ensured that will not be re-introduced into impurity during being diluted with water as slurry, the performance of fiber will not change again, does not have too much acid and remain in fiberboard after manufactured Board.
