本发明涉及一种防震装置。
背景技术
冲击和振动是工业中常见的现象,由于对振动敏感的机器设备并不都具备减震性和抗震性,因此减震是机械设备设计和安装的重要内容。目前,随着科学技术的发展,减震橡胶制品的应用越来越广泛,但是如何设计出结构简单,减震效果明显的减震、防震装置,是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供一种结构简单,防震效果好的防震装置。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种防震装置,所述防震装置包括圆台部、圆柱部和螺纹部,其中圆台部和圆柱部分别位于防震装置的两端,螺纹部位于该圆台部和圆柱部之间。
此外,本发明还提供如下附属技术方案:
所述防震装置呈中空状。
所述防震装置两端均设置有开口。
所述防震装置制作材料为硅橡胶。
相比于现有技术,本发明的优势在于:本发明的防震装置结构简单,防震效果好。

参照图1至图3,其所示的是一种防震装置,该防震装置呈中空状,并且两端均设置有开口。
具体的,该防震装置包括圆台部1、圆柱部2和螺纹部3,其中圆台部1和圆柱部2分别位于两端,螺纹部3位于圆台部1和圆柱部2之间。螺纹部3即为外壁设置为螺纹状,能提高收缩功能。
该防震装置整体制作材料为硅橡胶。
本发明的防震装置结构简单,防震效果好。

3.根据权利要求1所述的防震装置,其特征在于其两端均设置有开口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防震装置,其特征在于其制作材料为硅橡胶。
