Abstract

本发明涉及煤矿机械用工件领域,特别是涉及一种矿用钢丝绳的制备工艺。步骤如下:1)分别取尼龙绳、麻绳、钢丝、铜丝,将尼龙绳和麻绳在植物油中浸泡4-5d后取出干燥,干燥后的尼龙绳与钢丝缠绕得钢绳,麻绳与铜丝缠绕得铜绳,钢丝与铜丝缠绕得丝绳;2)将钢绳、钢丝、铜绳、铜丝和丝绳依次拧合至一完整绳体,然后将其浸入植物油中浸泡1-2h后,在50-80℃的真空环境中干燥;3)将干燥后的完整绳体在1-1.5T的拉力下拉伸2-5h,即得所述矿用钢丝绳。采用本发明技术方案制备所得的钢丝绳,抗疲劳强度高,耐腐蚀,能够承受长时间的矿下作业。

技术领域
本发明涉及煤矿机械用工件领域,特别是涉及一种矿用钢丝绳的制备工艺。
背景技术
钢丝绳是矿下最常用的绳具,由于矿井距离地表较远,很多矿下器械的前期输送和后期运行都要依靠钢丝绳的架设来实现,由于矿下器械质量较大,加之矿下环境的恶劣,所以钢丝绳极容易在长时间工作后疲劳强度达到极限,产生腐蚀、断裂的现象,这极大威胁着矿下作业人员的安全性。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种矿用钢丝绳的制备工艺,能够解决上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种矿用钢丝绳的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)分别取直径为1-2mm尼龙绳、2-3mm的麻绳、1-2mm的钢丝、1-1.5mm的铜丝,将尼龙绳和麻绳在植物油中浸泡4-5d后取出干燥,干燥后的尼龙绳与钢丝缠绕得钢绳,麻绳与铜丝缠绕得铜绳,钢丝与铜丝缠绕得丝绳;
2)将钢绳、钢丝、铜绳、铜丝和丝绳依次拧合至一完整绳体,然后将其浸入植物油中浸泡1-2h后,在50-80℃的真空环境中干燥;
3)将干燥后的完整绳体在1-1.5T的拉力下拉伸2-5h,即得所述矿用钢丝绳。
优选的,分别取直径为1.5mm尼龙绳、2.5mm的麻绳、1.5mm的钢丝、1.5mm的铜丝,将尼龙绳和麻绳在植物油中浸泡4d后取出干燥,干燥后的尼龙绳与钢丝缠绕得钢绳,麻绳与铜丝缠绕得铜绳,钢丝与铜丝缠绕得丝绳。
优选的,将钢绳、钢丝、铜绳、铜丝和丝绳依次拧合至一完整绳体,然后将其浸入植物油中浸泡2h后,在80℃的真空环境中干燥。
优选的,将干燥后的完整绳体在1.5T的拉力下拉伸4h,即得所述矿用钢丝绳。

2)将钢绳、钢丝、铜绳、铜丝和丝绳依次拧合至一完整绳体,然后将其浸入植物油中浸泡1h后,在50℃的真空环境中干燥;
3)将干燥后的完整绳体在1T的拉力下拉伸2h,即得所述矿用钢丝绳。

2)将钢绳、钢丝、铜绳、铜丝和丝绳依次拧合至一完整绳体,然后将其浸入植物油中浸泡2h后,在80℃的真空环境中干燥;
3)将干燥后的完整绳体在1.5T的拉力下拉伸5h,即得所述矿用钢丝绳。
实施例3
一种矿用钢丝绳的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)分别取直径为1.5mm尼龙绳、2.5mm的麻绳、1.5mm的钢丝、1.5mm的铜丝,将尼龙绳和麻绳在植物油中浸泡4d后取出干燥,干燥后的尼龙绳与钢丝缠绕得钢绳,麻绳与铜丝缠绕得铜绳,钢丝与铜丝缠绕得丝绳;
2)将钢绳、钢丝、铜绳、铜丝和丝绳依次拧合至一完整绳体,然后将其浸入植物油中浸泡2h后,在80℃的真空环境中干燥;
3)将干燥后的完整绳体在1.5T的拉力下拉伸4h,即得所述矿用钢丝绳。

1)分别取直径为1-2mm尼龙绳、2-3mm的麻绳、1-2mm的钢丝、1-1.5mm的铜丝,将尼龙绳和麻绳在植物油中浸泡4-5d后取出干燥,干燥后的尼龙绳与钢丝缠绕得钢绳,麻绳与铜丝缠绕得铜绳,钢丝与铜丝缠绕得丝绳;
2)将钢绳、钢丝、铜绳、铜丝和丝绳依次拧合至一完整绳体,然后将其浸入植物油中浸泡1-2h后,在50-80℃的真空环境中干燥;
3)将干燥后的完整绳体在1-1.5T的拉力下拉伸2-5h,即得所述矿用钢丝绳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用钢丝绳的制备工艺,其特征在于,分别取直径为1.5mm尼龙绳、2.5mm的麻绳、1.5mm的钢丝、1.5mm的铜丝,将尼龙绳和麻绳在植物油中浸泡4d后取出干燥,干燥后的尼龙绳与钢丝缠绕得钢绳,麻绳与铜丝缠绕得铜绳,钢丝与铜丝缠绕得丝绳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用钢丝绳的制备工艺,其特征在于,将钢绳、钢丝、铜绳、铜丝和丝绳依次拧合至一完整绳体,然后将其浸入植物油中浸泡2h后,在80℃的真空环境中干燥。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用钢丝绳的制备工艺,其特征在于,将干燥后的完整绳体在1.5T的拉力下拉伸4h,即得所述矿用钢丝绳。
