本发明涉及印刷领域,具体涉及一种凸版印刷油墨。
背景技术
凸版油墨是指各种凸版印刷方式采用的各种凸版油墨的总称。适用凸版印刷的一类油墨,用以印刷书刊、报纸、画册、单据、帐簿等的一类油墨。凸版印刷的主要特征是印刷版面着墨部分凸出于非着墨部分,随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,印刷得到了蓬勃的发展,越来越多的印刷种类贴近消费者生活等,随之而来的是凸版印刷油墨使用量的增加和凸版印刷油墨不防水、干燥慢、光泽度低和流变性差等问题的彰显,而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种色泽好、流变性优异的凸版印刷深红油墨是非常必要的。
发明内容
综上所述,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种凸版印刷油墨。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种凸版印刷油墨,包括如下重量份数的组分:桐油1-3份、萘酸钴3-5份、硝化棉液2-5份、乙醇1-3份、聚乙烯微晶蜡3-5份、胺化剂2-5份、聚乙烯微晶蜡1-3份和丙烯酸树脂1-3份。
一种凸版印刷油墨的制作方法,包括如下的制作步骤:
(1)按如下的重量份数取得各组分:桐油1-3份、萘酸钴3-5份、硝化棉液2-5份、乙醇1-3份、聚乙烯微晶蜡3-5份、胺化剂2-5份、聚乙烯微晶蜡1-3份和丙烯酸树脂1-3份;
(2)将桐油、萘酸钴、硝化棉液和乙醇加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,
(3)将反应釜升温至40-50℃,反应5-10分钟;
(4)降温到5-10℃后,继续向反应釜中加入聚乙烯微晶蜡、胺化剂、聚乙烯微晶蜡和丙烯酸树脂,搅拌均匀;
(5)将反应釜升温至30-40℃,反应5-10分钟后,过滤取滤液即可。
进一步,步骤(2)中搅拌的速度为800-1000转/分。
进一步,步骤(4)中搅拌的速度为400-800转/分。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种凸版印刷油墨,油墨色泽鲜艳,光泽度高,操作简单,便于印刷者掌握和操作。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种凸版印刷油墨的制作方法,包括如下的制作步骤:
(1)按如下的重量份数取得各组分:桐油1份、萘酸钴3份、硝化棉液2份、乙醇1份、聚乙烯微晶蜡3份、胺化剂2份、聚乙烯微晶蜡1和丙烯酸树脂1份;
(2)将桐油、萘酸钴、硝化棉液和乙醇加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,搅拌的速度为800转/分;
(3)将反应釜升温至40℃,反应5分钟;
(4)降温到5℃后,继续向反应釜中加入聚乙烯微晶蜡、胺化剂、聚乙烯微晶蜡和丙烯酸树脂,搅拌均匀,搅拌的速度为400转/分;
(5)将反应釜升温至30℃,反应5分钟后,过滤取滤液即可。
实施例2
一种凸版印刷油墨的制作方法,包括如下的制作步骤:
(1)按如下的重量份数取得各组分:桐油2份、萘酸钴4份、硝化棉液3份、乙醇2份、聚乙烯微晶蜡4份、胺化剂4份、聚乙烯微晶蜡2份和丙烯酸树脂2份;
(2)将桐油、萘酸钴、硝化棉液和乙醇加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,搅拌的速度为900转/分;
(3)将反应釜升温至45℃,反应7分钟;
(4)降温到7℃后,继续向反应釜中加入聚乙烯微晶蜡、胺化剂、聚乙烯微晶蜡和丙烯酸树脂,搅拌均匀,搅拌的速度为600转/分;
(5)将反应釜升温至35℃,反应7分钟后,过滤取滤液即可。
实施例3
一种凸版印刷油墨的制作方法,包括如下的制作步骤:
(1)按如下的重量份数取得各组分:桐油3份、萘酸钴5份、硝化棉液5份、乙醇3份、聚乙烯微晶蜡5份、胺化剂5份、聚乙烯微晶蜡3份和丙烯酸树脂3份;
(2)将桐油、萘酸钴、硝化棉液和乙醇加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,搅拌的速度为1000转/分;
(3)将反应釜升温至50℃,反应10分钟;
(4)降温到10℃后,继续向反应釜中加入聚乙烯微晶蜡、胺化剂、聚乙烯微晶蜡和丙烯酸树脂,搅拌均匀,搅拌的速度为800转/分;
(5)将反应釜升温至40℃,反应10分钟后,过滤取滤液即可。

1.一种凸版印刷油墨,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的组分:桐油1-3份、萘酸钴3-5份、硝化棉液2-5份、乙醇1-3份、聚乙烯微晶蜡3-5份、胺化剂2-5份、聚乙烯微晶蜡1-3份和丙烯酸树脂1-3份。
2.一种凸版印刷油墨的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下的制作步骤:
(1)按如下的重量份数取得各组分:桐油1-3份、萘酸钴3-5份、硝化棉液2-5份、乙醇1-3份、聚乙烯微晶蜡3-5份、胺化剂2-5份、聚乙烯微晶蜡1-3份和丙烯酸树脂1-3份;
(2)将桐油、萘酸钴、硝化棉液和乙醇加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,
(3)将反应釜升温至40-50℃,反应5-10分钟;
(4)降温到5-10℃后,继续向反应釜中加入聚乙烯微晶蜡、胺化剂、聚乙烯微晶蜡和丙烯酸树脂,搅拌均匀;
(5)将反应釜升温至30-40℃,反应5-10分钟后,过滤取滤液即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种凸版印刷油墨的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中搅拌的速度为800-1000转/分。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种凸版印刷油墨的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中搅拌的速度为400-800转/分。
