本发明公开了一种高强耐磨阻燃带,包括:基层、位于所述基层上下两面的耐磨层、和位于所述耐磨层外的阻燃层,所述基层为聚酯纤维布,所述耐磨层为玻璃纤维毡布,所述阻燃层为环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜,所述玻璃纤维毡布与所述聚酯纤维布通过环氧树脂胶粘结在一起,所述环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜与所述玻璃纤维毡布通过环氧树脂胶粘结在一起。通过上述方式,本发明具有良好的耐磨性、阻燃性,使用寿命长,并且安全环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及绝缘材料领域,特别是涉及一种高强耐磨阻燃带。
背景技术
电气控制越来越复杂,其电缆需求量也必然随之增长,然而有些特殊行业,机电气控制设备需放置环境恶劣,尤其是煤矿开采行业,矿井下环境较潮湿,机电气设备电缆材料本身的含水率,以及应力、化学作用的结果,电缆在运行中,都会形成“水树”现象,造成绝缘层破坏,护套内的缺陷处就会产生放电,甚至击穿电缆,引起火灾。所以矿用机电气设备用电缆结构中需使用阻燃带,以消除安全隐患,但是现有的阻燃带牢固性差,时间久后易发生因阻燃带磨损而引发的安全事故。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强耐磨阻燃带,具有良好的耐磨性、阻燃性,使用寿命长,并且安全环保。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高强耐磨阻燃带,包括:基层、位于所述基层上下两面的耐磨层、和位于所述耐磨层外的阻燃层,所述基层为聚酯纤维布,所述耐磨层为玻璃纤维毡布,所述阻燃层为环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜,所述玻璃纤维毡布与所述聚酯纤维布通过环氧树脂胶粘结在一起,所述环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜与所述玻璃纤维毡布通过环氧树脂胶粘结在一起。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述玻璃纤维毡布是由短切玻璃纤维缝合而成的。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述聚酯纤维布为无纺聚酯纤维布。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜为无卤阻燃PC薄膜。
本发明的有益效果是:采用多层复合结构,由聚酯纤维布基层、玻璃纤维毡布耐磨层和环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜层多层胶粘而成,具有良好的耐磨性、阻燃性,使用寿命长,并且安全环保。

本发明实施例包括:
一种高强耐磨阻燃带,包括:基层、位于所述基层上下两面的耐磨层、和位于所述耐磨层外的阻燃层,所述基层为聚酯纤维布,所述耐磨层为玻璃纤维毡布,所述阻燃层为环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜,所述玻璃纤维毡布与所述聚酯纤维布通过环氧树脂胶粘结在一起,所述环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜与所述玻璃纤维毡布通过环氧树脂胶粘结在一起。
其中,所述玻璃纤维毡布是由短切玻璃纤维缝合而成的,不含胶粘剂,成本低。
所述聚酯纤维布为无纺聚酯纤维布,成本低。
所述环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜为无卤阻燃PC薄膜,机械性能优异、在高温下有较好的尺寸温度性及高阻燃等级,并且无氯,无溴、无限制重金属,安全环保。
本发明揭示了一种高强耐磨阻燃带,采用多层复合结构,由聚酯纤维布基层、玻璃纤维毡布耐磨层和环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜层多层胶粘而成,具有良好的耐磨性、阻燃性,使用寿命长,并且安全环保。

1.一种高强耐磨阻燃带,其特征在于,包括:基层、位于所述基层上下两面的耐磨层、和位于所述耐磨层外的阻燃层,所述基层为聚酯纤维布,所述耐磨层为玻璃纤维毡布,所述阻燃层为环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜,所述玻璃纤维毡布与所述聚酯纤维布通过环氧树脂胶粘结在一起,所述环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜与所述玻璃纤维毡布通过环氧树脂胶粘结在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强耐磨阻燃带,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维毡布是由短切玻璃纤维缝合而成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强耐磨阻燃带,其特征在于,所述聚酯纤维布为无纺聚酯纤维布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强耐磨阻燃带,其特征在于,所述环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯薄膜为无卤阻燃PC薄膜。
