技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健型植物纤维棉。
背景技术
市场出售的磁性医疗器材不胜枚举,但都是在保健品中加入固定的磁铁或橡塑磁条,限制了使用者的服饰性,可洗性。而且磁性材料大小随物品大小而定,磁性作用范围局限固定,对穴位要求准确,操作复杂。采用磁性纤维制造的保健产品如护膝等基本解决了上述产品的缺点和不足。这种产品穿着柔软、轻盈、舒适非常适用于贴身的内衣裤。磁场作用平缓均匀,它对所包缚的肌肤可进行全方位的彻底的微按摸刺激,并解决了磁铁块对不正穴位的难题,起到全天候保健理疗的作用,因此,特别适用于中老年人群享用,无副作用。
磁性保健品护膝、护腕、护腰、护肩及内衣、内裤等是继远红外保健产品之后又一具独特的新型第二代保健产品。它无毒、无味、不刺激皮肤、无硬块磁性材料,因此穿着舒适,洗涤方便,使用时无特殊要求。反复洗涤不脱落,不影响磁性保健功能。
永磁微粒材料均匀地植入纤维内部并有机的结合在一起,因此摩擦、揉搓、磁微粒不脱落,属永久型产品。这是一般采用涂敷,挂染,粘贴等保健品所无法比拟的。因此产品易洗涤,耐揉搓,整理方便,排除了磁疗产品洗涤清理的难题。
磁性保健纤维织物的保健作用原理是:在磁性纤维中均匀排列着含有永久磁铁的微粒材料,所以织物表面存在着具有 N 、 S 极的磁场。这些磁微粒产生的磁力线由 N极到 S极构成磁性回路。这些紧靠织物纤维边缘无数磁性微粒产生的许多N、S磁回路及发射出去的磁力线,交织成一层看不见的立体磁力线网。这种网膜能对贴近的肌肤进行全方位的立体刺激和按摩。使肌肤表面处于微运动状态,激活细胞代谢能力,促进身体微循环。那些与肌肤穴位紧贴的磁微粒,发出的磁力线可以穿透这些穴位。这一束束看不见,无感觉的磁力线起到如中医针灸同样的作用,因此能随时随地的进行理疗。这种疗法常被称为“无痛理疗法”。

本发明提供一种具有防蛀、保健、防霉、轻柔和吸湿透气优点的保健型植物纤维棉。
本发明的技术方案是:一种保健型植物纤维棉,所述的保健型植物纤维棉包括最上层的植物纤维层、中间层亚麻纤维层和最下层木棉纤维层以压合复合方式粘合在一起,所述植物纤维层表面设有若干透气孔,所述植物纤维层的厚度为2mm,所述亚麻纤维层的厚度为2mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述木棉纤维层的厚度为1-2mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述透气孔的个数为8个。
本发明的一种保健型植物纤维棉,具有防蛀、保健、防霉、轻柔和吸湿透气的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的保健型植物纤维棉包括最上层1的植物纤维层、中间层2亚麻纤维层和最下层3木棉纤维层以压合复合方式粘合在一起,所述植物纤维层表面设有若干透气孔,所述植物纤维层的厚度为2mm,所述亚麻纤维层的厚度为2mm。所述木棉纤维层的厚度为1-2mm,所述透气孔的个数为8个。
进一步说明,所述植物纤维层为竹炭纤维,具有的主要性能是:超强的吸附力:竹炭吸附能力是木炭的5倍以上,对甲醛、苯、甲苯、氨等有害物质和粉尘能发挥吸收、分解异味和消臭的作用。例如:普通粘胶纤维的氨去除率只有17.4%,而竹炭粘胶纤维的氨去除率达到54%。发射远红外线,蓄热保暖:远红外线发射率高达0.87,能蓄热保暖,温升速度比普通棉织物快。调湿,达到除湿与干燥的功效: 高平衡回潮率和保水率,赋予了竹炭纤维调湿的本领。负离子发射浓度高:通常都市公园的负离子浓度为1000-2000个/ cm3,郊外田野的负离子浓度为5000-50000个/cm3,竹炭纤维发射负离子的浓度为6800个/cm3,相当于郊外田野的负离子浓度,因此有益于身体健康。矿物质含量高,有特殊的保健功能:竹炭纤维含有钾、钙等有益于身体健康的矿物质。
在进一步说明,亚麻纤维织物具有很好的保健功能。它具有独特的抑制细菌作用。亚麻属隐香科植物,能散发一种隐隐的香味。专家认为这种气味能杀死许多细菌,并能抑制多种寄生虫的生长。用接触法所做的科学实验证明:亚麻制品具有显著的抑菌作用,对绿脓杆菌,白色念珠菌等国际标准菌株的抑菌率可达65%以上,对大肠杆菌和金色葡萄球菌珠的抑菌率高过90%以上。古代埃及法老的木乃伊都是被裹在惊人结实的亚麻细布内,使之完整地保存至今。
再进一步说明,木棉纤维是锦葵目木棉科内几种植物的果实纤维,属单细胞纤维,其附着于木棉蒴果壳体内壁,由内壁细胞发育、生长而成。一般长约8 ~32mm、直径约20~45μm 。它是天然生态纤维中最细、最轻、中空度最高、最保暖的纤维材质。它的细度仅有棉纤维的1/2,中空率却达到86%以上,是一般棉纤维的2-3倍。具有光洁、抗菌、防蛀、防霉、轻柔、不易缠结、不透水、不导热,生态、 保暖、吸湿性强等特点。本发明提供一种保健型植物纤维棉,具有防蛀、保健、防霉、轻柔和吸湿透气的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种保健型植物纤维棉,其特征在于:所述的保健型植物纤维棉包括最上层的植物纤维层、中间层亚麻纤维层和最下层木棉纤维层以压合复合方式粘合在一起,所述植物纤维层表面设有若干透气孔,所述植物纤维层的厚度为2mm,所述亚麻纤维层的厚度为2mm。
