Abstract
一种再生塑料瓶片新型清洗装置,其特征在于:包括一上端面呈敞开状的清洗箱体,在所述清洗箱体一端设有进料管口,用于同进料机连接,在所述清洗箱体一端上部连接有螺旋提料机,用于将清洗后的瓶体提出,所述清洗箱体内部中间位置设有一方形槽,所述方形槽一端与进料管口相通,在所述方形槽内安装有一根搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆一端通过轴承组件连接在清洗箱体一端的内壁上,搅拌杆另一端穿过清洗箱体连接至减速箱的输出端,所述减速箱的输入端连接有驱动电机。本发明结构简单合理,能够顺利完成塑料瓶片的清洗工作,自动化程度高,且通过配制的特殊清洗溶液可以很好的去除瓶片表面的污渍,提高清洗效率,节约水资源。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料回收设备技术领域,具体涉及一种再生塑料瓶片新型清洗装置。
背景技术
随着工业的发展,塑料制品的应用已经遍及工农业以及日常生活的各个领域,全世界每天产生的废旧塑料垃圾无法进行估量,但其对环境造成的具大压力是显而易见的,为了处理这些塑料垃圾,现行的方法一般是填埋、焚烧等。但是由于普通的塑料垃圾的自然降解时间很长,一般要经过一百年以上才能降解,而且降解过程中还会产生大量的甲烷等有害物质,因此填埋法已经得到很多专家的诟病;而焚烧法产生的有害气体、烟尘等直接对环境造成影响。同时由于塑料作为石化产品,其生产的主要原料是石油,它是一种不可再生资源,目前全球石油争夺越来越激烈,原油成本越来越高,因此对于塑料产品回收利用是目前解决塑料垃圾问题的最好办法。它有效的解决了塑料产品对环境的威胁,同时也可以在一定程度上缓解石油的使用量。目前,瓶装矿泉水等便携式饮品由于其方便携带、干净卫生等特点越来越受到人们的欢迎,随之而来是生产了大量的废弃塑料瓶。对于循环利用这些废弃塑料瓶,需要对其进行破碎、清洗、分离杂质等,传统的回收工艺及回收设备技术含量不高,回收成本大,回收所附加的性价比并不理想。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单,使用效果好的再生塑料瓶片新型清洗装置。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种再生塑料瓶片新型清洗装置,包括一上端面呈敞开状的清洗箱体,在所述清洗箱体一端设有进料管口,用于同进料机连接,在所述清洗箱体一端上部连接有螺旋提料机,用于将清洗后的瓶体提出,所述清洗箱体内部中间位置设有一方形槽,所述方形槽一端与进料管口相通,在所述方形槽内安装有一根搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆一端通过轴承组件连接在清洗箱体一端的内壁上,搅拌杆另一端穿过清洗箱体连接至减速箱的输出端,所述减速箱的输入端连接有驱动电机。
所述清洗箱体的箱壁呈倾斜状态,该箱壁与方形槽之间的夹角在110-150度,所述箱壁的上沿口设置有挡边。
所述清洗箱体上部安装有拨片辊轮,所述拨片辊轮的辊轴两端通过轴承组件设置在清洗箱体的挡边上,且在辊轴的一端连接有齿轮,所述齿轮通过传动链条连接至齿轮箱,带动拨片辊轮转动,通过拨片辊轮带动浮在清洗液表面的瓶片流向螺旋提料机。
工作时,在清洗箱体内放入特制清洗溶液,该清洗溶液的温度控制在35-45℃,通过进料机将瓶片送入到方形槽内,瓶片进入到方形槽后,在搅拌杆的搅拌作用下进行与特制清洗溶液进行接触清洗,且通过该方形槽的设置瓶片不会立即漂浮上来,待清洗一段时间后,瓶片浮出清洗溶液表面,在拨片辊轮的带动相流向提料机,再经提料机送入,该提料机可以采用具有甩干功能的提料机。
所述特制清洗溶液是由以下重量份数的组分构成:去离子水85份、叔丁醇5份、木糖醇水溶液6份、大蒜汁5份、辣椒水提取物1份、次氯酸钙5份、连翘水提取物0.5份、柠檬酸2份、异抗坏血酸钠1份、亚硫酸钠2份、多聚磷酸钠1份、食盐2份、阳离子淀粉2份、印楝素2份、硬脂酸2份、石灰粉5份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单合理,能够顺利完成塑料瓶片的清洗工作,自动化程度高,且通过配制的特殊清洗溶液可以很好的去除瓶片表面的污渍,提高清洗效率,节约水资源。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、图2所示,一种再生塑料瓶片新型清洗装置,包括一上端面呈敞开状的清洗箱体1,在清洗箱体1一端设有进料管口2,用于同进料机连接,在清洗箱体1一端上部连接有螺旋提料机3,用于将清洗后的瓶体提出,清洗箱体1内部中间位置设有一方形槽4,方形槽4一端与进料管口2相通,在方形槽4内安装有一根搅拌杆5,搅拌杆5一端通过轴承组件连接在清洗箱体1一端的内壁上,搅拌杆5另一端穿过清洗箱体1连接至减速箱6的输出端,减速箱6的输入端连接有驱动电机7。清洗箱体1的箱壁8呈倾斜状态,该箱壁8与方形槽4之间的夹角在110-150度,箱壁8的上沿口设置有挡边9。
清洗箱体1上部安装有拨片辊轮10,拨片辊轮10的辊轴两端通过轴承组件设置在清洗箱体1的挡边9上,且在辊轴的一端连接有齿轮,齿轮通过传动链条连接至齿轮箱6,带动拨片辊轮10转动,通过拨片辊轮10带动浮在清洗液表面的瓶片流向螺旋提料机3。
工作时,在清洗箱体1内放入特制清洗溶液,该清洗溶液的温度控制在35-45℃,通过进料机将瓶片送入到方形槽4内,瓶片进入到方形槽4后,在搅拌杆5的搅拌作用下进行与特制清洗溶液进行接触清洗,且通过该方形槽4的设置瓶片不会立即漂浮上来,待清洗一段时间后,瓶片浮出清洗溶液表面,在拨片辊轮10的带动相流向提料机3,再经提料机3送入,该提料机3可以采用具有甩干功能的提料机。

1.一种再生塑料瓶片新型清洗装置,其特征在于:包括一上端面呈敞开状的清洗箱体,在所述清洗箱体一端设有进料管口,用于同进料机连接,在所述清洗箱体一端上部连接有螺旋提料机,用于将清洗后的瓶体提出,所述清洗箱体内部中间位置设有一方形槽,所述方形槽一端与进料管口相通,在所述方形槽内安装有一根搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆一端通过轴承组件连接在清洗箱体一端的内壁上,搅拌杆另一端穿过清洗箱体连接至减速箱的输出端,所述减速箱的输入端连接有驱动电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的再生塑料瓶片新型清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗箱体的箱壁呈倾斜状态,该箱壁与方形槽之间的夹角在110-150度,所述箱壁的上沿口设置有挡边。
