本发明涉及水产品养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种金鱼新品种培育方法,其利用五花文种鱼与红花望天种鱼杂交,得到第一代五花龙睛,利用第一代五花龙睛进行自交,得到二代樱花蛋龙,选取二代樱花蛋龙中,进行自交,杂交出第三代虎皮樱花,利用第三代虎皮樱花与第一代五花龙睛进行杂交,培育出第四代鱼种,选取色泽纯正的第四代鱼种,与第三代虎皮樱花进行杂交,培育出的第五代鱼种,选取的第五代鱼种,与第四代鱼种杂交生成第六代五花鱼种,选取第六代五花鱼种进行自交得到第七代鱼种,通过水体深浅的控制和饲料投喂选育出眼上翻90°,眼大背平,色泽鲜艳的第七代鱼种,经本发明培育方法培育出的鱼种,色泽鲜艳,五彩斑斓,对防止“五花望天”绝种有着重要意义。

本发明涉及水产品养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种金鱼新品种培育方法。
背景技术
金鱼原产于中国,其祖先就是常见的银灰色鲫鱼,所以又称“金鲫鱼”,现代饲养的观赏金鱼共有160多个品种,从野生鲫鱼演变为现代五光十色的观赏金鱼,经历了近千年的岁月,早在晋朝时,自然界就已经发现了红鳞鱼,但当时没有进行家化或者当作观赏鱼饲养。唐朝时我国已经建有“放生池”行善,金鲫鱼受到人为的保护,进入半家化,可以看作是人类将野生鲫鱼培育成金鱼的开始,我国是金鱼的故乡,有关金鱼形态、习性、类别、以及杂交选育的著述、图谱也是最为丰富,问世最早,经过历代劳动人民的辛勤培育,金鱼的品种逐渐增多,金鱼原系由金鲫变异而来,原种野金鱼呈金黄色,身长尾小,两侧扁平,与现在的金鱼同属一个种,此后经历了池养的半家养期、盆养的纯家养期培育而成, 明代的金鱼饲养已一变而为“处处人家养玩”,就金鱼本身来说,长期生活于盆养环境,缓和和削弱了原来的生存竞争,从而产生了一系列相关变异。体形变粗短,腹部膨大,鳍,尤其尾鳍向长宽分叶发展,鳞片色素细胞重新组合调整,分化而成不同色彩。
望天鱼望天鱼又叫朝天眼、望天龙等,是龙种鱼的眼球向上转90度,背鳍消失而形成的,黑色眼球的周围有三道金色眼圈环绕,又称三环套月、望天的眼圈晶亮非凡,若将鱼缸放置暗处,则有未见其身先见其光之妙,鳞片细小,有珍珠光泽,望天因有眼睛向上仰望天子(皇帝)的寓意,自从望天鱼出现之日起,在清朝宫廷曾是最得宠的品种之一,按体色分有红望天、蓝望天、红白花望天和朱鳍白望天等品种,蓝望天是近年新培育出来的品种,体躯短小而圆,除眼球向上转90度,瞳孔朝天外,眼周晶亮,蓝色的,鱼体时时反射光芒,似星光闪烁, 此鱼比其它颜色的望天鱼更受欢迎,朱鳍白望天的主要特征是在洁白如玉的躯体上,生有红吻、红鳍、红眼睛,红白相映,更加秀丽无比,十分清新,美丽动人,可与十二红龙睛相媲美。望天鱼的变异种有红望天球、五花望天球。红望天球是红望天的变异种,其主要特征是鼻隔膜变异呈绒球状,突出于鼻孔之外.因而称红望天球,五花望天球除体色以红、白、黄、黑、蓝等色组成的斑点所覆盖外,眼球朝向天空,鼻孔处还生有两个绒球,游动时,似花朵在水中瓢荡,美丽动人。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种金鱼新品种的培育方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种金鱼新品种的培育方法,其包含以下步骤:
利用五花文种鱼与红花望天种鱼杂交,利用新水刺激人工授精产卵孵化,得到第一代五花龙睛;
利用第一代五花龙睛进行自交,培育出杂交二代樱花蛋龙;
选取杂交二代樱花蛋龙中的樱花色、背部不平、眼未达45°的种鱼, 进行自交,杂交出第三代虎皮樱花;
利用第三代虎皮樱花与第一代五花龙睛进行杂交,培育出第四代鱼种;
选取色泽纯正的第四代鱼种,与第三代虎皮樱花进行杂交,培育出的第五代鱼种,第五代鱼种背部光滑,眼睛较大;
选取的第五代鱼种,与第四代鱼种杂交生成第六代五花鱼种;
选取第六代五花鱼种进行自交得到第七代鱼种,通过水体深浅的控制和饲料投喂选育出眼上翻90°,眼大背平,色泽鲜艳的第七代鱼种。
经本发明培育方法培育出的鱼种,色泽鲜艳,五彩斑斓,对防止“五花望天”绝种有着重要意义。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
利用五花文种鱼与红花望天种鱼杂交,利用新水刺激人工授精产卵孵化,得到第一代五花龙睛;
利用第一代五花龙睛进行自交,培育出杂交二代樱花蛋龙;
选取杂交二代樱花蛋龙中的樱花色、背部不平、眼未达45°的种鱼, 进行自交,杂交出第三代虎皮樱花;
利用第三代虎皮樱花与第一代五花龙睛进行杂交,培育出第四代鱼种;
选取色泽纯正的第四代鱼种,与第三代虎皮樱花进行杂交,培育出的第五代鱼种,第五代鱼种背部光滑,眼睛较大;
选取的第五代鱼种,与第四代鱼种杂交生成第六代五花鱼种;
选取第六代五花鱼种进行自交得到第七代鱼种,通过水体深浅的控制和饲料投喂选育出眼上翻90°,眼大背平,色泽鲜艳的第七代鱼种。

1.一种金鱼新品种的培育方法,其特征在于,其包含以下步骤:
利用五花文种鱼与红花望天种鱼杂交,利用新水刺激人工授精产卵孵化,得到第一代五花龙睛;
利用第一代五花龙睛进行自交,培育出杂交二代樱花蛋龙;
选取杂交二代樱花蛋龙中的樱花色、背部不平、眼未达45°的种鱼, 进行自交,杂交出第三代虎皮樱花; 
利用第三代虎皮樱花与第一代五花龙睛进行杂交,培育出第四代鱼种;
选取色泽纯正的第四代鱼种,与第三代虎皮樱花进行杂交,培育出的第五代鱼种,第五代鱼种背部光滑,眼睛较大;
选取的第五代鱼种,与第四代鱼种杂交生成第六代五花鱼种;
选取第六代五花鱼种进行自交得到第七代鱼种,通过水体深浅的控制和饲料投喂选育出眼上翻90°,眼大背平,色泽鲜艳的第七代鱼种。
