本发明揭示了一种钻机用旋转式的切割钻头,包括:切割组件和钻筒,所述钻筒设有用于容纳所述切割组件的内腔,其特征在于:所述切割组件包括切割刀和切割杆,所述切割刀的自由端伸出所述钻筒,所述切割刀包括主动轴和若干小口径钻头,所述切割杆分别于所述主动轴和所述小口径钻头可拆卸式连接,所述主动轴与所述钻筒共轴,所述小口径钻头绕所述主动轴呈圆锥状分布,所述小口径钻头的头部共聚于所述主动轴所在轴线上的一点。本技术方案能够增大切割钻头与作业面的接触面积,而且能够有效地减少动力的损耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及钻头技术领域,尤其是涉及一种钻机用旋转式的切割钻头。
背景技术
在开采或者打孔作业中,经常出现的问题就是钻头卡住从而导致钻机的损坏或者钻头折断,尤其是涉及到复杂的开采作业时,不同的深度会有不同的硬度,钻头的机械应力变化太大也同样会导致钻头的折断或者毁损。而且在开采大型作业时,现有的钻头往往比较大,从而带动如此的钻头需要耗费很大的动力,开采效率并不是很理想。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提出一种钻机用旋转式的切割钻头。
本发明的目的将通过以下技术方案得以实现:一种钻机用旋转式的切割钻头,包括:切割组件和钻筒,所述钻筒设有用于容纳所述切割组件的内腔,所述切割组件包括切割刀和切割杆,所述切割刀的自由端伸出所述钻筒,所述切割刀包括主动轴和若干小口径钻头,所述切割杆分别于所述主动轴和所述小口径钻头可拆卸式连接,所述主动轴与所述钻筒共轴,所述小口径钻头绕所述主动轴呈圆锥状分布,所述小口径钻头的头部共聚于所述主动轴所在轴线上的一点。
优选的,上述的一种钻机用旋转式的切割钻头:所述切割钻头还包括驱动电机,所述切割杆与所述驱动电机连接。
优选的,上述的一种钻机用旋转式的切割钻头:所述切割杆的表面为螺旋状,所述切割杆的端部插接于所述驱动电机上。
优选的,上述的一种钻机用旋转式的切割钻头:所述主动轴的自由端为圆锥形。
优选的,上述的一种钻机用旋转式的切割钻头:所述小口径钻头的头部共聚于所述主动轴上,并与所述主动轴的自由端部形成锥形结构。
本发明的突出效果为:1)小口径钻头与切割杆可拆卸式连接,可以根据钻孔的大小调节小口径钻头的数量,免去更换钻头的麻烦;2)小口径钻头的可拆卸式,当小口径钻头有损坏的时候,可以随时更换钻头;3)主转轴与小口径钻头的配合使用,可以使得旋转钻头在作业时,与作业层的接触面积变小,只需要更少的动力就能够驱动作业,节省动力原料。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例的一种钻机用旋转式的切割钻头,包括:切割组件和钻筒1,钻筒1设有用于容纳切割组件的内腔2,切割组件包括切割刀和切割杆3,切割杆的表面为螺旋状。切割刀的自由端伸出钻筒1,切割刀包括主动轴4和若干小口径钻头5,主动轴4的自由端部为圆锥形设计。切割杆3分别于主动轴4和小口径钻头5可拆卸式连接,主动轴4与钻筒1共轴,小口径钻头5绕主动轴4呈圆锥状分布,小口径钻头5的头部共聚于主动轴4所在轴线上的一点,具体的,小口径钻头5的头部共聚于主动轴4上,并与主动轴4的自由端部形成锥形结构。
本实施例的切割钻头还包括驱动电机6,驱动电机6为钻头的旋转提供动力,切割杆3的一端与驱动电机6连接,通过驱动电机6的旋转,带动切割杆3随着转动,从而带动主动轴4和小口径钻头5旋转作业。
本发明尚有多种实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效变换而形成的所有技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种钻机用旋转式的切割钻头,包括:切割组件和钻筒,所述钻筒设有用于容纳所述切割组件的内腔,其特征在于:所述切割组件包括切割刀和切割杆,所述切割刀的自由端伸出所述钻筒,所述切割刀包括主动轴和若干小口径钻头,所述切割杆分别于所述主动轴和所述小口径钻头可拆卸式连接,所述主动轴与所述钻筒共轴,所述小口径钻头绕所述主动轴呈圆锥状分布,所述小口径钻头的头部共聚于所述主动轴所在轴线上的一点;所述切割钻头还包括驱动电机,所述切割杆与所述驱动电机连接;所述主动轴的自由端为圆锥形;所述小口径钻头的头部共聚于所述主动轴上,并与所述主动轴的自由端部形成锥形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钻机用旋转式的切割钻头,其特征在于:所述切割杆的表面为螺旋状,所述切割杆的端部插接于所述驱动电机上。
