本发明涉及一种造纸废水处理剂,所述造纸废水处理剂由以下重量份的成分组成:硫酸镁15份,氧化钠7份,海藻土65份,玉米淀粉40份,活性炭17份,醋酸钠22份,硝酸铁62份;所述使用方法步骤如下;1)按照上述比例将硫酸镁、硝酸铁、氧化钠、活性炭先放入污水中,搅拌18-25分钟后依次加入醋酸钠、海藻土,继续搅拌10-15分钟,加热至20-30℃,最后加入玉米淀粉,继续搅拌,冷却至常温,完成处于处理过程。

背景技术
按污水来源分类,污水处理一般分为生产污水处理和生活污水处理。生产污水包括工业污水、农业污水以及医疗污水,随着工业现代化的不断发展,排放的工业废水也越来越多,对环境以及人类的生活带来很大的影响,如果污水不及时处理,不仅仅直接影响空气质量,饮用水的质量,而且还会在间接影响人类的身心健康。
在各行各业中,造纸企业的废水的排放量位居前列,并且造纸废水处理难度比较大,现有技术中通过物理的、化学的等各样方法处理污水,但是效果均不理想。因此,迫切的需要一种新的技术方案解决污水处理。
发明内容
   为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明公开了一种造纸废水处理剂,该造纸废水处理剂可以在短时间内处理相关污水,工作效率高,并且处理后的污水能够达到环保部门的相关排放标准。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种造纸废水处理剂,其特征在于所述造纸废水处理剂由以下重量份的成分组成:硫酸镁15份,氧化钠7份,海藻土65份,玉米淀粉40份,活性炭17份,醋酸钠22份,硝酸铁62份;所述使用方法步骤如下;1)按照上述比例将硫酸镁、硝酸铁、氧化钠、活性炭先放入污水中,搅拌18-25分钟后依次加入醋酸钠、海藻土,继续搅拌10-15分钟,加热至20-30℃,最后加入玉米淀粉,继续搅拌,冷却至常温,完成处于处理过程。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点如下:1)整个技术方案简单,成本较低;降低企业成本:2)该造纸废水处理剂效率高,效果好,经过处理后的污水达到环保局规定的排放标准;3)该处理剂所述成分相对安全,对操作人员无副作用;4)该处理剂不会产生二次污染,节能环保,便于大规模的推广应用。

实施例1:
一种造纸废水处理剂,所述造纸废水处理剂由以下重量份的成分组成:硫酸镁15份,氧化钠7份,海藻土65份,玉米淀粉40份,活性炭17份,醋酸钠22份,硝酸铁62份;所述使用方法步骤如下;1)按照上述比例将硫酸镁、硝酸铁、氧化钠、活性炭先放入污水中,搅拌18-25分钟后依次加入醋酸钠、海藻土,继续搅拌10-15分钟,加热至20-30℃,最后加入玉米淀粉,继续搅拌,冷却至常温,完成处于处理过程。
