本发明公开了一种测压导丝,包括蕊丝和绕线套,所述蕊丝端部设置有一能够用于测量血压的压力传感器,本发明通过在蕊丝端部设置压力传感器能够实时的检测到导丝端部的血压,且检测准确度高,能够给手术提供实时的反馈,方便手术医生实时的监控患者状态和调整治疗方案,具有较高的实用价值。<b/>

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用作临床医学上的测压导丝。
背景技术
在进行一些微创的手术时,通常需要在人体的血管内穿入导丝或导管,而人体的其他生命体征如血压、心跳等数据则需另外的配置设备来采集,但是在测量血压时,外置的设备无法精确的获取到导丝或导管端部正在进行治疗或手术的部位的实时血压,难以真正、准确的获取到手术部位的状态,对手术的进行造成一定的影响。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种测压导丝。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
测压导丝,包括蕊丝和绕线套,所述蕊丝端部设置有一能够用于测量血压的压力传感器。
所述蕊丝由形状记忆材料制成。
所述蕊丝由多条的线丝组成。
所述蕊丝表面设置有绝缘涂层。
所述绕线套由叠置排列的螺旋状钢丝形成。
本发明的有益效果是:测压导丝,包括蕊丝和绕线套,所述蕊丝端部设置有一能够用于测量血压的压力传感器,本发明通过在蕊丝端部设置压力传感器能够实时的检测到导丝端部的血压,且检测准确度高,能够给手术提供实时的反馈,方便手术医生实时的监控患者状态和调整治疗方案,具有较高的实用价值。

具体实施方式
参照图1,图1是本发明一个具体实施例的结构示意图,如图所示,测压导丝,包括蕊丝1和绕线套2,所述蕊丝1端部设置有一能够用于测量血压的压力传感器3,该压力传感器可采用敦力公司(Medtronic,Inc.)的主动式无线压力传感器(activeleadless pressuresensor,简称ALPS),以便无线接收压力信号,当然还可采用其他的电容性压力传感器,如Sensors and Actuators A:Physical Vol73,Issues1-2,9March1999,Pages58-67中所描述的,在此不作一一详述,本发明通过在蕊丝端部设置压力传感器能够实时的检测到导丝端部的血压,且检测准确度高,能够给手术提供实时的反馈,方便手术医生实时的监控患者状态和调整治疗方案,具有较高的实用价值。
进一步,所述蕊丝1由形状记忆材料如镍钛合金等制成,使得蕊丝1在多次折弯后仍能保持较佳的原始状态,减少导丝穿行时或拔出时的阻力,减少对血管及人体组织的伤害,减少患者的痛苦,具有较高的实用推广价值。
作为优选的,所述蕊丝1表面设置有绝缘涂层,由于人体通常带有微电流,通过设置绝缘涂层可以减少血液等对蕊丝1的腐蚀。
作为优选的,所述绕线套2由叠置排列的螺旋状钢丝形成,以对导管提供一定支撑作用,并能够保证导管在折弯状态下仍能保持导通。
以上对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,当然,本发明还可以采用与上述实施方式不同的形式,如蕊丝可由多条的线丝组合成,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下所作的等同的变换或相应的改动,都应该属于本发明的保护范围内。

1. 测压导丝,其特征在于:包括蕊丝(1)和绕线套(2),所述蕊丝(1)端部设置有一能够用于测量血压的压力传感器(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的测压导丝,其特征在于:所述蕊丝(1)由形状记忆材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的测压导丝,其特征在于:所述蕊丝(1)由多条的线丝组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的测压导丝,其特征在于:所述蕊丝(1)表面设置有绝缘涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的测压导丝,其特征在于:所述绕线套(2) 由叠置排列的螺旋状钢丝形成。
