本发明涉及一种上盖结构，尤其设计一种用于果汁机的上盖结构。
背景技术
果汁机，就是用机械的方法将水果或蔬菜压榨成果汁的机器，果汁机的结构包括杯体和基座，杯体上方设有上盖，杯体中设有果肉粉碎装置，果汁机通过粉碎装置的高速旋转达到将果肉粉碎的目的，粉碎装置的高速旋转需要驱动装置驱动。现有的果汁机经常用于将不同种类的水果配比来调配出更多口味的果汁饮料，而现有的上盖在调配果汁口味时，需要不停的重复打开和关闭，用来尝试调配的味道，这样不仅操作麻烦，而且上盖打开后果汁容易变质，影响调配出果汁的味道。

针对上述存在的技术问题，本发明的目的是：提出了一种结构简单，能自动提取果汁进行预先品尝的上盖结构。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的：一种上盖结构，包括上盖本体、提取杆、防尘盖、圆挡板、保护罩、气缸和开关按钮；所述上盖本体中心处设有沉孔；所述沉孔内设有通过圆挡板设置在沉孔内的提取杆；所述提取杆内部为中空；所述提取杆中部设有一缺口；所述上盖本体下端两侧设有保护罩；所述保护罩内设有气缸；所述气缸的伸缩杆穿出沉孔与圆挡板相连；所述提取杆可通过气缸在轴向进行上下移动；所述圆挡板上端设有防尘盖；所述上盖本体上端还设有开关按钮；所述开关按钮与气缸相连。
优选的，所述防尘盖上还设有拉柄。

如附图1-4所示的本发明所述的一种上盖结构，包括上盖本体1、提取杆2、防尘盖3、圆挡板4、保护罩5、气缸6和开关按钮7；所述上盖本体1中心处设有沉孔8；所述沉孔8内设有通过圆挡板4设置在沉孔8内的提取杆2；所述提取杆2内部为中空；所述提取杆2中部设有一缺口9；所述上盖本体1下端两侧设有保护罩5；所述保护罩5内设有气缸6；所述气缸6的伸缩杆穿出沉孔8与圆挡板4相连；所述提取杆2可通过气缸6在轴向上进行上下移动；所述圆挡板4上端设有防尘盖3；所述上盖本体1上端还设有开关按钮7；所述开关按钮7与气缸6相连；所述防尘盖3上还设有拉柄10。
如附图1-4所示的本发明所述的一种上盖结构，在使用时，先把水果放到果汁机的杯体中，然后将上盖盖到果汁机的杯体上，果汁机开始工作，当果汁机把水果粉碎成果汁后，果汁就会通过缺口进入到提取杆的下部中，然后调配人员开启开关按钮，气缸启动，气缸的伸缩杆往上移动，当移动到一定位置时停止，然后调配人员可以用勺子从提取部中提取一些果汁预先尝试下味道，从而可以检验调配的味道是否为想调配的味道，如果果汁的口味不行，可以再继续把水果加入，这样的操作方便，可以预先尝到果汁的味道，避免了重复的的开启和关闭上盖。
本发明的上盖结构，其操作方便，可以自动把提取杆推动上来，然后品尝到果汁的味道，从而减少了不必要的操作，满足了人们的日常生活需求
